1 «Я готов был ответить тем, кто не спрашивал обо Мне, открыться тем, кто Меня не искал. Я сказал народу, который не призывал имени Моего: „Здесь Я! Я же здесь!“
2 Изо дня в день простирал Я руки к народу мятежному, что ходил путем недобрым, лишь своим предаваясь помыслам.
3 Народ сей постоянно оскорбляет Меня, в садах, будто предо Мной, жертвы приносят, на каменных алтарях воскуряют благовония;
4 в гробницах собираются, проводят ночи в укромных местах, свинину, мясо нечистых животных, едят и всякую мерзость варят в котлах;
5 да еще говорят тем, кто не с ними: „Стой, не приближайся ко мне, я свят для тебя!“ Они для Меня что дым, от которого в горле першит, пламя, что изо дня в день полыхает.
6 Вот это записано у Меня, молчать Я не стану — отплачу им сполна. Прямо в подол им падет расплата!
7 Не за ваши только беззакония, — говорит ГОСПОДЬ, — но и за беззакония предков ваших, что воскуряли на горах благовония чуждым богам, на холмах Меня оскорбляли, по делам будет и расплата — прямо в подол их одежд!»
8 Вот что говорит ГОСПОДЬ: «Когда виноградная гроздь наливается соком, говорят о ней: „Не повреди ее, в ней — благословение!“ Так и Я поступлю ради слуг Моих и не уничтожу всех!
9 Я дам Иакову потомство, от Иуды произведу того, кто унаследует горы Мои, и будут они уделом избранников Моих, станут жить там слуги Мои.
10 В Сароне будут пастись отары, в долине Ахор — стада покоиться ради народа Моего, искавшего Меня!
11 А вас, кто от ГОСПОДА отвернулся и забыл гору Мою святую, кто трапезу готовит богу Удаче и наливает вино богине Судьбе —
12 вас предам Я мечу, на колени падете и погибнете все под его ударами! Звал Я, но не отвечали вы, говорил — не внимали; творили вы, что Я считаю злом, избрали, что Мне неугодно».
13 Потому так говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ: «Слуги Мои есть будут, а вы — голодать, они будут пить, а вы — изнывать от жажды, слуг Моих радость ждет, а вас — позор.
14 Они ликовать будут в радости сердечной, а вы от сердечного горя взвоете, возопит ваш дух сокрушенный.
15 Имя ваше, избранные Мои, будут произносить как проклятье! Истребит таких Владыка ГОСПОДЬ, слугам же Своим новое имя даст.
16 И всякий, кто в этой стране призывать будет на себя благословение, Им, Богом Истинным, будет себя благословлять; и кто клясться будет в этой стране — перед Истинным Богом будет его клятва! Забыты будут прежние печали и от взора Моего сокрыты будут.
17 Воистину новое небо творю Я и новую землю, о прежних же и самая память исчезнет, на ум уже никому они не придут.
18 Вечными да будут радость и ликование твое о том, что созидаю Я ныне; Иерусалим Я сотворю, чтобы он был средоточием радости, народ его — отрадою!
19 Стану радоваться об Иерусалиме, веселиться о народе моем, не услышат там более ни плача, ни стенаний.
20 Там не будут умирать младенцы, прожившие всего несколько дней, не будет и старца, не дожившего до седин; о том, кто в сто лет почил, будут говорить, что умер молодым, а того, кто век не проживет, сочтут проклятым.
21 Дома будут они строить и сами жить в них, виноградники сажать и плоды их вкушать;
22 а не так, чтобы один строил, а другой жил, один посадил, а другой ел. Крепок, долголетен будет народ Мой, как дерево, и плодами рук своих будут наслаждаться избранники Мои вовек.
23 Труды их не будут напрасными, детей будут рождать не на беду — благословит ГОСПОДЬ их потомство, их самих и детей их.
24 Не успеют они воззвать ко Мне, Я отвечу, еще говорить не кончат, уже услышу.
25 Будут пастись у них рядом волк с ягненком, лев, как вол, станет есть траву, а пищей для змея будет прах земной. Не будет там, на всей святой горе Моей, ни пагубы, ни погибели», — говорит ГОСПОДЬ.

13 Потому так говорит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ: «Слуги Мои есть будут, а вы — голодать, они будут пить, а вы — изнывать от жажды, слуг Моих радость ждет, а вас — позор.

14 Они ликовать будут в радости сердечной, а вы от сердечного горя взвоете, возопит ваш дух сокрушенный.

16 И всякий, кто в этой стране призывать будет на себя благословение, Им, Богом Истинным, будет себя благословлять; и кто клясться будет в этой стране — перед Истинным Богом будет его клятва! Забыты будут прежние печали и от взора Моего сокрыты будут.

17 Воистину новое небо творю Я и новую землю, о прежних же и самая память исчезнет, на ум уже никому они не придут.

18 Вечными да будут радость и ликование твое о том, что созидаю Я ныне; Иерусалим Я сотворю, чтобы он был средоточием радости, народ его — отрадою!

20 Там не будут умирать младенцы, прожившие всего несколько дней, не будет и старца, не дожившего до седин; о том, кто в сто лет почил, будут говорить, что умер молодым, а того, кто век не проживет, сочтут проклятым.

21 Дома будут они строить и сами жить в них, виноградники сажать и плоды их вкушать;
