1 Снова израильтяне стали творить зло пред ГОСПОДОМ, и Он предал их в руки филистимлян на сорок лет.

2 Жил тогда в Цоре один человек из колена Дана, по имени Маноах. Жена его была бесплодна — не могла она родить.

3 Явился этой женщине ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ и возвестил ей: «Ты бесплодна и родить не можешь, но теперь понесешь ты и родишь сына.

4 Смотри, не пей ни вина, ничего хмельного и не ешь нечистой пищи.

5 Понесешь ты и родишь сына. Да не коснется бритва головы его, ибо мальчик с рождения будет назореем Божьим. И он станет защищать Израиль от филистимлян».

6 Женщина пошла к своему мужу и рассказала ему: «Приходил ко мне человек Божий, с виду как ангел Божий, трепет внушающий. Я не спросила его, откуда он, имени своего он мне не назвал.

7 Сказал он мне: „Ты понесешь и родишь сына. Не пей ни вина, ни хмельных напитков и нечистой пищи не ешь, ибо мальчик будет назореем Божьим с рождения и до самой смерти“».

8 Маноах обратился к ГОСПОДУ с молитвой: «Прошу Тебя, Владыка, пусть тот человек Божий, посланник Твой, вновь придет к нам и научит, как поступать с мальчиком, когда он родится».

9 Бог услышал просьбу Маноаха, и ангел Божий вновь пришел к женщине, когда она была в поле, а мужа ее, Маноаха, с ней не было.

10 Женщина поспешила к мужу и сообщила ему: «Снова явился тот человек, что приходил прежде!»

11 Маноах встал и пошел вслед за женой. Придя в поле, он подошел к посланнику и спросил его: «Ты ли прежде говорил с моей женой?» Тот ответил: «Я».

12 Маноах сказал: «Если исполнится твое слово, что ты велишь о мальчике — как нам поступать?»

13 Ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ ответил Маноаху: «Пусть твоя жена воздерживается от всего, что я ей назвал:

14 не ест ничего из того, что растет на виноградной лозе, не пьет ни вина, ни хмельного напитка и не ест ничего нечистого. Пусть она исполнит все мои указания!»

15 Маноах ответил ангелу ГОСПОДНЮ: «Прошу тебя, побудь с нами, а мы приготовим тебе козленка».

16 Но ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ сказал Маноаху: «Даже если я останусь с тобой, есть твою еду я не стану. А всесожжение ГОСПОДУ ты можешь совершить». Не знал Маноах, что это был ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ.

17 И Маноах спросил ангела ГОСПОДНЯ: «Как твое имя? Когда сбудется твое слово, мы прославим тебя!»

18 Но ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ ответил ему: «Зачем ты спрашиваешь об имени моем? Оно чудесно!»

19 Маноах взял козленка и хлебный дар, принес жертву ГОСПОДУ на камне — и Господь сотворил чудо, которое видели только Маноах и его жена.

20 Когда на жертвеннике разгорелся огонь, то ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ поднялся к небу в пламени огня. Маноах и жена его увидели это и пали ниц.

21 И когда ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ стал уже невидим Маноаху и его жене, Маноах понял, что это был ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ.

22 Маноах сказал жене: «Нас ждет смерть, ведь мы видели Бога!»

23 Но жена ответила ему: «Если бы ГОСПОДЬ пожелал нас умертвить, то не принял бы от нас жертвы и хлебного дара, не явил бы нам ничего подобного и не заповедал бы нам всё это!»

24 И женщина понесла и родила сына и назвала его Самсоном. И он возмужал, и ГОСПОДЬ благословил его.

25 И Дух ГОСПОДЕНЬ нисходил на Самсона в Стане Дана между Цорой и Эштаолом.

Chapter 13

1 And the children1121 of Israel3478 did6213 evil7451 again3254 in the sight5869 of the LORD;3068 and the LORD3068 delivered5414 them into the hand3027 of the Philistines6430 forty705 years.8141

2 And there was a certain259 man376 of Zorah,6881 of the family4940 of the Danites,1839 whose name8034 was Manoah;4495 and his wife802 was barren,6135 and bore3205 not.

3 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 appeared7200 to the woman,802 and said559 to her, Behold2009 now,4994 you are barren,6135 and bore3205 not: but you shall conceive,2029 and bear3205 a son.1121

4 Now6258 therefore beware,8104 I pray4994 you, and drink8354 not wine3196 nor strong drink,7941 and eat398 not any3605 unclean2931 thing:

5 For, see,2009 you shall conceive,2030 and bear3205 a son;1121 and no3808 razor4177 shall come5927 on5921 his head:7218 for the child5288 shall be a Nazarite5139 to God430 from the womb:990 and he shall begin2490 to deliver3467 Israel3478 out of the hand3027 of the Philistines.6430

6 Then the woman802 came935 and told559 her husband,376 saying,559 A man376 of God430 came935 to me, and his countenance4758 was like the countenance4758 of an angel4397 of God,430 very3966 terrible:3372 but I asked7592 him not from where335 2088 he was, neither3808 told5046 he me his name:8034

7 But he said559 to me, Behold,2009 you shall conceive,2030 and bear3205 a son;1121 and now6258 drink7941 no408 wine3196 nor strong drink,8354 neither408 eat398 any3605 unclean2932 thing: for the child5288 shall be a Nazarite5139 to God430 from the womb990 to the day3117 of his death.4194

8 Then Manoah4495 entreated6279 the LORD,3068 and said,559 O my Lord,3068 let the man376 of God430 which834 you did send7971 come935 again5750 to us, and teach3384 us what4100 we shall do6213 to the child5288 that shall be born.3205

9 And God430 listened8085 to the voice6963 of Manoah;4495 and the angel4397 of God430 came935 again5750 to the woman802 as she sat3427 in the field:7704 but Manoah4495 her husband376 was not with her.

10 And the woman802 made haste,4116 and ran,7323 and showed5046 her husband,376 and said559 to him, Behold,2009 the man376 has appeared7200 to me, that came935 to me the other day.3117

11 And Manoah4495 arose,6965 and went3212 after310 his wife,802 and came935 to the man,376 and said559 to him, Are you the man376 that spoke1696 to the woman?802 And he said,559 I am.

12 And Manoah4495 said,559 Now6258 let your words1697 come935 to pass.935 How4100 shall we order4941 the child,5288 and how shall we do6213 to him?

13 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 said559 to Manoah,4495 Of all3605 that I said559 to the woman802 let her beware.8104

14 She may not eat398 of any3605 thing that comes3318 of the vine,1612 neither408 let her drink8354 wine3196 or strong drink,7941 nor408 eat398 any3605 unclean2932 thing: all3605 that I commanded6680 her let her observe.8104

15 And Manoah4495 said559 to the angel4397 of the LORD,3068 I pray4994 you, let us detain6113 you, until5704 we shall have made6213 ready a kid1423 5795 for you.

16 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 said559 to Manoah,4495 Though518 you detain6113 me, I will not eat398 of your bread:3899 and if518 you will offer6213 a burnt5930 offering, you must offer5927 it to the LORD.3068 For Manoah4495 knew3045 not that he was an angel4397 of the LORD.3068

17 And Manoah4495 said559 to the angel4397 of the LORD,3068 What4310 is your name,8034 that when3588 your sayings1697 come935 to pass935 we may do you honor?3513

18 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 said559 to him, Why4100 ask7592 you thus2088 after my name,8034 seeing it is secret?6383

19 So Manoah4495 took3947 a kid1423 5795 with a meat offering,4503 and offered5927 it on a rock6697 to the LORD:3068 and the angel did6213 wondrously;6381 and Manoah4495 and his wife802 looked7200 on.

20 For it came1961 to pass, when the flame3851 went5927 up toward heaven8064 from off5921 the altar,4196 that the angel4397 of the LORD3068 ascended5927 in the flame3851 of the altar.4196 And Manoah4495 and his wife802 looked7200 on it, and fell5307 on5921 their faces6440 to the ground.776

21 But the angel4397 of the LORD3068 did no3808 more3254 appear7200 to Manoah4495 and to his wife.802 Then227 Manoah4495 knew3045 that he was an angel4397 of the LORD.3068

22 And Manoah4495 said559 to his wife,802 We shall surely die,4191 because3588 we have seen7200 God.430

23 But his wife802 said559 to him, If3863 the LORD3068 were pleased2654 to kill4191 us, he would not have received3947 a burnt5930 offering4503 and a meat offering at our hands,3027 neither3808 would he have showed7200 us all3605 these428 things,1697 nor3808 would as at this time6256 have told8085 us such things1697 as these.2063

24 And the woman802 bore3205 a son,1121 and called7121 his name8034 Samson:8123 and the child5288 grew,1431 and the LORD3068 blessed1288 him.

25 And the Spirit7307 of the LORD3068 began2490 to move6470 him at times in the camp4264 of Dan1835 between996 Zorah6881 and Eshtaol.847

2 Жил тогда в Цоре один человек из колена Дана, по имени Маноах. Жена его была бесплодна — не могла она родить.

2 And there was a certain259 man376 of Zorah,6881 of the family4940 of the Danites,1839 whose name8034 was Manoah;4495 and his wife802 was barren,6135 and bore3205 not.

3 Явился этой женщине ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ и возвестил ей: «Ты бесплодна и родить не можешь, но теперь понесешь ты и родишь сына.

3 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 appeared7200 to the woman,802 and said559 to her, Behold2009 now,4994 you are barren,6135 and bore3205 not: but you shall conceive,2029 and bear3205 a son.1121

4 Смотри, не пей ни вина, ничего хмельного и не ешь нечистой пищи.

4 Now6258 therefore beware,8104 I pray4994 you, and drink8354 not wine3196 nor strong drink,7941 and eat398 not any3605 unclean2931 thing:

5 Понесешь ты и родишь сына. Да не коснется бритва головы его, ибо мальчик с рождения будет назореем Божьим. И он станет защищать Израиль от филистимлян».

5 For, see,2009 you shall conceive,2030 and bear3205 a son;1121 and no3808 razor4177 shall come5927 on5921 his head:7218 for the child5288 shall be a Nazarite5139 to God430 from the womb:990 and he shall begin2490 to deliver3467 Israel3478 out of the hand3027 of the Philistines.6430

6 Женщина пошла к своему мужу и рассказала ему: «Приходил ко мне человек Божий, с виду как ангел Божий, трепет внушающий. Я не спросила его, откуда он, имени своего он мне не назвал.

6 Then the woman802 came935 and told559 her husband,376 saying,559 A man376 of God430 came935 to me, and his countenance4758 was like the countenance4758 of an angel4397 of God,430 very3966 terrible:3372 but I asked7592 him not from where335 2088 he was, neither3808 told5046 he me his name:8034

7 Сказал он мне: „Ты понесешь и родишь сына. Не пей ни вина, ни хмельных напитков и нечистой пищи не ешь, ибо мальчик будет назореем Божьим с рождения и до самой смерти“».

7 But he said559 to me, Behold,2009 you shall conceive,2030 and bear3205 a son;1121 and now6258 drink7941 no408 wine3196 nor strong drink,8354 neither408 eat398 any3605 unclean2932 thing: for the child5288 shall be a Nazarite5139 to God430 from the womb990 to the day3117 of his death.4194

8 Маноах обратился к ГОСПОДУ с молитвой: «Прошу Тебя, Владыка, пусть тот человек Божий, посланник Твой, вновь придет к нам и научит, как поступать с мальчиком, когда он родится».

8 Then Manoah4495 entreated6279 the LORD,3068 and said,559 O my Lord,3068 let the man376 of God430 which834 you did send7971 come935 again5750 to us, and teach3384 us what4100 we shall do6213 to the child5288 that shall be born.3205

9 Бог услышал просьбу Маноаха, и ангел Божий вновь пришел к женщине, когда она была в поле, а мужа ее, Маноаха, с ней не было.

9 And God430 listened8085 to the voice6963 of Manoah;4495 and the angel4397 of God430 came935 again5750 to the woman802 as she sat3427 in the field:7704 but Manoah4495 her husband376 was not with her.

10 Женщина поспешила к мужу и сообщила ему: «Снова явился тот человек, что приходил прежде!»

10 And the woman802 made haste,4116 and ran,7323 and showed5046 her husband,376 and said559 to him, Behold,2009 the man376 has appeared7200 to me, that came935 to me the other day.3117

11 Маноах встал и пошел вслед за женой. Придя в поле, он подошел к посланнику и спросил его: «Ты ли прежде говорил с моей женой?» Тот ответил: «Я».

11 And Manoah4495 arose,6965 and went3212 after310 his wife,802 and came935 to the man,376 and said559 to him, Are you the man376 that spoke1696 to the woman?802 And he said,559 I am.

12 Маноах сказал: «Если исполнится твое слово, что ты велишь о мальчике — как нам поступать?»

12 And Manoah4495 said,559 Now6258 let your words1697 come935 to pass.935 How4100 shall we order4941 the child,5288 and how shall we do6213 to him?

13 Ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ ответил Маноаху: «Пусть твоя жена воздерживается от всего, что я ей назвал:

13 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 said559 to Manoah,4495 Of all3605 that I said559 to the woman802 let her beware.8104

14 не ест ничего из того, что растет на виноградной лозе, не пьет ни вина, ни хмельного напитка и не ест ничего нечистого. Пусть она исполнит все мои указания!»

14 She may not eat398 of any3605 thing that comes3318 of the vine,1612 neither408 let her drink8354 wine3196 or strong drink,7941 nor408 eat398 any3605 unclean2932 thing: all3605 that I commanded6680 her let her observe.8104

15 Маноах ответил ангелу ГОСПОДНЮ: «Прошу тебя, побудь с нами, а мы приготовим тебе козленка».

15 And Manoah4495 said559 to the angel4397 of the LORD,3068 I pray4994 you, let us detain6113 you, until5704 we shall have made6213 ready a kid1423 5795 for you.

16 Но ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ сказал Маноаху: «Даже если я останусь с тобой, есть твою еду я не стану. А всесожжение ГОСПОДУ ты можешь совершить». Не знал Маноах, что это был ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ.

16 And the angel4397 of the LORD3068 said559 to Manoah,4495 Though518 you detain6113 me, I will not eat398 of your bread:3899 and if518 you will offer6213 a burnt5930 offering, you must offer5927 it to the LORD.3068 For Manoah4495 knew3045 not that he was an angel4397 of the LORD.3068

17 И Маноах спросил ангела ГОСПОДНЯ: «Как твое имя? Когда сбудется твое слово, мы прославим тебя!»

17 And Manoah4495 said559 to the angel4397 of the LORD,3068 What4310 is your name,8034 that when3588 your sayings1697 come935 to pass935 we may do you honor?3513

20 Когда на жертвеннике разгорелся огонь, то ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ поднялся к небу в пламени огня. Маноах и жена его увидели это и пали ниц.

21 И когда ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ стал уже невидим Маноаху и его жене, Маноах понял, что это был ангел ГОСПОДЕНЬ.

21 But the angel4397 of the LORD3068 did no3808 more3254 appear7200 to Manoah4495 and to his wife.802 Then227 Manoah4495 knew3045 that he was an angel4397 of the LORD.3068

22 Маноах сказал жене: «Нас ждет смерть, ведь мы видели Бога!»

22 And Manoah4495 said559 to his wife,802 We shall surely die,4191 because3588 we have seen7200 God.430

23 Но жена ответила ему: «Если бы ГОСПОДЬ пожелал нас умертвить, то не принял бы от нас жертвы и хлебного дара, не явил бы нам ничего подобного и не заповедал бы нам всё это!»

23 But his wife802 said559 to him, If3863 the LORD3068 were pleased2654 to kill4191 us, he would not have received3947 a burnt5930 offering4503 and a meat offering at our hands,3027 neither3808 would he have showed7200 us all3605 these428 things,1697 nor3808 would as at this time6256 have told8085 us such things1697 as these.2063

24 И женщина понесла и родила сына и назвала его Самсоном. И он возмужал, и ГОСПОДЬ благословил его.

24 And the woman802 bore3205 a son,1121 and called7121 his name8034 Samson:8123 and the child5288 grew,1431 and the LORD3068 blessed1288 him.

25 И Дух ГОСПОДЕНЬ нисходил на Самсона в Стане Дана между Цорой и Эштаолом.

25 And the Spirit7307 of the LORD3068 began2490 to move6470 him at times in the camp4264 of Dan1835 between996 Zorah6881 and Eshtaol.847
