Глава 8

1 Савл же одобрял убиение его. И разразилось в тот день великое гонение на церковь Иерусалимскую, и все, кроме апостолов, рассеялись по разным местам Иудеи и Самарии.

2 Стефана же похоронили благоговейные люди и сделали великий плач по нем.

3 А Савл опустошал церковь, входя в дома, и, влача мужчин и женщин, отдавал в тюрьму.

4 Между тем, рассеявшиеся пошли в разные стороны, благовествуя слово.

5 А Филипп, придя в город Самарийский, проповедовал им Христа.

6 Толпы народа единодушно внимали тому, что говорил Филипп, слыша и видя знамения, которые он творил.

7 Ибо многие из одержимых духами нечистыми, которые выходили с громким воплем, и многие расслабленные и хромые были исцелены.

8 И была великая радость в том городе.

9 Муж некий, по имени Симон, был уже раньше в городе, занимаясь волшебством и изумляя народ Самарийский, выдавая себя за какого-то великого.

10 Ему внимали все от мала до велика, говоря: это — сила Божия, называемая Великой.

11 А внимали ему, потому что он долгое время изумлял их волшебством.

12 Но когда поверили Филиппу, благовествующему о Царстве Божием и об имени Иисуса Христа, то были крещены и мужчины и женщины.

13 А Симон и сам уверовал и, приняв крещение, не отходил от Филиппа, и видя, что совершаются знамения и силы великие, изумлялся.

14 Услышав же, что Самария приняла слово Божие, находившиеся в Иерусалиме апостолы послали к ним Петра и Иоанна,

15 которые пришли и помолились о них, чтобы они приняли Духа Святого.

16 Ибо Он еще не сходил ни на кого из них, а только были они крещены во имя Господа Иисуса.

17 Тогда они возлагали руки на них, и те принимали Духа Святого.

18 Симон же, увидев, что чрез возложение рук апостолов подается Дух Святой, принес им деньги,

19 говоря: дайте и мне власть эту, чтобы тот, на кого я возложу руки, получал Духа Святого.

20 Но Петр сказал ему: серебро твое с тобою да будет в погибель, потому что ты помыслил дар Божий приобрести за деньги.

21 Нет тебе в этом части, ни жребия. Ибо сердце твое не право пред Богом.

22 Итак покайся в этом зле твоем и помолись Господу, может быть, будет отпущен тебе умысел сердца твоего:

23 ибо вижу, что ты — в горькой желчи и в узах неправды.

24 Симон же сказал в ответ: помолитесь вы за меня Господу, чтобы не постигло меня ничто из сказанного вами.

25 Они же, засвидетельствовав и проповедав слово Господне, пошли обратно в Иерусалим и во многих селениях Самарянских благовествовали.

26 А ангел Господень сказал Филиппу: встань и к полудню иди на дорогу, спускающуюся от Иерусалима к Газе. Она безлюдна.

27 И встав, он пошел. И вот муж Эфиоп, евнух, вельможа Кандакии, царицы Эфиопской, который был над всей её казной. Он ходил для поклонения в Иерусалим,

28 и возвращался. И сидел он на своей колеснице и читал пророка Исаию.

29 И Дух сказал Филиппу: подойди и пристань к этой колеснице.

30 И подбежав, Филипп услышал, что он читает Исаию пророка,

31 и сказал: да понимаешь ли ты, что читаешь? А он сказал: как мне понять, если кто не наставит меня? И попросил Филиппа подняться и сесть с ним.

32 А место Писания, которое он читал, было такое: Как овца на заклание Он был приведен, и как агнец пред стригущим Его безгласен, так Он не отверзает уст Своих.

33 В унижении Его, было отказано Ему в правосудии. Род Его кто изъяснит? Ибо жизнь Его изъемлется от земли.

34 И обращаясь к Филиппу, евнух сказал: прошу тебя, о ком пророк говорит это: о себе или о ком-нибудь другом?

35 Филипп же отверз уста свои и, начав от этого писания, благовествовал ему Иисуса.

36 Двигались они по дороге и пришли к какой-то воде. И говорит евнух: вот вода; что препятствует мне креститься?

37 [И сказал ему Филипп: если веруешь от всего сердца, можно. Он же сказал в ответ: верую, что Иисус Христос есть Сын Божий.]

38 И приказал остановить колесницу, и сошли оба в воду, как Филипп, так и евнух, и он крестил его.

39 Когда же они вышли из воды, Дух Господень восхитил Филиппа, и больше не видел его евнух, и продолжал он, радуясь, свой путь.

40 А Филипп оказался в Азоте и, проходя, благовествовал всем городам, доколе не пришел в Кесарию.

1 And Saul4569 was consenting4909 to his death.336 And at1722 that time2250 there was a great3173 persecution1375 against1909 the church1577 which3588 was at1722 Jerusalem;2414 and they were all3956 scattered1289 abroad1289 throughout2596 the regions5561 of Judaea2449 and Samaria,4540 except4133 the apostles.652

2 And devout2126 men435 carried4792 Stephen4736 to his burial, and made4160 great3173 lamentation2870 over1909 him.

3 As for Saul,4569 he made havoc3075 of the church,1577 entering1531 into1531 every2596 house,3624 and haling4951 men435 and women1135 committed3860 them to prison.5438

4 Therefore3767 they that were scattered1289 abroad1289 went1330 every1330 where1330 preaching2097 the word.3056

5 Then1161 Philip5376 went2718 down2718 to the city4172 of Samaria,4540 and preached2784 Christ5547 to them.

6 And the people3793 with one3661 accord3661 gave4337 heed4337 to those3588 things which Philip5376 spoke,3004 hearing191 and seeing991 the miracles4592 which he did.4160

7 For unclean169 spirits,4151 crying994 with loud3173 voice,5456 came1831 out of many4183 that were possessed2192 with them: and many4183 taken with palsies,3886 and that were lame,5560 were healed.2323

8 And there was great3173 joy5479 in that city.4172

9 But there was a certain5100 man,435 called3686 Simon,4613 which beforetime4391 in the same city4172 used3096 sorcery,3096 and bewitched1839 the people1484 of Samaria,4540 giving3004 out that himself1438 was some5100 great3173 one:

10 To whom3739 they all3956 gave4337 heed,4337 from the least3398 to the greatest,3173 saying,3004 This3778 man is the great3173 power1411 of God.2316

11 And to him they had regard,4337 because1223 that of long2425 time5550 he had bewitched1839 them with sorceries.3095

12 But when3753 they believed4100 Philip5376 preaching2097 the things concerning4012 the kingdom932 of God,2316 and the name3686 of Jesus2424 Christ,5547 they were baptized,907 both5037 men435 and women.1135

13 Then1161 Simon4613 himself846 believed4100 also:2532 and when he was baptized,907 he continued4342 with Philip,5376 and wondered,1839 beholding2334 the miracles1411 and signs4592 which were done.1096

14 Now1161 when the apostles652 which3588 were at1722 Jerusalem2414 heard191 that Samaria4540 had received1209 the word3056 of God,2316 they sent649 to them Peter4074 and John:2491

15 Who,3748 when they were come2597 down,2597 prayed4336 for them, that they might receive2983 the Holy40 Ghost:4151

16 (For as yet3768 he was fallen1968 on none3762 of them: only3440 they were baptized907 in the name3686 of the Lord2962 Jesus.2424)

17 Then5119 laid2007 they their hands5495 on1909 them, and they received2983 the Holy40 Ghost.4151

18 And when Simon4613 saw2300 that through1223 laying1936 on1936 of the apostles'652 hands5495 the Holy40 Ghost4151 was given,1325 he offered4374 them money,5536

19 Saying,3004 Give1325 me also2504 this5026 power,1849 that on2007 whomsoever3739 302 I lay2007 hands,5495 he may receive2983 the Holy40 Ghost.4151

20 But Peter4074 said2036 to him, Your money694 perish1510 with you, because3754 you have thought3543 that the gift1431 of God2316 may be purchased2932 with money.5536

21 You have2076 neither3756 part3310 nor3761 lot2819 in this5129 matter:3056 for your heart2588 is not right2117 in the sight1799 of God.2316

22 Repent3340 therefore3767 of this5026 your wickedness,2549 and pray1189 God,2316 if1487 perhaps686 the thought1963 of your4671 heart2588 may be forgiven863 you.

23 For I perceive3708 that you are in the gall5521 of bitterness,4088 and in the bond4886 of iniquity.93

24 Then1161 answered611 Simon,4613 and said,2036 Pray1189 you to the LORD2962 for me, that none3367 of these things which3739 you have spoken2046 come1904 on me.

25 And they, when they had testified1263 and preached2980 the word3056 of the Lord,2962 returned5290 to Jerusalem,2419 and preached2097 the gospel2097 in many4183 villages2968 of the Samaritans.4541

26 And the angel32 of the Lord2962 spoke2980 to Philip,5376 saying,3004 Arise,450 and go4198 toward2596 the south3314 to the way3598 that goes3597 down2597 from Jerusalem2419 to Gaza,1048 which3778 is desert.2048

27 And he arose450 and went:4198 and, behold,2400 a man435 of Ethiopia,128 an eunuch2135 of great authority1413 under Candace2582 queen938 of the Ethiopians,128 who3739 had the charge1909 of all3956 her treasure,1047 and had come2064 to Jerusalem2419 for to worship,4352

28 Was returning,5290 and sitting2521 in his chariot716 read314 Esaias2268 the prophet.4396

29 Then1161 the Spirit4151 said2036 to Philip,5376 Go4334 near,4334 and join2853 yourself to this5129 chariot.716

30 And Philip5376 ran4370 thither4370 to him, and heard191 him read314 the prophet4396 Esaias,2268 and said,2036 Understand1097 you what3739 you read?314

31 And he said,2036 How4459 can1410 I, except3362 some5100 man should guide3594 me? And he desired3870 Philip5376 that he would come305 up and sit2523 with him.

32 The place4042 of the scripture1124 which he read314 was this,3778 He was led71 as a sheep4263 to the slaughter;4967 and like5613 a lamb286 dumb880 before1726 his shearer,2751 so3779 opened455 he not his mouth:4750

33 In his humiliation5014 his judgment2920 was taken142 away: and who5101 shall declare1334 his generation?1074 for his life2222 is taken142 from the earth.1093

34 And the eunuch2135 answered611 Philip,5376 and said,2036 I pray1189 you, of whom5101 speaks3004 the prophet4396 this?5124 of himself,1438 or2228 of some5100 other2087 man?

35 Then1161 Philip5376 opened455 his mouth,4750 and began756 at575 the same5026 scripture,1124 and preached2097 to him Jesus.2424

36 And as they went4198 on2596 their way,3598 they came2064 to a certain5100 water:5204 and the eunuch2135 said,5346 See,2400 here is water;5204 what5101 does hinder2967 me to be baptized?907

37 And Philip5376 said,2036 If1487 you believe4100 with all3650 your3588 heart,2588 you may.1832 And he answered611 and said,2036 I believe4100 that Jesus2424 Christ5547 is the Son5207 of God.2316

38 And he commanded2753 the chariot716 to stand2476 still:2476 and they went2597 down2597 both297 into1519 the water,5204 both5037 Philip5376 and the eunuch;2135 and he baptized907 him.

39 And when3753 they were come305 up out of the water,5204 the Spirit4151 of the Lord2962 caught726 away726 Philip,5376 that the eunuch2135 saw1492 him no3765 more:3765 and he went4198 on his way3598 rejoicing.5463

40 But Philip5376 was found2147 at1519 Azotus:108 and passing1330 through1223 he preached2097 in all3956 the cities,4172 till2193 he came2064 to Caesarea.2542

6 Толпы народа единодушно внимали тому, что говорил Филипп, слыша и видя знамения, которые он творил.

9 But there was a certain5100 man,435 called3686 Simon,4613 which beforetime4391 in the same city4172 used3096 sorcery,3096 and bewitched1839 the people1484 of Samaria,4540 giving3004 out that himself1438 was some5100 great3173 one:

10 Ему внимали все от мала до велика, говоря: это — сила Божия, называемая Великой.

10 To whom3739 they all3956 gave4337 heed,4337 from the least3398 to the greatest,3173 saying,3004 This3778 man is the great3173 power1411 of God.2316

11 А внимали ему, потому что он долгое время изумлял их волшебством.

12 Но когда поверили Филиппу, благовествующему о Царстве Божием и об имени Иисуса Христа, то были крещены и мужчины и женщины.

14 Услышав же, что Самария приняла слово Божие, находившиеся в Иерусалиме апостолы послали к ним Петра и Иоанна,

20 Но Петр сказал ему: серебро твое с тобою да будет в погибель, потому что ты помыслил дар Божий приобрести за деньги.

20 But Peter4074 said2036 to him, Your money694 perish1510 with you, because3754 you have thought3543 that the gift1431 of God2316 may be purchased2932 with money.5536

21 Нет тебе в этом части, ни жребия. Ибо сердце твое не право пред Богом.

21 You have2076 neither3756 part3310 nor3761 lot2819 in this5129 matter:3056 for your heart2588 is not right2117 in the sight1799 of God.2316

22 Итак покайся в этом зле твоем и помолись Господу, может быть, будет отпущен тебе умысел сердца твоего:

22 Repent3340 therefore3767 of this5026 your wickedness,2549 and pray1189 God,2316 if1487 perhaps686 the thought1963 of your4671 heart2588 may be forgiven863 you.

23 ибо вижу, что ты — в горькой желчи и в узах неправды.

23 For I perceive3708 that you are in the gall5521 of bitterness,4088 and in the bond4886 of iniquity.93

24 Симон же сказал в ответ: помолитесь вы за меня Господу, чтобы не постигло меня ничто из сказанного вами.

24 Then1161 answered611 Simon,4613 and said,2036 Pray1189 you to the LORD2962 for me, that none3367 of these things which3739 you have spoken2046 come1904 on me.

25 Они же, засвидетельствовав и проповедав слово Господне, пошли обратно в Иерусалим и во многих селениях Самарянских благовествовали.

25 And they, when they had testified1263 and preached2980 the word3056 of the Lord,2962 returned5290 to Jerusalem,2419 and preached2097 the gospel2097 in many4183 villages2968 of the Samaritans.4541

26 А ангел Господень сказал Филиппу: встань и к полудню иди на дорогу, спускающуюся от Иерусалима к Газе. Она безлюдна.

26 And the angel32 of the Lord2962 spoke2980 to Philip,5376 saying,3004 Arise,450 and go4198 toward2596 the south3314 to the way3598 that goes3597 down2597 from Jerusalem2419 to Gaza,1048 which3778 is desert.2048

27 И встав, он пошел. И вот муж Эфиоп, евнух, вельможа Кандакии, царицы Эфиопской, который был над всей её казной. Он ходил для поклонения в Иерусалим,

28 и возвращался. И сидел он на своей колеснице и читал пророка Исаию.

28 Was returning,5290 and sitting2521 in his chariot716 read314 Esaias2268 the prophet.4396

29 И Дух сказал Филиппу: подойди и пристань к этой колеснице.

29 Then1161 the Spirit4151 said2036 to Philip,5376 Go4334 near,4334 and join2853 yourself to this5129 chariot.716

30 И подбежав, Филипп услышал, что он читает Исаию пророка,

30 And Philip5376 ran4370 thither4370 to him, and heard191 him read314 the prophet4396 Esaias,2268 and said,2036 Understand1097 you what3739 you read?314

31 и сказал: да понимаешь ли ты, что читаешь? А он сказал: как мне понять, если кто не наставит меня? И попросил Филиппа подняться и сесть с ним.

31 And he said,2036 How4459 can1410 I, except3362 some5100 man should guide3594 me? And he desired3870 Philip5376 that he would come305 up and sit2523 with him.

36 Двигались они по дороге и пришли к какой-то воде. И говорит евнух: вот вода; что препятствует мне креститься?

37 [И сказал ему Филипп: если веруешь от всего сердца, можно. Он же сказал в ответ: верую, что Иисус Христос есть Сын Божий.]

37 And Philip5376 said,2036 If1487 you believe4100 with all3650 your3588 heart,2588 you may.1832 And he answered611 and said,2036 I believe4100 that Jesus2424 Christ5547 is the Son5207 of God.2316

38 И приказал остановить колесницу, и сошли оба в воду, как Филипп, так и евнух, и он крестил его.
