Глава 12

1 А вот те, которые пришли к Давиду в Циклаг, когда он укрывался от Саула, сына Кисова; и они были в числе сильных, помогавших ему на войне, -

2 Вооруженные луком, правою и левою рукою бросавшие каменья, и стрелявшие стрелами из лука, из одноплеменцев Саула, из колена Вениаминова.

3 Главный Ахиезер и Иоас, сыновья Шемаи из Гивы, Иезиел и Фелет, сыновья Азмавефа, Бераха и Иегу, из Анафофа;

4 Ишмаия Гаваонитянин, сильнейший из тридцати и начальствовавший над тридцатью; Иеремия, Иахазиил, Иоханан, Иозавад, из Гедеры;

5 Елузай, Иеримоф, Веалия, Шемария и Шефатия, Харифиянин;

6 Елкана, Ишшия, Азариил, Иоезер и Иошавам, Кореяне;

7 Иоела и Зевадия, сыновья Иерохама, из Гедора.

8 И из колена Гадова перешли к Давиду в его убежище, в пустыню, мужи отличные силою, воинственные, вооружавшиеся на войну щитом и копьем; лица их - лица львиные, а по быстроте они, как серны на горах.

9 Первый Езер, вторый Овадия, третий Елиав,

10 Четвертый Машмана, пятый Иеремия,

11 Шестый Аттай, седьмый Елиел,

12 Осьмый Иоханан, девятый Елзавад,

13 Десятый Иеремия, одиннадцатый Махбанай.

14 Они из сынов Гадовых, были главные в войске, наименьший один за сто, а наибольший за тысячу.

15 Это те, которые перешли Иордан в первый месяц, когда он заливал все берега свои, и разогнали всех живших на долинах, от востока до запада.

16 Когда пришли из сынов Вениаминовых и Иудиных к Давиду в его убежище,

17 Тогда Давид вышел к ним, и начал речь, и сказал им: если вы пришли ко мне с миром, чтобы помогать мне, то сердце будет у меня с вами заодно; а если для того, чтобы коварно предать меня врагам моим, тогда как нет порока на руках моих, то да видит Бог отцев наших, и рассудит.

18 И облек дух Амасая, главу тридцати, и сказал Амасай: мы твои, Давид, и, за тебя, сын Иессеев. Мир, мир тебе, и мир помогающим тебе; ибо помогает тебе Бог твой. Давид принял их, и поставил их главными в войске.

19 И из колена Манассиина некоторые передались Давиду, когда он шел с Филистимлянами на войну против Саула. Однакож не пошли помогать им; потому что владельцы Филистимские, по совещании, отослали его, говоря: с нашими же головами он перейдет к государю своему Саулу.

20 Когда он пришел в Циклаг, тогда передались ему из Манассиян: Аднах, Иазавад, Иедиаил, Михаил, Иозавад, Елиуй, Циллефай, тысяченачальники Манассиины,

21 Они помогали Давиду в походах против полчищ; ибо все они были люди храбрые, и были начальниками в войске.

22 Так изо дня в день приходили к Давиду помогать ему, пока наконец ополчение его сделалось велико, как ополчение Божие.

23 Вот число глав, облачавшихся в воинские доспехи, которые пришли к Давиду в Хеврон, чтобы передать ему царство Саулово, по слову Господа.

24 Сыновей Иудиных, носящих щит и копье, было шесть тысяч восемь сот, облачавшихся в воинские доспехи.

25 Из сыновей Симеоновых - людей военных в войске было семь тысяч и сто.

26 Из сыновей Левииных четыре тысячи шесть сот.

27 Главноначальствующий в племени Аароновом был Иегоиада, и с ним три тысячи семь сот.

28 Мужественный юноша Цадок, и из поколения его двадцать два начальствующих.

29 Из сыновей Вениаминовых, одноплеменцев Сауловых, три тысячи; а дотоле большая их часть держалась дома Саулова.

30 Из сыновей Ефремовых двадцать тысяч восемьсот, людей мужественных, людей именитых, в поколениях своих.

31 Из полуплемени Манассиина восемнадцать тысяч, которые вызваны были поименно, чтобы пойти поставить царем Давида.

32 Из сыновей Иссахаровых, которые понимали обстоятельства, и знали, что надобно делать Израилю, было двести главных, и все братья их действовали по их слову.

33 Из колена Завулонова выходящих на войну, становящихся в воинские ряды со всякими боевыми орудиями, было пятьдесят тысяч; они становились в строй с неробким сердцем.

34 Из колена Неффалимова тысяча начальствующих, и при них с щитом и копьем тридцать семь тысяч.

35 Из колена Данова становившихся в воинские ряды двадцать восемь тысяч шестьсот.

36 От Ассира выходили в войско, чтобы становиться в воинские ряды, сорок тысяч.

37 Из-за Иордана, от колена Рувимова, Гадова и полуколена Манассиина - со всяким воинским боевым оружием сто двадцать тысяч.

38 Все сии воины, становящиеся в воинские ряды, от полного сердца пришли в Хеврон поставить Давида царем над всем Израилем. Да и все прочие Израильтяне единодушно согласились поставить царем Давида.

39 И пробыли там с Давидом три дня, ели и пили, потому что братья их все доставляли им.

40 К тому же ближайшие к ним, даже до колена Иссахарова, Завулонова и Неффалимова, на ослах, верблюдах, лошаках и волах, привозили все съестное: все, делаемое из муки, пласты смокв, изюм, вино, оливковое масло, крупного и мелкого скота множество; поелику это была радость для Израиля.

2 They were armed5401 with bows,7198 and could use3231 both the right3231 hand3231 and the left8041 in hurling stones68 and shooting arrows2671 out of a bow,7198 even of Saul's7586 brothers251 of Benjamin.1144

3 The chief7218 was Ahiezer,295 then Joash,3101 the sons1121 of Shemaah8094 the Gibeathite;1395 and Jeziel,3149 and Pelet,6404 the sons1121 of Azmaveth;5820 and Berachah,1294 and Jehu3058 the Antothite.6069

16 And there came935 of the children1121 of Benjamin1144 and Judah3063 to the hold4679 to David.1732

17 And David1732 went3318 out to meet6440 them, and answered6030 and said559 to them, If518 you be come935 peaceably7965 to me to help5826 me, my heart3824 shall be knit3162 to you: but if518 you be come to betray7411 me to my enemies,6862 seeing there is no3808 wrong2555 in my hands,3709 the God430 of our fathers1 look7200 thereon, and rebuke3198 it.

18 Then the spirit7307 came3847 on Amasai,6022 who was chief7218 of the captains,7991 and he said, Your are we, David,1732 and on your side, you son1121 of Jesse:3448 peace,7965 peace7965 be to you, and peace7965 be to your helpers;5826 for your God430 helps5826 you. Then David1732 received6901 them, and made5414 them captains7218 of the band.1416

19 And there fell5307 some of Manasseh4519 to David,1732 when he came935 with the Philistines6430 against5921 Saul7586 to battle:4421 but they helped5826 them not: for the lords5633 of the Philistines6430 on advisement6098 sent7971 him away, saying,559 He will fall5307 to his master113 Saul7586 to the jeopardy of our heads.7218

20 As he went3212 to Ziklag,6860 there fell5307 to him of Manasseh,4519 Adnah,5734 and Jozabad,3107 and Jediael,3043 and Michael,4317 and Jozabad,3107 and Elihu,453 and Zilthai,6769 captains7218 of the thousands505 that were of Manasseh.4519

21 And they helped5826 David1732 against5921 the band1416 of the rovers: for they were all3605 mighty1368 men of valor,2428 and were captains8269 in the host.6635

22 For at that time6256 day3117 by day3117 there came935 to David1732 to help5826 him, until5704 it was a great1419 host,4264 like the host4264 of God.430

23 And these428 are the numbers4557 of the bands7218 that were ready armed2502 to the war,6635 and came935 to David1732 to Hebron,2275 to turn5437 the kingdom4438 of Saul7586 to him, according to the word6310 of the LORD.3068

24 The children1121 of Judah3063 that bore5375 shield6793 and spear7420 were six8337 thousand505 and eight8083 hundred,3967 ready armed2502 to the war.6635

25 Of the children1121 of Simeon,8095 mighty1368 men of valor2428 for the war,6635 seven7651 thousand505 and one hundred.3967

30 And of the children1121 of Ephraim669 twenty6242 thousand505 and eight8083 hundred,3967 mighty1368 men of valor,2428 famous8034 throughout the house1004 of their fathers.1

31 And of the half2677 tribe4294 of Manasseh4519 eighteen8083 6240 thousand,505 which834 were expressed5344 by name,8034 to come935 and make David1732 king.4427

32 And of the children1121 of Issachar,3485 which were men that had understanding998 of the times, to know3045 what4100 Israel3478 ought to do;6213 the heads7218 of them were two hundred;3967 and all3605 their brothers251 were at5921 their commandment.6310

33 Of Zebulun,2074 such as went3318 forth3318 to battle,6635 expert6186 in war,4421 with all3605 instruments3627 of war,4421 fifty2572 thousand,505 which could keep5737 rank:5737 they were not of double heart.3820

34 And of Naphtali5321 a thousand505 captains,8269 and with them with shield6793 and spear2595 thirty7970 and seven7651 thousand.505

39 And there8033 they were with David1732 three7969 days,3117 eating398 and drinking:8354 for their brothers251 had prepared3559 for them.
