4 According2531 as he has chosen1586 us in him before4253 the foundation2602 of the world,2889 that we should be holy40 and without299 blame299 before2714 him in love:26

6 To the praise1868 of the glory1391 of his grace,5485 wherein1722 3757 he has made5487 us accepted5487 in the beloved.25

7 In whom3739 we have2192 redemption629 through1223 his blood,129 the forgiveness859 of sins,3900 according2596 to the riches4149 of his grace;5485

11 In whom3739 also2532 we have2192 obtained2820 an inheritance,2820 being predestinated4309 according2596 to the purpose4286 of him who works1754 all3956 things after2596 the counsel1012 of his own848 will:2307

12 That we should be to the praise1868 of his glory,1391 who3588 first4276 trusted4276 in Christ.5547

13 In whom3739 you also2532 trusted, after that you heard191 the word4487 of truth,225 the gospel2098 of your5216 salvation:4991 in whom3739 also2532 after that you believed,4100 you were sealed4972 with that holy40 Spirit4151 of promise,1860

14 Which3739 is the earnest728 of our inheritance2817 until1519 the redemption629 of the purchased4047 possession,4047 to the praise1868 of his glory.1391

16 Cease3973 not to give thanks2168 for you, making4160 mention3417 of you in my prayers;4335

17 That the God2316 of our Lord2962 Jesus2424 Christ,5547 the Father3962 of glory,1391 may give1325 to you the spirit4151 of wisdom4678 and revelation602 in the knowledge1922 of him:

18 The eyes3788 of your5216 understanding1271 being enlightened;5461 that you may know1492 what5101 is the hope1680 of his calling,2821 and what5101 the riches4149 of the glory1391 of his inheritance2817 in the saints,40

19 And what5101 is the exceeding5235 greatness3174 of his power1411 to us-ward1519 5209 who3588 believe,4100 according2596 to the working1753 of his mighty2479 power,2904

20 Which3739 he worked1754 in Christ,5547 when he raised1453 him from the dead,3498 and set2523 him at1722 his own848 right1188 hand in the heavenly2032 places,

21 превыше5231 всякого3956 начальства,746 и2532 власти,1849 и2532 силы,1411 и2532 господства,2963 и2532 всякого3956 имени,3686 именуемого3687 не3756 только3440 в17223588 сем5129 веке,165 но235 и2532 в17223588 будущем,3195

21 Far5231 above5231 all3956 principality,746 and power,1849 and might,1411 and dominion,2963 and every3956 name3686 that is named,3687 not only3440 in this3588 world,165 but also2532 in that which is to come:3195

22 и2532 все3956 покорил5293 под52593588 ноги4228 Его,846 и2532 поставил1325 Его846 выше5228 всего,3956 главою27763588 Церкви,1577

22 And has put5293 all3956 things under5259 his feet,4228 and gave1325 him to be the head2776 over5228 all3956 things to the church,1577
|
|
23 которая3748 есть20763588 Тело4983 Его,846 полнота41383588 Наполняющего4137 все3956 во1722 всем.3956
|
23 Which3748 is his body,4983 the fullness4138 of him that fills4137 all3956 in all.3956
