1 Chronicles

Chapter 16

1 So they brought935 the ark727 of God,430 and set3322 it in the middle8432 of the tent168 that David1732 had pitched5186 for it: and they offered7126 burnt5930 sacrifices and peace8002 offerings before6440 God.430

2 And when David1732 had made an end3615 of offering5927 the burnt5930 offerings and the peace8002 offerings, he blessed1288 the people5971 in the name8034 of the LORD.3068

3 And he dealt2505 to every376 one376 of Israel,3478 both man376 and woman,802 to every376 one376 a loaf3603 of bread,3899 and a good piece829 of flesh,829 and a flagon809 of wine.

4 And he appointed5414 certain of the Levites3881 to minister8334 before6440 the ark727 of the LORD,3068 and to record,2142 and to thank3034 and praise1984 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel:3478

6 Benaiah1141 also and Jahaziel3166 the priests3548 with trumpets2689 continually8548 before6440 the ark727 of the covenant1285 of God.430

7 Then227 on that day3117 David1732 delivered5414 first7218 this psalm to thank3034 the LORD3068 into the hand3027 of Asaph623 and his brothers.251

8 Give thanks3034 to the LORD,3068 call7121 on his name,8034 make known3045 his deeds5949 among the people.5971

9 Sing7891 to him, sing psalms2167 to him, talk7878 you of all3605 his wondrous6381 works.

10 Glory1984 you in his holy6944 name:8034 let the heart3820 of them rejoice8055 that seek1245 the LORD.3068

11 Seek1875 the LORD3068 and his strength,5797 seek1245 his face6440 continually.8548

22 Saying, Touch5060 not my anointed,4899 and do my prophets5030 no408 harm.7489

23 Sing7891 to the LORD,3068 all3605 the earth;776 show1319 forth1319 from day3117 to day3117 his salvation.3444

24 Declare5608 his glory3519 among the heathen;1471 his marvelous6381 works among all3605 nations.5971

25 For great1419 is the LORD,3068 and greatly3966 to be praised:1984 he also is to be feared3372 above5921 all3605 gods.430

40 To offer5927 burnt5930 offerings to the LORD3068 on the altar4196 of the burnt5930 offering continually8548 morning1242 and evening,6153 and to do according to all3605 that is written3789 in the law8451 of the LORD,3068 which834 he commanded6680 Israel;3478

41 And with them Heman1968 and Jeduthun,3038 and the rest7605 that were chosen,1305 who834 were expressed5344 by name,8034 to give thanks3034 to the LORD,3068 because3588 his mercy2617 endures for ever;5769

42 And with them Heman1968 and Jeduthun3038 with trumpets2689 and cymbals4700 for those that should make a sound,8085 and with musical7892 instruments3627 of God.430 And the sons1121 of Jeduthun3038 were porters.8179

43 And all3605 the people5971 departed3212 every man376 to his house:1004 and David1732 returned5437 to bless1288 his house.1004

1 Ковчег Божий принесли и поставили его посреди Шатра, на место, приготовленное Давидом; и принесли Богу жертвы всесожжения и благодарственные жертвы.

2 Когда Давид совершил жертвоприношение, он благословил народ именем ГОСПОДА

3 и раздал всем израильтянам, мужчинам и женщинам, по лепешке хлеба, по куску мяса и по виноградной лепешке каждому.

4 Вот кого из левитов Давид поставил служить перед ковчегом ГОСПОДНИМ, призывать ГОСПОДА, Бога Израиля, благодарить и славить ЕГО:

5 Асафа главным, Захарию вторым и с ними Еиэля, Шемирамота, Ехиэля, Маттитью, Элиава, Бенаю, Овед-Эдома и Еиэля. Они играли на лирах и арфах, а Асаф — на кимвалах.

6 Беная и Яхазиэль, священники, должны были изо дня в день в назначенный час трубить в трубы перед ковчегом Завета Божьего.

7 В тот самый день Давид впервые установил, чтобы Асаф и его собратья исполняли во славу ГОСПОДА эту хвалебную песнь:

8 Благодарите ГОСПОДА, призывайте имя Его! Возвещайте среди народов о делах Его!

9 Пойте Ему, прославляйте Его, говорите обо всех чудесах Его!

10 Гордитесь святым именем Его! И пусть радуются сердца всех ищущих ГОСПОДА!

11 Ищите ГОСПОДА и силы Его, стремитесь быть в присутствии Его постоянно.

12 [12-13] Потомки слуги Его Израиля, избранника Его, Иакова сыны, помните о чудесах Его, которые Он сотворил, о знамениях, Им явленных, и о приговорах, которые уста Его изрекли!

14 Он — ГОСПОДЬ, Бог наш, Его решения и законы всей земли касаются.

15 Вечно помните Завет Его — слова Его, которые Он заповедал тысяче поколений,

16 Завет, которым соединил Он Себя с Авраамом, и клятву Его, что дал Исааку.

17 И Он подтвердил его Иакову как закон, Израилю — как Завет вечный.

18 «Тебе дам землю ханаанскую в удел, — сказал Он, — ее в наследие отмерю тебе».

19 Тогда число сынов Израиля было очень малым, людьми пришлыми были они на земле той,

20 переходили от народа к народу, от одного царства к другому.

21 Никому не позволял Он угнетать их и царям с угрозой говорил:

22 «Не касайтесь помазанников Моих и пророкам Моим не причиняйте зла».

23 Пой ГОСПОДУ, вся земля! Изо дня в день возвещайте: «Спаситель Он наш!»

24 Поведайте народам о величии Его, всем племенам — о дивных делах Его!

25 Ибо ГОСПОДЬ велик, и прославлять Его должно, почитать превыше богов всех.

26 Истуканы бездушные — все боги народов, а ГОСПОДЬ небеса сотворил.

27 Величие, великолепие — вокруг Него, сила и ликование — в обители Его.

28 Признайте величие ГОСПОДА, народы, признайте славу ГОСПОДА и Его могущество,

29 признайте славу имени ГОСПОДА! Идите к Нему, неся приношения свои, ГОСПОДУ поклонитесь в великолепии святости Его.

30 Да трепещет пред Ним вся земля! Потому и мир стоит твердо, неколебим он.

31 Да радуется небо и ликует земля, да провозгласят народам: «ГОСПОДЬ — Царь!»

32 Пусть шумит и море, и всё, что наполняет его! Да торжествует поле и всё, что на нем,

33 и все деревья в лесу ликуют пред ГОСПОДОМ! Грядет Он судить землю!

34 Благодарите ГОСПОДА, ибо Он благ, ибо вечна любовь Его неизменная!

35 И еще скажите: «Бог спасения нашего, Ты и ныне спаси нас, из мест пленения нашего освободи и возврати нас, дабы возблагодарить нам святое имя Твое и хвалиться тем, что можем прославить Тебя.

36 Слава ГОСПОДУ, Богу Израиля, во веки веков!» И сказал весь народ: «Аминь! Аллилуйя!»

37 —

38 Давид оставил Асафа и братьев его, а также Овед-Эдома и шестьдесят восемь его братьев подле ковчега Завета ГОСПОДНЕГО, чтобы они служили перед ковчегом постоянно, изо дня в день; Овед-Эдом, сын Едитуна, и Хоса были привратниками.

39 Цадоку-священнику и его братьям-священникам, что были при Скинии ГОСПОДНЕЙ еще в Святилище в Гивоне, Давид повелел,

40 чтобы они постоянно, утром и вечером, приносили всесожжения ГОСПОДУ на жертвеннике для всесожжений и совершали всё так, как предписано в Законе ГОСПОДНЕМ, который Он заповедал Израилю.

41 При них был Хеман, Едутун и остальные избранные для этого служения люди, назначенные поименно, чтобы прославлять ГОСПОДА, восклицая: «Вечна любовь Его неизменная!»

42 При них Хеман и Едутун должны были играть на трубах, кимвалах и других инструментах во славу Божью. Сыновья Едутуна были поставлены при воротах.

43 Народ разошелся по домам, и Давид возвратился в свой дом, чтобы благословить своих домашних.

29 признайте славу имени ГОСПОДА! Идите к Нему, неся приношения свои, ГОСПОДУ поклонитесь в великолепии святости Его.

30 Да трепещет пред Ним вся земля! Потому и мир стоит твердо, неколебим он.

31 Да радуется небо и ликует земля, да провозгласят народам: «ГОСПОДЬ — Царь!»

35 И еще скажите: «Бог спасения нашего, Ты и ныне спаси нас, из мест пленения нашего освободи и возврати нас, дабы возблагодарить нам святое имя Твое и хвалиться тем, что можем прославить Тебя.

36 Blessed1288 be the LORD3068 God430 of Israel3478 for ever5769 and ever5704 5769. And all3605 the people5971 said,559 Amen,543 and praised1984 the LORD.3068

36 Слава ГОСПОДУ, Богу Израиля, во веки веков!» И сказал весь народ: «Аминь! Аллилуйя!»
