Послание апостола Павла христианам в Колоссах

Глава 1

1 Павел, волею Божией апостол Христа Иисуса, и брат Тимофей —

2 святому народу Божьему в Колоссах, нашим верным братьям во Христе: благодать вам и мир от Бога, Отца нашего.

3 В молитвах своих о вас всегда благодарим Бога, Отца Господа нашего Иисуса Христа,

4 ибо слышим о вере вашей во Христе Иисусе и о любви вашей ко всему народу Божьему,

5 о вере и любви, которые рождены надеждой на уготованное вам в небесах. О ней вы узнали через слово истины, Благую Весть,

6 дошедшую до вас. Эта Весть приносит плод свой и распространяется у вас (как и во всем мире) с того самого дня, когда услышали вы о благодати Божией и воистину познали ее.

7 Вам помог в этом Эпафрас, возлюбленный соработник наш, верный служитель Христов вам во благо.

8 Он-то и поведал нам о любви вашей, Духом Божьим порожденной.

9 Потому и не перестаем мы с того самого дня, как всё это услышали, молиться о вас и просить Бога, чтобы, получив от Него всякую духовную мудрость и видение, исполнились вы познанием воли Его

10 и жили достойно, как того хочет Господь, преуспевая во всех добрых делах и совершенствуясь в познании Бога.

11 В могуществе славы Своей да укрепит Он вас и даст вам силы переносить всё с великим терпением и, радуясь,

12 благодарить Бога Отца, Который дал вам возможность разделить судьбу народа Своего в Царстве света!

13 Он избавил нас от власти тьмы и ввел в Царство Своего любимого Сына,

14 в Коем совершилось наше искупление, прощение грехов наших.

15 Он — совершенный образ Бога невидимого. Первенец, Он превыше всякого творения,

16 ибо в Нем всё сотворено, что ни есть в небесах и на земле: всё видимое и невидимое, будь то престолы, господства, правления или власти, — всё через Него и для Него сотворено во всей Вселенной.

17 Он — прежде всего, и всё лишь с Ним в единении существует.

18 Он Церкви, Тела Своего, Глава, Он — начало начал, Первенец Он и среди тех, кто из мертвых восстал, чтобы быть Ему первым во всем.

19 Пожелал Отец, чтобы вся Божия полнота во Христе пребывала,

20 дабы через Него всё примирить с Собою, мир утвердив кровью Его на кресте, — всё что ни есть на земле и на Небе [через Него] примирить.

21 Вот и вас, когда-то далеких и враждебных Ему в помышлениях своих и злых делах,

22 Он примирил ныне с Собою смертью Христа в теле из плоти и крови, чтобы поставить вас пред Собою всецело Ему посвященными, людьми непорочными и безупречными,

23 если вы, конечно, останетесь твердыми, непоколебимыми в вере и не отвратят вас от надежды, дарованной Вестью Благой, которую слышали вы. Возвещена она всем и вся под небесами. И я, Павел, сделался служителем ее.

24 Ныне радуюсь я тому, что страдаю за вас; и, страдая ради Тела Христова, Церкви Его, я восполняю лично то, что Христу еще остается перенести в притеснениях и гонениях.

25 Я сделался ее служителем, когда доверил мне Бог попечение о вас, — моим делом стало возвещать вам слово Божие во всей его полноте, —

26 ту тайну, что оставалась сокрыта долгие века от многих поколений, а ныне явлена народу Его,

27 которому Бог пожелал показать, какое богатство и слава дарованы всем народам в этой тайне. И тайна эта — Христос в вас, Он и залог вашей славы.

28 Его и проповедуем мы, всей мудростью вразумляя и уча всякого человека, дабы каждого представить Богу совершенным во Христе.

29 Для того и тружусь, и борюсь я, движимый силой Христовой, что могущественно действует во мне.

Colossians

Chapter 1

1 PAUL, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Ti-mo'the-us our brother,

2 To those who are at Colosse, holy brethren and believers in Jesus Christ: Peace be with you, and grace from God our Father and our LORD Jesus Christ.

3 Always we give thanks to God, the Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, and always we pray for you,

4 Since we heard of your faith in Jesus Christ, and of your love for all the saints,

5 For the hope which is preserved for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the true word of the gospel;

6 Which has been preached to you, just as it has been preached throughout the world; growing and bringing forth fruits, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth;

7 Just as you have learned it from Ep'a-phras our beloved fellow-servant, who is for your sakes a faithful minister of Christ:

8 And who has made known to us your love for spiritual things.

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you might be filled with the knowledge of the will of God in all wisdom and in all spiritual understanding;

10 That you might live a righteous life, please God with all good works, and bring forth good fruits, and grow in the knowledge of God;

11 And be strengthened with all might, according to the greatness of his glory, in all patience and longsuffering,

12 So that you may joyfully give thanks to God the Father, who has enlightened us and made us worthy partakers of the inheritance of the saints;

13 And has delivered us from the power of darkness, and brought us to the kingdom of his beloved Son:

14 By whom we have obtained salvation and forgiveness of sins.

15 He is the image of the invisible God, and the first-born of every creature:

16 And through him were created all things that are in heaven, and on earth, visible and invisible; whether imperial thrones, or lordships, or angelic orders, or dominions, all things were in his hand and were created by him:

17 And he is before all things, and by him all things are sustained.

18 And he is the head of the body, the church: for he is the beginning, the firstfruits of the resurrection from the dead; that in all things he might be the first;

19 For it pleased God to complete all things in him;

20 And by his hand to reconcile everything to himself; and through his blood shed on the cross made peace both for those who dwell on earth and for those who dwell in heaven.

21 Even to you, who in times past were alienated and hostile in your minds because of your evil works, has been given peace,

22 Through the sacrifice of his body and his death, so that he may raise you before him, holy, and without reproach and blameless:

23 If you continue in your faith and your foundation is firm, and if you are not moved from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which has been preached to every creature which is under heaven and for which I, Paul, have become a minister;

24 And now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and make up that which is lacking of the sufferings of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:

25 For which I became a minister, according to the dispensation of God which has been given to me for you, fully to preach the word of God everywhere;

26 Even the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now is revealed to his saints:

27 To whom God wanted to make known the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ among you, the hope of our glory;

28 Him we preach, and teach, and make known to every man in all wisdom, that we may bring up every man perfect through Jesus Christ;

29 And to this end, I labour and strive through the help of the power which is given to me.

Chapter 1

1 Павел, волею Божией апостол Христа Иисуса, и брат Тимофей —

1 PAUL, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Ti-mo'the-us our brother,

2 святому народу Божьему в Колоссах, нашим верным братьям во Христе: благодать вам и мир от Бога, Отца нашего.

2 To those who are at Colosse, holy brethren and believers in Jesus Christ: Peace be with you, and grace from God our Father and our LORD Jesus Christ.

3 В молитвах своих о вас всегда благодарим Бога, Отца Господа нашего Иисуса Христа,

3 Always we give thanks to God, the Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, and always we pray for you,

4 ибо слышим о вере вашей во Христе Иисусе и о любви вашей ко всему народу Божьему,

4 Since we heard of your faith in Jesus Christ, and of your love for all the saints,

5 о вере и любви, которые рождены надеждой на уготованное вам в небесах. О ней вы узнали через слово истины, Благую Весть,

5 For the hope which is preserved for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the true word of the gospel;

6 дошедшую до вас. Эта Весть приносит плод свой и распространяется у вас (как и во всем мире) с того самого дня, когда услышали вы о благодати Божией и воистину познали ее.

6 Which has been preached to you, just as it has been preached throughout the world; growing and bringing forth fruits, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth;

7 Вам помог в этом Эпафрас, возлюбленный соработник наш, верный служитель Христов вам во благо.

7 Just as you have learned it from Ep'a-phras our beloved fellow-servant, who is for your sakes a faithful minister of Christ:

8 Он-то и поведал нам о любви вашей, Духом Божьим порожденной.

8 And who has made known to us your love for spiritual things.

9 Потому и не перестаем мы с того самого дня, как всё это услышали, молиться о вас и просить Бога, чтобы, получив от Него всякую духовную мудрость и видение, исполнились вы познанием воли Его

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you might be filled with the knowledge of the will of God in all wisdom and in all spiritual understanding;

10 и жили достойно, как того хочет Господь, преуспевая во всех добрых делах и совершенствуясь в познании Бога.

10 That you might live a righteous life, please God with all good works, and bring forth good fruits, and grow in the knowledge of God;

11 В могуществе славы Своей да укрепит Он вас и даст вам силы переносить всё с великим терпением и, радуясь,

11 And be strengthened with all might, according to the greatness of his glory, in all patience and longsuffering,

12 благодарить Бога Отца, Который дал вам возможность разделить судьбу народа Своего в Царстве света!

12 So that you may joyfully give thanks to God the Father, who has enlightened us and made us worthy partakers of the inheritance of the saints;

13 Он избавил нас от власти тьмы и ввел в Царство Своего любимого Сына,

13 And has delivered us from the power of darkness, and brought us to the kingdom of his beloved Son:

14 в Коем совершилось наше искупление, прощение грехов наших.

14 By whom we have obtained salvation and forgiveness of sins.

15 Он — совершенный образ Бога невидимого. Первенец, Он превыше всякого творения,

15 He is the image of the invisible God, and the first-born of every creature:

16 ибо в Нем всё сотворено, что ни есть в небесах и на земле: всё видимое и невидимое, будь то престолы, господства, правления или власти, — всё через Него и для Него сотворено во всей Вселенной.

16 And through him were created all things that are in heaven, and on earth, visible and invisible; whether imperial thrones, or lordships, or angelic orders, or dominions, all things were in his hand and were created by him:

17 Он — прежде всего, и всё лишь с Ним в единении существует.

17 And he is before all things, and by him all things are sustained.

18 Он Церкви, Тела Своего, Глава, Он — начало начал, Первенец Он и среди тех, кто из мертвых восстал, чтобы быть Ему первым во всем.

18 And he is the head of the body, the church: for he is the beginning, the firstfruits of the resurrection from the dead; that in all things he might be the first;

19 Пожелал Отец, чтобы вся Божия полнота во Христе пребывала,

19 For it pleased God to complete all things in him;

20 дабы через Него всё примирить с Собою, мир утвердив кровью Его на кресте, — всё что ни есть на земле и на Небе [через Него] примирить.

20 And by his hand to reconcile everything to himself; and through his blood shed on the cross made peace both for those who dwell on earth and for those who dwell in heaven.

21 Вот и вас, когда-то далеких и враждебных Ему в помышлениях своих и злых делах,

21 Even to you, who in times past were alienated and hostile in your minds because of your evil works, has been given peace,

22 Он примирил ныне с Собою смертью Христа в теле из плоти и крови, чтобы поставить вас пред Собою всецело Ему посвященными, людьми непорочными и безупречными,

22 Through the sacrifice of his body and his death, so that he may raise you before him, holy, and without reproach and blameless:

23 если вы, конечно, останетесь твердыми, непоколебимыми в вере и не отвратят вас от надежды, дарованной Вестью Благой, которую слышали вы. Возвещена она всем и вся под небесами. И я, Павел, сделался служителем ее.

23 If you continue in your faith and your foundation is firm, and if you are not moved from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which has been preached to every creature which is under heaven and for which I, Paul, have become a minister;

24 Ныне радуюсь я тому, что страдаю за вас; и, страдая ради Тела Христова, Церкви Его, я восполняю лично то, что Христу еще остается перенести в притеснениях и гонениях.

24 And now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and make up that which is lacking of the sufferings of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:

25 Я сделался ее служителем, когда доверил мне Бог попечение о вас, — моим делом стало возвещать вам слово Божие во всей его полноте, —

25 For which I became a minister, according to the dispensation of God which has been given to me for you, fully to preach the word of God everywhere;

26 ту тайну, что оставалась сокрыта долгие века от многих поколений, а ныне явлена народу Его,

26 Even the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now is revealed to his saints:

27 которому Бог пожелал показать, какое богатство и слава дарованы всем народам в этой тайне. И тайна эта — Христос в вас, Он и залог вашей славы.

27 To whom God wanted to make known the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ among you, the hope of our glory;

28 Его и проповедуем мы, всей мудростью вразумляя и уча всякого человека, дабы каждого представить Богу совершенным во Христе.

28 Him we preach, and teach, and make known to every man in all wisdom, that we may bring up every man perfect through Jesus Christ;

29 Для того и тружусь, и борюсь я, движимый силой Христовой, что могущественно действует во мне.

29 And to this end, I labour and strive through the help of the power which is given to me.
