1 Joash3101 was seven7651 years8141 old1121 when he began to reign,4427 and he reigned4427 forty705 years8141 in Jerusalem.3389 His mother's517 name8034 also was Zibiah6645 of Beersheba.884

2 И делал6213 Иоас3101 угодное3477 в очах5869 Господних3068 во все дни3117 Иодая3077 священника.3548
|
2 And Joash3101 did6213 that which was right3477 in the sight5869 of the LORD3068 all3605 the days3117 of Jehoiada3111 the priest.3548
|

3 И взял5375 ему Иодай3077 двух8147 жен,802 и он имел3205 от них сыновей1121 и дочерей.1323
|
3 And Jehoiada3111 took5375 for him two8147 wives;802 and he begat3205 sons1121 and daughters.1323
|
|
4 И после310 сего пришло на сердце3820 Иоасу3101 обновить2318 дом1004 Господень,3068
|
4 And it came1961 to pass after310 this,3651 that Joash3101 was minded5973 3820 to repair2318 the house1004 of the LORD.3068
|
|
5 и собрал6908 он священников3548 и левитов3881 и сказал559 им: пойдите3318 по городам5892 Иудеи3063 и собирайте6908 со всех Израильтян3478 серебро3701 для поддержания2388 дома1004 Бога430 вашего из1767 года8141 в год,8141 и поспешите4116 в этом деле.1697 Но не поспешили4116 левиты.3881

5 And he gathered6908 together the priests3548 and the Levites,3881 and said559 to them, Go3318 out to the cities5892 of Judah,3063 and gather6908 of all3605 Israel3478 money3701 to repair2388 the house1004 of your God430 from year8141 to year,8141 and see that you hasten4116 the matter.1697 However, the Levites3881 hastened4116 it not.

6 И призвал7121 царь4428 Иодая,3077 главу7218 их, и сказал559 ему: почему ты не требуешь1875 от левитов,3881 чтобы они доставляли935 с Иудеи3063 и Иерусалима3389 дань,4864 установленную Моисеем,4872 рабом5650 Господним,3068 и собранием6951 Израильтян3478 для скинии168 собрания?5715

6 And the king4428 called7121 for Jehoiada3111 the chief,7218 and said559 to him, Why4069 have you not required1875 of the Levites3881 to bring935 in out of Judah3063 and out of Jerusalem3389 the collection,4864 according to the commandment of Moses4872 the servant5650 of the LORD,3068 and of the congregation6951 of Israel,3478 for the tabernacle168 of witness?5715

7 Ибо нечестивая4849 Гофолия6271 и сыновья1121 ее разорили6555 дом1004 Божий430 и все посвященное6944 для дома1004 Господня3068 употребили6213 для Ваалов.1168

7 For the sons1121 of Athaliah,6271 that wicked4849 woman, had broken6555 up the house1004 of God;430 and also1571 all3605 the dedicated6944 things of the house1004 of the LORD3068 did they bestow6213 on Baalim.1168
|

8 И приказал559 царь,4428 и сделали6213 один259 ящик,727 и поставили5414 его у входа8179 в дом1004 Господень3068 извне.2351
|
8 And at the king's4428 commandment559 they made6213 a chest,727 and set5414 it without2351 at the gate8179 of the house1004 of the LORD.3068
|
|
9 И провозгласили54146963 по Иудее3063 и Иерусалиму,3389 чтобы приносили935 Господу3068 дань,4864 наложенную Моисеем,4872 рабом5650 Божиим,430 на Израильтян3478 в пустыне.4057
|
9 And they made5414 a proclamation6963 through Judah3063 and Jerusalem,3389 to bring935 in to the LORD3068 the collection4864 that Moses4872 the servant5650 of God430 laid on Israel3478 in the wilderness.4057
|
|
10 И обрадовались8055 все начальствующие8269 и весь народ,5971 и приносили935 и клали7993 в ящик727 дотоле, доколе он не наполнился.3615
|
10 And all3605 the princes8269 and all3605 the people5971 rejoiced,8055 and brought935 in, and cast7993 into the chest,727 until5704 they had made an end.3615
|

11 В то время,6256 когда приносили935 ящик727 к царским4428 чиновникам6486 чрез3027 левитов,3881 и когда они видели,7200 что серебра3701 много,7227 приходил935 писец5608 царя4428 и поверенный72186496 первосвященника,3548 и высыпали6168 из ящика,727 и относили5375 его и ставили7725 его на свое место.4725 Так делали6213 они изо дня3117 в день,3117 и собрали622 множество7230 серебра.3701

11 Now it came1961 to pass, that at what time6256 the chest727 was brought935 to the king's4428 office6486 by the hand3027 of the Levites,3881 and when they saw7200 that there was much7227 money,3701 the king's4428 scribe5608 and the high7218 priest's3548 officer6496 came935 and emptied6168 the chest,727 and took5375 it, and carried7725 it to his place4725 again.7725 Thus3541 they did6213 day3117 by day,3117 and gathered622 money3701 in abundance.7230

12 И отдавали5414 его царь4428 и Иодай3077 производителям6213 работ43995656 по дому1004 Господню,3068 и они нанимали7936 каменотесов2672 и плотников2796 для подновления2318 дома1004 Господня,3068 также кузнецов27961270 и медников5178 для укрепления2388 дома1004 Господня.3068

12 And the king4428 and Jehoiada3111 gave5414 it to such as did6213 the work4399 of the service5656 of the house1004 of the LORD,3068 and hired7936 masons2672 and carpenters2796 to repair2318 the house1004 of the LORD,3068 and also1571 such as worked2790 iron1270 and brass5178 to mend2388 the house1004 of the LORD.3068

13 И работали6213 производители6213 работ,4399 и совершилось5927724 исправление4399 руками3027 их, и привели5975 дом1004 Божий430 в надлежащее состояние4971 его, и укрепили553 его.
|
13 So the workmen6213 4399 worked,6213 and the work4399 was perfected5927 724 by them, and they set5975 the house1004 of God430 in his state,4971 and strengthened553 it.
|
|
14 И кончив3615 все, они представили9353942 царю4428 и Иодаю3077 остаток7605 серебра.3701 И сделали6213 из него сосуды3627 для дома1004 Господня,3068 сосуды3627 служебные8335 и для всесожжений,5927 чаши3709 и другие сосуды3627 золотые2091 и серебряные.3701 И приносили5927 всесожжения5930 в доме1004 Господнем3068 постоянно8548 во все дни3117 Иодая.3077

14 And when they had finished3615 it, they brought935 the rest7605 of the money3701 before6440 the king4428 and Jehoiada,3111 whereof were made6213 vessels3627 for the house1004 of the LORD,3068 even vessels3627 to minister,8335 and to offer5927 with, and spoons,3709 and vessels3627 of gold2091 and silver.3701 And they offered5927 burnt5930 offerings in the house1004 of the LORD3068 continually8548 all3605 the days3117 of Jehoiada.3111

15 И состарился2204 Иодай3077 и, насытившись7646 днями3117 жизни, умер:4191 сто3967 тридцать7970 лет81411121 было ему, когда он умер.4194
|
15 But Jehoiada3111 waxed old,2204 and was full7646 of days3117 when he died;4191 an hundred3967 and thirty7970 years8141 old1121 was he when he died.4194

|
16 И похоронили6912 его в городе5892 Давидовом1732 с царями,4428 потому что он делал6213 доброе2896 в Израиле3478 и для Бога,430 и для дома1004 Его.
|
16 And they buried6912 him in the city5892 of David1732 among5973 the kings,4428 because3588 he had done6213 good2896 in Israel,3478 both toward5973 God,430 and toward his house.1004
|
|
17 Но по310 смерти4194 Иодая3077 пришли935 князья8269 Иудейские3063 и поклонились7812 царю;4428 тогда царь4428 стал8085 слушаться8085 их.
|
17 Now after310 the death4194 of Jehoiada3111 came935 the princes8269 of Judah,3063 and made obeisance7812 to the king.4428 Then the king4428 listened8085 to them.
|
|
18 И оставили5800 дом1004 Господа3068 Бога430 отцов1 своих и стали5647 служить5647 деревам842 посвященным и идолам,6091 — и был гнев7110 Господень на Иуду3063 и Иерусалим3389 за сию вину819 их.
|
18 And they left5800 the house1004 of the LORD3068 God430 of their fathers,1 and served5647 groves842 and idols:6091 and wrath7110 came1961 on Judah3063 and Jerusalem3389 for this2063 their trespass.819
|
|
19 И Он посылал7971 к ним пророков5030 для обращения7725 их к Господу,3068 и они увещевали5749 их, но те не слушали.238
|
19 Yet he sent7971 prophets5030 to them, to bring7725 them again7725 to the LORD;3068 and they testified5749 against them: but they would not give ear.238
|
|
20 И Дух7307 Божий430 облек3847 Захарию,2148 сына1121 Иодая3077 священника,3548 и он стал5975 на возвышении пред народом5971 и сказал559 им: так говорит559 Господь:430 для чего вы преступаете5674 повеления4687 Господни?3068 не будет6743 успеха6743 вам; и как вы оставили5800 Господа,3068 то и Он оставит5800 вас.

20 And the Spirit7307 of God430 came3847 on Zechariah2148 the son1121 of Jehoiada3111 the priest,3548 which stood5975 above5921 the people,5971 and said559 to them, Thus3541 said559 God,430 Why4100 transgress5674 you the commandments4687 of the LORD,3068 that you cannot3808 prosper?6743 because3588 you have forsaken5800 the LORD,3068 he has also forsaken5800 you.

21 И сговорились7194 против него, и побили7275 его камнями,68 по приказанию4687 царя,4428 на дворе2691 дома1004 Господня.3068
|
21 And they conspired7194 against5921 him, and stoned7275 him with stones68 at the commandment4687 of the king4428 in the court2691 of the house1004 of the LORD.3068
|
|
22 И не вспомнил2142 царь4428 Иоас3101 благодеяния,2617 какое сделал6213 ему Иодай,3077 отец1 его, и убил2026 сына1121 его. И он умирая4194 говорил:559 да видит7200 Господь3068 и да взыщет!1875
|
22 Thus Joash3101 the king4428 remembered2142 not the kindness2617 which834 Jehoiada3111 his father25 had done6213 to him, but slew2026 his son.1121 And when he died,4191 he said,559 The LORD3068 look7200 on it, and require1875 it.

23 И по истечении8622 года8141 выступило5927 против него войско2428 Сирийское,758 и вошли935 в Иудею3063 и в Иерусалим,3389 и истребили7843 из народа5971 всех князей8269 народа,5971 и всю добычу,7998 взятую у них, отослали7971 к царю4428 в Дамаск.1834

23 And it came1961 to pass at the end8622 of the year,8141 that the host2428 of Syria758 came5927 up against5921 him: and they came935 to Judah3063 and Jerusalem,3389 and destroyed7843 all3605 the princes8269 of the people5971 from among the people,5971 and sent7971 all3605 the spoil7998 of them to the king4428 of Damascus.1834

24 Хотя в небольшом4705 числе4705 людей582 приходило935 войско2428 Сирийское,758 но Господь3068 предал5414 в руку3027 их весьма3966 многочисленную7230 силу2428 за то, что оставили5800 Господа3068 Бога430 отцов1 своих. И над Иоасом3101 совершили6213 они суд,8201

24 For the army2428 of the Syrians758 came935 with a small4705 company1995 of men,582 and the LORD3068 delivered5414 a very3966 great7230 host2428 into their hand,3027 because3588 they had forsaken5800 the LORD3068 God430 of their fathers.1 So they executed6213 judgment8201 against Joash.3101

25 и когда они ушли3212 от него, оставив5800 его в тяжкой7227 болезни,4251 то составили7194 против него заговор7194 рабы5650 его, за кровь1818 сына1121 Иодая3077 священника,3548 и убили2026 его на постели4296 его, и он умер.4191 И похоронили6912 его в городе5892 Давидовом,1732 но не похоронили6912 его в царских4428 гробницах.6913

25 And when they were departed3212 from him, (for they left5800 him in great7227 diseases,4251) his own servants5650 conspired7194 against5921 him for the blood1818 of the sons1121 of Jehoiada3111 the priest,3548 and slew2026 him on5921 his bed,4296 and he died:4191 and they buried6912 him in the city5892 of David,1732 but they buried6912 him not in the sepulchers6913 of the kings.4428

26 Заговорщиками7194 же против него были: Завад,2066 сын1121 Шимеафы8100 Аммонитянки,5985 и Иегозавад,3075 сын1121 Шимрифы8116 Моавитянки.4125

26 And these428 are they that conspired7194 against5921 him; Zabad2066 the son1121 of Shimeath8100 an Ammonitess,5984 and Jehozabad3075 the son1121 of Shimrith8116 a Moabitess.4125

27 О сыновьях1121 его и о множестве72357230 пророчеств4853 против него и об устроении3247 дома1004 Божия430 написано3789 в книге40975612 царей.4428 И воцарился4427 Амасия,558 сын1121 его, вместо него.
|
27 Now concerning his sons,1121 and the greatness7230 of the burdens4853 laid on him, and the repairing3247 of the house1004 of God,430 behold,2009 they are written3789 in the story4097 of the book5612 of the kings.4428 And Amaziah558 his son1121 reigned4427 in his stead.8478
