以西結書

第22章

1 耶和華的話又臨到我說：

2 「人子啊，你現在［Now］要審問審問這流人血的城嗎？你必能把她一切可憎的事給她指明［thou shalt shew her all her abominations］。

3 你要說，主耶和華如此說：哎。這城有流人血的事在其中，叫她受報的日期來到，又作偶像玷污自己，陷害自己。

4 你因流了人的血，就為有罪；你作了偶像，就玷污自己，使你受報之日臨近，報應之年來到。所以我叫你受異教民［heathen］的凌辱和列國［all countries］的譏誚。

5 你這名臭、多亂的城啊，那些離你近、離你遠的都必譏誚你。

6 「看哪，以色列的首領各逞其能，在你中間流人之血。

7 在你中間有輕慢父母的，有欺壓作客旅的［stranger］，有惡待無父之人和［vexed the fatherless and］寡婦的。

8 你藐視了我的聖物，褻瀆了［profaned］我的安息日。

9 在你中間有搬弄是非［carry tales］流人血的；有在山上吃［eat］祭偶像之物的，有犯［commit］淫亂的。

10 在你中間有露他們父親裸體［discovered their fathers' nakedness］的，有玷辱月經不潔淨之婦人的。

11 這人與鄰居的妻犯了［committed］可憎的事；那人行淫［lewdly］玷污兒婦；還有玷辱同父之姊妹的。

12 在你中間有為流人血受賄賂的；有向借錢的弟兄取利，向借糧的弟兄多要的。且因貪得無饜，勒索［extortion］鄰居奪取財物，竟忘了我。這是主耶和華說的。

13 「看哪，我因你所得不義之財和你中間所流的血，就拍掌歎息。

14 到了我懲罰你的日子，你的心還能忍受嗎？你的手還能有力嗎？我─耶和華說了這話，就必照著行。

15 我必將你分散在異教民中［among the heathen］，四散在列邦，也必從你中間除掉你的污穢。

16 你必在異教民［heathen］的眼前因自己所行的自取其業［take thine inheritance］，你就知道我是耶和華。」

17 耶和華的話臨到我說：

18 「人子啊，以色列家在我看為渣滓。他們都是爐中的銅、錫、鐵、鉛，都是銀渣滓。

19 所以主耶和華如此說：因你們都成為渣滓，所以看哪［behold, therefore］。我必聚集你們在耶路撒冷中。

20 人怎樣將銀、銅、鐵、鉛、錫聚在爐中，吹火熔化［melt］；照樣，我也要在我怒氣和烈怒中［in mine anger and in my fury］，將你們聚集留［leave］在城中，熔化［melt］你們。

21 我必聚集你們，把我烈怒的火吹在你們身上，你們就在其中熔化［melted］。

22 銀子怎樣熔化［melted］在爐中，你們也必照樣熔化［melted］在城中，你們就知道我─耶和華是將烈怒［fury］倒在你們身上了。」

23 耶和華的話臨到我說：

24 「人子啊，你要對這地說：你是未得潔淨之地，在惱恨的日子也沒有雨下在你以上。

25 其中的先知同謀背叛，如咆哮的獅子抓撕掠物。他們吞滅人民，奪去［have taken］財寶，使這地多有寡婦。

26 其中的祭司強解我的律法，褻瀆我的聖物，不分別聖的和褻瀆［profane］的，也不使人分辨潔淨的和不潔淨的，又遮眼不顧我的安息日；我也在他們中間被褻慢。

27 其中的首領彷彿豺狼抓撕掠物，殺人流血，傷害人命，要得不義之財。

28 其中的先知為百姓用未泡透的灰泥［morter］抹牆，就是為他們見虛假的異象，用謊詐的占卜，說：『主耶和華如此說』，其實耶和華沒有說。

29 國內眾民一味地欺壓，慣行搶奪，苦待［vexed］困苦窮乏的；他們［they］背理欺壓作客旅的［stranger］。

30 我在他們中間尋找一人重修籬笆［hedge］，在我面前為這國站在破口防堵，使我不滅絕這國，卻找不著一個。

31 所以我將我的［mine］惱恨倒在他們身上，用我［my］烈怒的火滅了他們，照他們所行的報應在他們頭上。這是主耶和華說的。」

Ezekiel

Chapter 22

1 MOREOVER the word of the LORD came to me, saying.

2 Now, Son of man, judge the bloody city and declare to her all her abominations;

3 Then say, Thus says the LORD God: The city where blood is shed in the midst, her time has come. and the city that makes idols in the midst of her has defiled herself.

4 You have become guilty in the blood which you have shed, and have defiled yourself by the idols which you have made; now your days have drawn near, and the time of your years has come; therefore I have made you a reproach to the Gentiles and a derision to all cities.

5 Those that are near and those that are far from you shall mock you and shall say, O you filthy one, infamous and full of iniquity.

6 Behold, the princes of Israel, every one according to his own tribe, were in you to shed blood.

7 In you have they cursed father and mother; in the midst of you have they oppressed the proselytes; in you have they wronged the fatherless and the widows.

8 You have despised my holy things and have profaned my sabbaths.

9 In you were merchants to shed blood, and in you have they eaten sacrifices upon the mountains; in the midst of you they committed lewdness.

10 In you have they uncovered the nakedness of their fathers' concubines; in you have they lain with menstruous women.

11 And one has committed abomination with his neighbor's wife; and another has lewdly defiled his daughter-in-law in committing adultery with her; and another in you has defiled his sister, his father's daughter.

12 In you have they taken bribes to shed blood; in you have they taken usury and exorbitant gains, and they have deceived their friends by extortion; and you have forgotten me, says the LORD God.

13 Behold, therefore I will strike my hands together with anger because of the iniquity which you have done and because of the blood which has been shed in the midst of you.

14 Can your heart endure, or can your hands be strong, in the days that I deal with you? I the LORD have spoken it and will do it.

15 And I will scatter you among the Gentiles and disperse you in the countries.

16 And I will chastise you in the sight of the Gentiles, and you shall know that I am the LORD.

17 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

18 Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross; all they are like brass and like tin, and like iron and lead in the midst of the furnace when they are mixed with silver.

19 Therefore thus says the LORD God: Because you have all become mixed together, behold, therefore I will gather you in the midst of Jerusalem.

20 As they gather silver and brass and iron and tin and lead into the midst of the furnace, and blow the fire upon it to melt it; so will I gather you in my anger, and in my fury will I melt you.

21 Yea, I will blow upon you the fire of my anger, and I will cause you to melt in the midst of it.

22 As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall you be melted in the midst of it; and you shall know that I the LORD have poured out my fury upon you.

23 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

24 Son of man, say to her, You are the land that is not cleansed, and have refused to receive moisture, nor has rain come down upon you.

25 Her prophets in the midst of her have conspired; they are like a lion that roars and tears the prey; they have devoured lives with their might; they have taken the precious things of their palaces.

26 Her priests have violated my law and have profaned my holy things; they have put no difference between the holy and the profane, neither have they distinguished between the unclean and the clean, and have refused to keep my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

27 Her princes in the midst of her are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood and to destroy lives, to get dishonest gain.

28 And her prophets have daubed her walls with untempered mortar which will fall off, seeing for them visions of falsehood, and divining lies to them, saying, Thus says the LORD, when the LORD has not spoken.

29 They have oppressed the people of the land and humiliated them; and have extorted from the poor and needy; yea, they have oppressed wrongfully the proselyte.

30 And I sought for a man among them who would build up the fence and stand in the gap before me for the sake of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found none.

31 Therefore have I poured out my indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath; their own ways have I recompensed upon their heads, says the LORD God.

1 耶和華的話又臨到我說：

1 MOREOVER the word of the LORD came to me, saying.

2 「人子啊，你現在［Now］要審問審問這流人血的城嗎？你必能把她一切可憎的事給她指明［thou shalt shew her all her abominations］。

2 Now, Son of man, judge the bloody city and declare to her all her abominations;

3 你要說，主耶和華如此說：哎。這城有流人血的事在其中，叫她受報的日期來到，又作偶像玷污自己，陷害自己。

3 Then say, Thus says the LORD God: The city where blood is shed in the midst, her time has come. and the city that makes idols in the midst of her has defiled herself.

4 你因流了人的血，就為有罪；你作了偶像，就玷污自己，使你受報之日臨近，報應之年來到。所以我叫你受異教民［heathen］的凌辱和列國［all countries］的譏誚。

4 You have become guilty in the blood which you have shed, and have defiled yourself by the idols which you have made; now your days have drawn near, and the time of your years has come; therefore I have made you a reproach to the Gentiles and a derision to all cities.

5 你這名臭、多亂的城啊，那些離你近、離你遠的都必譏誚你。

5 Those that are near and those that are far from you shall mock you and shall say, O you filthy one, infamous and full of iniquity.

6 「看哪，以色列的首領各逞其能，在你中間流人之血。

6 Behold, the princes of Israel, every one according to his own tribe, were in you to shed blood.

7 在你中間有輕慢父母的，有欺壓作客旅的［stranger］，有惡待無父之人和［vexed the fatherless and］寡婦的。

7 In you have they cursed father and mother; in the midst of you have they oppressed the proselytes; in you have they wronged the fatherless and the widows.

8 你藐視了我的聖物，褻瀆了［profaned］我的安息日。

8 You have despised my holy things and have profaned my sabbaths.

9 在你中間有搬弄是非［carry tales］流人血的；有在山上吃［eat］祭偶像之物的，有犯［commit］淫亂的。

9 In you were merchants to shed blood, and in you have they eaten sacrifices upon the mountains; in the midst of you they committed lewdness.

10 在你中間有露他們父親裸體［discovered their fathers' nakedness］的，有玷辱月經不潔淨之婦人的。

10 In you have they uncovered the nakedness of their fathers' concubines; in you have they lain with menstruous women.

11 And one has committed abomination with his neighbor's wife; and another has lewdly defiled his daughter-in-law in committing adultery with her; and another in you has defiled his sister, his father's daughter.

12 在你中間有為流人血受賄賂的；有向借錢的弟兄取利，向借糧的弟兄多要的。且因貪得無饜，勒索［extortion］鄰居奪取財物，竟忘了我。這是主耶和華說的。

12 In you have they taken bribes to shed blood; in you have they taken usury and exorbitant gains, and they have deceived their friends by extortion; and you have forgotten me, says the LORD God.

13 「看哪，我因你所得不義之財和你中間所流的血，就拍掌歎息。

13 Behold, therefore I will strike my hands together with anger because of the iniquity which you have done and because of the blood which has been shed in the midst of you.

14 到了我懲罰你的日子，你的心還能忍受嗎？你的手還能有力嗎？我─耶和華說了這話，就必照著行。

14 Can your heart endure, or can your hands be strong, in the days that I deal with you? I the LORD have spoken it and will do it.

15 我必將你分散在異教民中［among the heathen］，四散在列邦，也必從你中間除掉你的污穢。

15 And I will scatter you among the Gentiles and disperse you in the countries.

16 你必在異教民［heathen］的眼前因自己所行的自取其業［take thine inheritance］，你就知道我是耶和華。」

16 And I will chastise you in the sight of the Gentiles, and you shall know that I am the LORD.

17 耶和華的話臨到我說：

17 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

18 「人子啊，以色列家在我看為渣滓。他們都是爐中的銅、錫、鐵、鉛，都是銀渣滓。

18 Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross; all they are like brass and like tin, and like iron and lead in the midst of the furnace when they are mixed with silver.

19 所以主耶和華如此說：因你們都成為渣滓，所以看哪［behold, therefore］。我必聚集你們在耶路撒冷中。

19 Therefore thus says the LORD God: Because you have all become mixed together, behold, therefore I will gather you in the midst of Jerusalem.

20 人怎樣將銀、銅、鐵、鉛、錫聚在爐中，吹火熔化［melt］；照樣，我也要在我怒氣和烈怒中［in mine anger and in my fury］，將你們聚集留［leave］在城中，熔化［melt］你們。

20 As they gather silver and brass and iron and tin and lead into the midst of the furnace, and blow the fire upon it to melt it; so will I gather you in my anger, and in my fury will I melt you.

21 我必聚集你們，把我烈怒的火吹在你們身上，你們就在其中熔化［melted］。

21 Yea, I will blow upon you the fire of my anger, and I will cause you to melt in the midst of it.

22 銀子怎樣熔化［melted］在爐中，你們也必照樣熔化［melted］在城中，你們就知道我─耶和華是將烈怒［fury］倒在你們身上了。」

22 As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall you be melted in the midst of it; and you shall know that I the LORD have poured out my fury upon you.

23 耶和華的話臨到我說：

23 And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

24 「人子啊，你要對這地說：你是未得潔淨之地，在惱恨的日子也沒有雨下在你以上。

24 Son of man, say to her, You are the land that is not cleansed, and have refused to receive moisture, nor has rain come down upon you.

25 其中的先知同謀背叛，如咆哮的獅子抓撕掠物。他們吞滅人民，奪去［have taken］財寶，使這地多有寡婦。

25 Her prophets in the midst of her have conspired; they are like a lion that roars and tears the prey; they have devoured lives with their might; they have taken the precious things of their palaces.
