Chapter 5

1 Whoever3956 3588 believes4100 that Jesus2424 is the Christ5547 is born1080 of God:2316 and every3956 one that loves25 him that begat1080 loves25 him also2532 that is begotten1080 of him.

2 By this5129 we know1097 that we love25 the children5043 of God,2316 when3752 we love25 God,2316 and keep5083 his commandments.1785

3 For this3778 is the love26 of God,2316 that we keep5083 his commandments:1785 and his commandments1785 are not grievous.926

4 For whatever3956 is born1080 of God2316 overcomes3528 the world:2889 and this3778 is the victory3529 that overcomes3528 the world,2889 even our faith.4102

5 Who5101 is he that overcomes3528 the world,2889 but he that believes4100 that Jesus2424 is the Son5207 of God?2316

6 This3778 is he that came2064 by water5204 and blood,129 even Jesus2424 Christ;5547 not by water5204 only,3440 but by water5204 and blood.129 And it is the Spirit4151 that bears3140 witness,3140 because3754 the Spirit4151 is truth.225

7 For there are three5140 that bear3140 record3140 in heaven,3772 the Father,3962 the Word,3056 and the Holy40 Ghost:4151 and these3778 three5140 are one.1520

8 And there are three5140 that bear3140 witness3140 in earth,1093 the Spirit,4151 and the water,5204 and the blood:129 and these3778 three5140 agree1526 in one.1520

9 If1487 we receive2983 the witness3141 of men,444 the witness3141 of God2316 is greater:3187 for this3778 is the witness3141 of God2316 which3739 he has testified3140 of his Son.5207

10 He that believes4100 on1519 the Son5207 of God2316 has2192 the witness3141 in himself:1438 he that believes4100 not God2316 has made4160 him a liar;5583 because3754 he believes4100 not the record3141 that God2316 gave3140 of his Son.5207

11 And this3778 is the record,3141 that God2316 has given1325 to us eternal166 life,2222 and this3778 life2222 is in his Son.5207

12 He that has2192 the Son5207 has2192 life;2222 and he that has2192 not the Son5207 of God2316 has2192 not life.2222

13 These5023 things have I written1125 to you that believe4100 on1519 the name3686 of the Son5207 of God;2316 that you may know1492 that you have2192 eternal166 life,2222 and that you may believe4100 on1519 the name3686 of the Son5207 of God.2316

14 And this3778 is the confidence3954 that we have2192 in him, that, if1437 we ask154 any5100 thing according2596 to his will,2307 he hears191 us:

15 And if1437 we know1492 that he hear191 us, whatever3739 302 we ask,154 we know1492 that we have2192 the petitions155 that we desired154 of him.

16 If1437 any5100 man see1492 his brother80 sin264 a sin266 which is not to death,2288 he shall ask,154 and he shall give1325 him life2222 for them that sin264 not to death.2288 There is a sin266 to death:2288 I do not say3004 that he shall pray2065 for it.

17 All3956 unrighteousness93 is sin:266 and there is a sin266 not to death.2288

18 We know1492 that whoever3956 3588 is born1080 of God2316 sins264 not; but he that is begotten1080 of God2316 keeps5083 himself,1438 and that wicked4190 one touches680 him not.

19 And we know1492 that we are of God,2316 and the whole3650 world2889 lies2749 in wickedness.4190

20 And we know1492 that the Son5207 of God2316 is come,2240 and has given1325 us an understanding,1271 that we may know1097 him that is true,228 and we are in him that is true,228 even in his Son5207 Jesus2424 Christ.5547 This3778 is the true228 God,2316 and eternal166 life.2222

21 Little5040 children,5040 keep5442 yourselves1438 from idols.1497 Amen.281

1 Всякий, кто верит, что Иисус — Мессия, от Бога рожден; и всякий, кто Родившего любит, любит [и] дитя Его.

2 О том, что в самом деле любим детей Божьих, узнаём из того, что любим Бога и заповеди Его соблюдаем.

3 Ведь любить Бога и значит соблюдать Его заповеди. А заповеди Его не тяжки,

4 ибо всё, от Бога рожденное, одерживает верх над миром. И всякая такая победа над миром — победа веры нашей.

5 Не тот ли побеждает мир, кто верит, что Иисус — Сын Божий?

6 Вот Кто пришел водой крещения и кровью распятия — Иисус Христос; не одной лишь водой пришел, но водою и кровью; Дух тому свидетель, а Дух ведь сама истина.

7 Итак, три есть свидетеля:

8 Дух, вода и кровь — и в свидетельстве своем эти три едины.

9 Если свидетельство людей принимаем, то еще больше верим свидетельству Божию, тому свидетельству, которое Бог Сам дал о Сыне Своем.

10 Кто верит в Сына Божьего, в себе самом несет это свидетельство. Кто же Богу не верит, тот лжецом Его выставляет, не принимая свидетельства, которое дал Бог о Сыне Своем.

11 Вот это свидетельство: Бог вечную жизнь дал нам, и жизнь эта — в Сыне Его.

12 Кто верою Сына обрел, тот жизнь обрел; а кто отвергает Сына Божьего, тот отвергает жизнь.

13 Я написал всё это вам, верующим во имя Сына Божия, чтобы знали вы, что обрели вы жизнь вечную.

14 Мы смело обращаемся к Нему в уверенности, что Он слышит нас, о чем бы ни просили мы Его, сообразуясь с волей Его.

15 И если знаем, что Он слышит нас, когда мы просим Его о чем-либо, знаем и другое: стоит попросить у Него что-то — оно уже наше.

16 Если увидит кто из вас брата своего, грех совершающего, но не к смерти ведущий грех, пусть молится за него, и Бог даст ему жизнь. Но это только тех касается, кто согрешает грехом, не к смерти ведущим. Есть смертный грех: не такой я имею в виду, говоря, чтобы вы молились.

17 Хотя всякая неправда — грех, однако не всякий грех к смерти ведет.

18 Рожденный от Бога, как нам известно, не грешит, ибо хранит его Сын Божий, и лукавый не смеет прикасаться к нему.

19 О себе мы знаем, что от Бога мы. А весь мир — во власти дьявола.

20 Но знаем также, что Сын Божий, когда приходил, даровал нам разумение, чтобы познали мы Истинного. И вот мы — в Нем, в Истине самой, и в Сыне Его, Иисусе Христе. Он есть истинный Бог и жизнь вечная.

21 Бегите ложных богов, дети мои.

1 Всякий, кто верит, что Иисус — Мессия, от Бога рожден; и всякий, кто Родившего любит, любит [и] дитя Его.

2 By this5129 we know1097 that we love25 the children5043 of God,2316 when3752 we love25 God,2316 and keep5083 his commandments.1785

2 О том, что в самом деле любим детей Божьих, узнаём из того, что любим Бога и заповеди Его соблюдаем.

3 For this3778 is the love26 of God,2316 that we keep5083 his commandments:1785 and his commandments1785 are not grievous.926

3 Ведь любить Бога и значит соблюдать Его заповеди. А заповеди Его не тяжки,

4 For whatever3956 is born1080 of God2316 overcomes3528 the world:2889 and this3778 is the victory3529 that overcomes3528 the world,2889 even our faith.4102

4 ибо всё, от Бога рожденное, одерживает верх над миром. И всякая такая победа над миром — победа веры нашей.

5 Who5101 is he that overcomes3528 the world,2889 but he that believes4100 that Jesus2424 is the Son5207 of God?2316

5 Не тот ли побеждает мир, кто верит, что Иисус — Сын Божий?

6 This3778 is he that came2064 by water5204 and blood,129 even Jesus2424 Christ;5547 not by water5204 only,3440 but by water5204 and blood.129 And it is the Spirit4151 that bears3140 witness,3140 because3754 the Spirit4151 is truth.225

6 Вот Кто пришел водой крещения и кровью распятия — Иисус Христос; не одной лишь водой пришел, но водою и кровью; Дух тому свидетель, а Дух ведь сама истина.

7 For there are three5140 that bear3140 record3140 in heaven,3772 the Father,3962 the Word,3056 and the Holy40 Ghost:4151 and these3778 three5140 are one.1520

7 Итак, три есть свидетеля:

8 And there are three5140 that bear3140 witness3140 in earth,1093 the Spirit,4151 and the water,5204 and the blood:129 and these3778 three5140 agree1526 in one.1520

8 Дух, вода и кровь — и в свидетельстве своем эти три едины.

10 Кто верит в Сына Божьего, в себе самом несет это свидетельство. Кто же Богу не верит, тот лжецом Его выставляет, не принимая свидетельства, которое дал Бог о Сыне Своем.

11 And this3778 is the record,3141 that God2316 has given1325 to us eternal166 life,2222 and this3778 life2222 is in his Son.5207

11 Вот это свидетельство: Бог вечную жизнь дал нам, и жизнь эта — в Сыне Его.

12 He that has2192 the Son5207 has2192 life;2222 and he that has2192 not the Son5207 of God2316 has2192 not life.2222

12 Кто верою Сына обрел, тот жизнь обрел; а кто отвергает Сына Божьего, тот отвергает жизнь.

13 These5023 things have I written1125 to you that believe4100 on1519 the name3686 of the Son5207 of God;2316 that you may know1492 that you have2192 eternal166 life,2222 and that you may believe4100 on1519 the name3686 of the Son5207 of God.2316

13 Я написал всё это вам, верующим во имя Сына Божия, чтобы знали вы, что обрели вы жизнь вечную.

14 And this3778 is the confidence3954 that we have2192 in him, that, if1437 we ask154 any5100 thing according2596 to his will,2307 he hears191 us:

14 Мы смело обращаемся к Нему в уверенности, что Он слышит нас, о чем бы ни просили мы Его, сообразуясь с волей Его.

15 And if1437 we know1492 that he hear191 us, whatever3739 302 we ask,154 we know1492 that we have2192 the petitions155 that we desired154 of him.

15 И если знаем, что Он слышит нас, когда мы просим Его о чем-либо, знаем и другое: стоит попросить у Него что-то — оно уже наше.

16 If1437 any5100 man see1492 his brother80 sin264 a sin266 which is not to death,2288 he shall ask,154 and he shall give1325 him life2222 for them that sin264 not to death.2288 There is a sin266 to death:2288 I do not say3004 that he shall pray2065 for it.

16 Если увидит кто из вас брата своего, грех совершающего, но не к смерти ведущий грех, пусть молится за него, и Бог даст ему жизнь. Но это только тех касается, кто согрешает грехом, не к смерти ведущим. Есть смертный грех: не такой я имею в виду, говоря, чтобы вы молились.

17 All3956 unrighteousness93 is sin:266 and there is a sin266 not to death.2288

17 Хотя всякая неправда — грех, однако не всякий грех к смерти ведет.

18 We know1492 that whoever3956 3588 is born1080 of God2316 sins264 not; but he that is begotten1080 of God2316 keeps5083 himself,1438 and that wicked4190 one touches680 him not.

18 Рожденный от Бога, как нам известно, не грешит, ибо хранит его Сын Божий, и лукавый не смеет прикасаться к нему.

19 And we know1492 that we are of God,2316 and the whole3650 world2889 lies2749 in wickedness.4190

19 О себе мы знаем, что от Бога мы. А весь мир — во власти дьявола.

20 And we know1492 that the Son5207 of God2316 is come,2240 and has given1325 us an understanding,1271 that we may know1097 him that is true,228 and we are in him that is true,228 even in his Son5207 Jesus2424 Christ.5547 This3778 is the true228 God,2316 and eternal166 life.2222

20 Но знаем также, что Сын Божий, когда приходил, даровал нам разумение, чтобы познали мы Истинного. И вот мы — в Нем, в Истине самой, и в Сыне Его, Иисусе Христе. Он есть истинный Бог и жизнь вечная.

21 Little5040 children,5040 keep5442 yourselves1438 from idols.1497 Amen.281
