Глава 39

1 Иосифа же отвели в Египет, и купил его из рук Измаильтян, приведших его туда, Египтянин Потифар, евнух Фараонов, начальник телохранителей.

2 И был Иегова с Иосифом: он был успешен в делах, и жил в доме господина своего, Египтянина.

3 Господин его увидел, что Иегова с ним, и что всему, что он ни делает, Иегова в руках его дает успех.

4 И обрел Иосиф благоволение в очах его, и служил ему. Он поставил его над всем домом своим, и все, что имел, отдал на руки его.

5 И с того времени, как он поставил Иосифа в доме своем над всем, что имел, Иегова благословил дом Египтянина ради Иосифа, и было благословение Иеговы на всем, что у него было в доме и в поле.

6 Посему он все, что имел, отдал на руки Иосифу; и не знал при нем ничего, кроме хлеба, который ел. Иосиф же был прекрасен лицем и прекрасен взором.

7 И случилось после сих происшествий, что обратила взоры на Иосифа жена господина его, и сказала: спи со мною.

8 Но он отказался, и сказал жене господина своего: вот, господин мой не знает при мне ничего в доме, и все, что имел, отдал в мои руки;

9 Нет больше меня в доме сем; и он не запретил мне ничего, кроме тебя, потому что ты жена ему; как же сделаю я сие великое зло, и согрешу пред Богом?

10 Когда таким образом она ежедневно говорила Иосифу, а он не слушался ее, чтобы спать с нею и быть с нею,

11 Случилось в один день, что он вошел в дом делать дело свое, тогда как никого из домашних тут в доме не было;

12 Она схватила его за одежду, и сказала: ложись со мною. Но он, оставя одежду свою в руках ее, побежал и выбежал вон.

13 Она же, увидя, что он оставил одежду свою в руках ее, и побежал вон,

14 Кликнула домашних, и сказала: посмотрите, он привел к нам Еврея, ругаться над нами. Он пришел ко мне, чтобы лечь со мною; но я закричала громким голосом;

15 И он, услыша, что я подняла вопль и кричала, оставил у меня одежду свою, и побежал, и выбежал вон.

16 И оставила одежду его у себя до того времени, когда господин его придет в дом свой.

17 И пересказала ему те же слова, говоря: раб Еврей, которого ты привел к нам, приходил ко мне ругаться надо мною;

18 Но когда я подняла вопль, и стала кричать, он оставил у меня одежду свою, и убежал вон.

19 Когда господин его услышал слова жены своей, которые она рассказывала ему, говоря: таким образом поступил со мною раб твой, тогда он воспылал гневом;

20 И взял Иосифа господин его, и отдал его в дом темничный, где содержатся царские узники. И был он там в доме темничном.

21 Но Иегова был с Иосифом; и простер к нему милость, и даровал ему благоволение в очах начальника темничного дома.

22 И отдал начальник темничного дома в руки Иосифу всех узников, находившихся в доме темничном, и что там ни делалось, все делалось чрез него.

23 Начальник темничного дома и не смотрел ни за чем, что было у него в руках, потому что Иегова был с ним, и во всем, что он ни делал, Иегова давал ему успех.

Chapter 39

1 And Joseph3130 was brought3381 down3381 to Egypt;4714 and Potiphar,6318 an officer5631 of Pharaoh,6547 captain8269 of the guard,2876 an Egyptian,4713 bought7069 him of the hands3027 of the Ishmeelites,3459 which834 had brought3381 him down3381 thither.8033

2 And the LORD3068 was with Joseph,3130 and he was a prosperous6743 man;376 and he was in the house1004 of his master113 the Egyptian.4713

3 And his master113 saw7200 that the LORD3068 was with him, and that the LORD3068 made all3605 that he did6213 to prosper6743 in his hand.3027

4 And Joseph3130 found4672 grace2580 in his sight,5869 and he served8334 him: and he made him overseer6485 over5921 his house,1004 and all3605 that he had3426 he put5414 into his hand.3027

5 And it came1961 to pass from the time that he had3426 made him overseer6485 in his house,1004 and over5921 all3605 that he had,3426 that the LORD3068 blessed1288 the Egyptian's4713 house1004 for Joseph's3130 sake;1558 and the blessing1293 of the LORD3068 was on all3605 that he had3426 in the house,1004 and in the field.7704

6 And he left5800 all3605 that he had in Joseph's3130 hand;3027 and he knew3045 not ought3972 he had, save3588 518 the bread3899 which834 he did eat.398 And Joseph3130 was a goodly3303 8389 person, and well3303 favored.4758

7 And it came1961 to pass after310 these428 things,1697 that his master's113 wife802 cast5375 her eyes5869 on Joseph;3130 and she said,559 Lie7901 with me.

8 But he refused,3985 and said559 to his master's113 wife,802 Behold,2005 my master113 wotteth3045 not what4100 is with me in the house,1004 and he has committed5414 all3605 that he has3426 to my hand;3027

9 There is none369 greater1419 in this2088 house1004 than4480 I; neither3808 has he kept2820 back2820 any3972 thing3972 from me but you, because834 you are his wife:802 how349 then can I do6213 this2063 great1419 wickedness,7451 and sin2398 against God?430

10 And it came1961 to pass, as she spoke1696 to Joseph3130 day3117 by day,3117 that he listened8085 not to her, to lie7901 by her, or to be with her.

11 And it came1961 to pass about this2088 time,3117 that Joseph went935 into the house1004 to do6213 his business;4399 and there was none369 of the men582 of the house1004 there8033 within.1004

12 And she caught8610 him by his garment,899 saying,559 Lie7901 with me: and he left5800 his garment899 in her hand,3027 and fled,5127 and got3318 him out.

13 And it came1961 to pass, when she saw7200 that he had left5800 his garment899 in her hand,3027 and was fled5127 forth,2351

14 That she called7121 to the men582 of her house,1004 and spoke559 to them, saying,559 See,7200 he has brought935 in an Hebrew5680 to us to mock6711 us; he came935 in to me to lie7901 with me, and I cried7121 with a loud1419 voice:6963

15 And it came1961 to pass, when he heard8085 that I lifted7311 up my voice6963 and cried,7121 that he left5800 his garment899 with me, and fled,5127 and got3318 him out.

16 And she laid5117 up his garment899 by her, until5704 his lord113 came935 home.1004

17 And she spoke1696 to him according to these428 words,1697 saying,559 The Hebrew5680 servant,5650 which834 you have brought935 to us, came935 in to me to mock6711 me:

18 And it came1961 to pass, as I lifted7311 up my voice6963 and cried,7121 that he left5800 his garment899 with me, and fled5127 out.

19 And it came1961 to pass, when his master113 heard8085 the words1697 of his wife,802 which834 she spoke1696 to him, saying,559 After this428 manner1697 did6213 your servant5650 to me; that his wrath639 was kindled.2734

20 And Joseph's3130 master113 took3947 him, and put5414 him into413 the prison,1004 5470 a place4725 where834 the king's4428 prisoners615 were bound:631 and he was there8033 in the prison.1004 5470

21 But the LORD3068 was with Joseph,3130 and showed5186 him mercy,2617 and gave5414 him favor2580 in the sight5869 of the keeper8269 of the prison.1004

22 And the keeper8269 of the prison1004 5470 committed5414 to Joseph's3130 hand3027 all3605 the prisoners615 that were in the prison;1004 5470 and whatever3605 834 they did6213 there,8033 he was the doer6213 of it.

23 The keeper8269 of the prison1004 5470 looked7200 not to any3972 thing3972 that was under his hand;3027 because834 the LORD3068 was with him, and that which834 he did,6213 the LORD3068 made it to prosper.6743

3 Господин его увидел, что Иегова с ним, и что всему, что он ни делает, Иегова в руках его дает успех.

3 And his master113 saw7200 that the LORD3068 was with him, and that the LORD3068 made all3605 that he did6213 to prosper6743 in his hand.3027

4 И обрел Иосиф благоволение в очах его, и служил ему. Он поставил его над всем домом своим, и все, что имел, отдал на руки его.

4 And Joseph3130 found4672 grace2580 in his sight,5869 and he served8334 him: and he made him overseer6485 over5921 his house,1004 and all3605 that he had3426 he put5414 into his hand.3027

5 И с того времени, как он поставил Иосифа в доме своем над всем, что имел, Иегова благословил дом Египтянина ради Иосифа, и было благословение Иеговы на всем, что у него было в доме и в поле.

5 And it came1961 to pass from the time that he had3426 made him overseer6485 in his house,1004 and over5921 all3605 that he had,3426 that the LORD3068 blessed1288 the Egyptian's4713 house1004 for Joseph's3130 sake;1558 and the blessing1293 of the LORD3068 was on all3605 that he had3426 in the house,1004 and in the field.7704

6 Посему он все, что имел, отдал на руки Иосифу; и не знал при нем ничего, кроме хлеба, который ел. Иосиф же был прекрасен лицем и прекрасен взором.

6 And he left5800 all3605 that he had in Joseph's3130 hand;3027 and he knew3045 not ought3972 he had, save3588 518 the bread3899 which834 he did eat.398 And Joseph3130 was a goodly3303 8389 person, and well3303 favored.4758

7 И случилось после сих происшествий, что обратила взоры на Иосифа жена господина его, и сказала: спи со мною.

7 And it came1961 to pass after310 these428 things,1697 that his master's113 wife802 cast5375 her eyes5869 on Joseph;3130 and she said,559 Lie7901 with me.

8 Но он отказался, и сказал жене господина своего: вот, господин мой не знает при мне ничего в доме, и все, что имел, отдал в мои руки;

8 But he refused,3985 and said559 to his master's113 wife,802 Behold,2005 my master113 wotteth3045 not what4100 is with me in the house,1004 and he has committed5414 all3605 that he has3426 to my hand;3027

9 Нет больше меня в доме сем; и он не запретил мне ничего, кроме тебя, потому что ты жена ему; как же сделаю я сие великое зло, и согрешу пред Богом?

11 Случилось в один день, что он вошел в дом делать дело свое, тогда как никого из домашних тут в доме не было;

11 And it came1961 to pass about this2088 time,3117 that Joseph went935 into the house1004 to do6213 his business;4399 and there was none369 of the men582 of the house1004 there8033 within.1004

12 Она схватила его за одежду, и сказала: ложись со мною. Но он, оставя одежду свою в руках ее, побежал и выбежал вон.

12 And she caught8610 him by his garment,899 saying,559 Lie7901 with me: and he left5800 his garment899 in her hand,3027 and fled,5127 and got3318 him out.

13 Она же, увидя, что он оставил одежду свою в руках ее, и побежал вон,

13 And it came1961 to pass, when she saw7200 that he had left5800 his garment899 in her hand,3027 and was fled5127 forth,2351

14 Кликнула домашних, и сказала: посмотрите, он привел к нам Еврея, ругаться над нами. Он пришел ко мне, чтобы лечь со мною; но я закричала громким голосом;

14 That she called7121 to the men582 of her house,1004 and spoke559 to them, saying,559 See,7200 he has brought935 in an Hebrew5680 to us to mock6711 us; he came935 in to me to lie7901 with me, and I cried7121 with a loud1419 voice:6963

15 И он, услыша, что я подняла вопль и кричала, оставил у меня одежду свою, и побежал, и выбежал вон.

15 And it came1961 to pass, when he heard8085 that I lifted7311 up my voice6963 and cried,7121 that he left5800 his garment899 with me, and fled,5127 and got3318 him out.

16 И оставила одежду его у себя до того времени, когда господин его придет в дом свой.

16 And she laid5117 up his garment899 by her, until5704 his lord113 came935 home.1004

17 И пересказала ему те же слова, говоря: раб Еврей, которого ты привел к нам, приходил ко мне ругаться надо мною;

23 Начальник темничного дома и не смотрел ни за чем, что было у него в руках, потому что Иегова был с ним, и во всем, что он ни делал, Иегова давал ему успех.
