Книга пророка Исаии

Глава 58

1 Взывай всею гортанью, не умолкай; как трубою греми гласом твоим, и возвести народу Моему неверность его, и дому Иаковлеву грехи их.

2 А они изо дня в день ищут Меня, и хотят знать пути Мои, как бы народ, который поступал праведно, и не оставлял законов Бога своего; требуют от Меня судов правды, желают близости Божией.

3 `Почему мы постимся, а Ты не видишь? томим душу свою, а Ты не знаешь`? Се! в день поста вашего вы угождаете своей прихоти, и мстите за всякие досады свои.

4 Се! вы поститесь для ссор и распрей, и для того, чтоб кулаком беззаконным бить, не для того поститесь теперь, чтобы глас ваш был услышан на высоте.

5 Таков ли должен быть пост, который Я люблю, день, в который томит человек душу свою, когда гнет голову свою как тростник, и подстилает себе власяницу и пепел? Это ли назовешь постом и днем, благоугодным Иегове?

6 А вот пост, который Я люблю: сними оковы неправосудия, разреши узы ярма, и измученных отпусти на свободу, и расторгните всякие узы.

7 Когда голодному будешь преломлять хлеб твой, и скитающихся несчастных будешь принимать в дом; когда увидишь нагого, и оденешь его, и от единокровного твоего не спрячешься:

8 Тогда проглянет как заря свет твой, и исцеление твое процветет скоро, и праведность твоя будет тебе предшествовать, и слава Иеговы будет сопровождать тебя.

9 Тогда ты воззовешь, и Иегова ответит; возопиешь, и скажет: `се, Я!` когда ты уничтожишь ярмо у себя, перестанешь поднимать перст и говорить обидное,

10 И отдашь голодному душу свою, и напитаешь душу страждущую; тогда свет твой взойдет во тьме, и мрак твой будет как полдень.

11 И будет Иегова твоим вождем всегда, и в засухах будет насыщать душу твою; и кости твои подкрепит, и ты будешь как напоенный водою сад, и как источник, которого воды не обманывают.

12 И воссозиждут у тебя вековые развалины; ты восстановишь основанное в роды родов; и будут звать тебя: восстановитель развалин, восстановитель путей для общежития.

13 Когда ногу свою удержишь в субботу, не станешь исполнять прихотей своих во святый день Мой, и будешь называть субботу отрадою, днем, посвященным Иегове, уважаемым, и почтишь ее тем, что не будешь заниматься делами путей своих, угождать своей прихоти, и пустословить;

14 Тогда ищи отрады в Иегове: и Я поведу тебя по высотам земли, и дам в пищу тебе наследие Иакова, отца твоего; ибо уста Иеговы говорят.

Chapter 58

1 CRY aloud, spare not, lift up your voice like a trumpet and show my people their transgressions, and the house of Jacob their sins.

2 Yet they seek me daily and wish to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God; they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in drawing near to God.

3 Why have we fasted, and thou seest it not? Why have we afflicted ourselves, and thou takest no notice? Behold, in the day of your fast you do what you wish, and you present offerings to all of your idols.

4 Behold, you fast for strife and quarreling, and to strike violently with the fist of wickedness; you shall not fast as you do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? A day for a man to afflict his soul, to bow down his head like a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Will you call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?

6 This is the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to cut off the bands of treachery, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke;

7 To share your bread with the hungry, and to bring the stranger to your house; when you see the naked, to cover him; and to refuse not one of your own flesh.

8 Then shall your light break forth as the morning and your righteousness shall spring forth speedily; and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the LORD shall be your reward.

9 Then you shall call, and the LORD shall answer you; you shall cry, and he shall say, Here am I. If you remove deceit from your midst and release the prisoners and cease speaking falsehood;

10 And give your bread to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall your light shine in darkness, and your darkness be as the noonday;

11 And the LORD shall guide you continually and satisfy your soul with rich food; and strengthen your bones; and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring whose water fails not.

12 And some of you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called the repairer of the breaches, the restorer of paths to dwell in.

13 If you turn away your foot from the sabbath, from doing your pleasures on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honorable; and shall honor it, not doing on it your own ways, nor doing on it your own pleasure, nor speaking idle words;

14 Then you shall put your trust in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride upon the high places of the earth and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father; for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it.

2 А они изо дня в день ищут Меня, и хотят знать пути Мои, как бы народ, который поступал праведно, и не оставлял законов Бога своего; требуют от Меня судов правды, желают близости Божией.

2 Yet they seek me daily and wish to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God; they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in drawing near to God.

3 `Почему мы постимся, а Ты не видишь? томим душу свою, а Ты не знаешь`? Се! в день поста вашего вы угождаете своей прихоти, и мстите за всякие досады свои.

6 А вот пост, который Я люблю: сними оковы неправосудия, разреши узы ярма, и измученных отпусти на свободу, и расторгните всякие узы.

9 Тогда ты воззовешь, и Иегова ответит; возопиешь, и скажет: `се, Я!` когда ты уничтожишь ярмо у себя, перестанешь поднимать перст и говорить обидное,

10 И отдашь голодному душу свою, и напитаешь душу страждущую; тогда свет твой взойдет во тьме, и мрак твой будет как полдень.

12 И воссозиждут у тебя вековые развалины; ты восстановишь основанное в роды родов; и будут звать тебя: восстановитель развалин, восстановитель путей для общежития.

13 Когда ногу свою удержишь в субботу, не станешь исполнять прихотей своих во святый день Мой, и будешь называть субботу отрадою, днем, посвященным Иегове, уважаемым, и почтишь ее тем, что не будешь заниматься делами путей своих, угождать своей прихоти, и пустословить;

14 Then you shall put your trust in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride upon the high places of the earth and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father; for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it.
