Псалом 2

1 Зачем возмущаются народы, и язычники замышляют пустое?

2 Восстают земные цари, и правители собираются вместе против Господа и против Его Помазанника.

3 «Цепи Их разорвем, — говорят. — Оковы Их сбросим!»

4 Восседающий на небесах смеется, Владыка насмехается над ними.

5 Тогда скажет им во гневе Своем и яростью Своею приведет их в смятение:

6 «Я поставил Царя Своего над Сионом, Моей святой горой».

7 Возвещу волю Господа: Он сказал Мне: «Ты Сын Мой, сегодня Я родил Тебя.

8 Проси у Меня, и отдам народы Тебе в наследие, края земли — Тебе во владение.

9 Сокрушишь их железным скипетром, как сосуд горшечника расколешь».

10 Итак, образумьтесь, цари, научитесь, земные судьи!

11 Служите Господу со страхом и радуйтесь с трепетом.

12 Целуйте Сына, чтобы Он не разгневался, и вы не погибли в пути, потому что гнев Его быстро вспыхивает. Блаженны все, кто у Него ищет прибежища.

2 The kings4428 of the earth776 set3320 themselves, and the rulers7336 take counsel3245 together,3162 against5921 the LORD,3068 and against5921 his anointed,4899 saying,

3 Let us break5423 their bands4147 asunder, and cast7993 away their cords5688 from us.

4 He that sits3427 in the heavens8064 shall laugh:7832 the LORD136 shall have them in derision.3932

5 Then227 shall he speak1696 to them in his wrath,639 and vex926 them in his sore displeasure.2740

6 Yet have I set5258 my king4428 on my holy6944 hill2022 of Zion.6726

7 I will declare5608 the decree:2706 the LORD3068 has said559 to me, You are my Son;1121 this day3117 have I begotten3205 you.

8 Ask7592 of me, and I shall give5415 you the heathen1471 for your inheritance,5159 and the uttermost657 parts of the earth776 for your possession.272

9 You shall break7489 them with a rod7626 of iron;1270 you shall dash5310 them in pieces like a potter's3335 vessel.3627

10 Be wise7919 now6258 therefore, O you kings:4428 be instructed,3256 you judges8199 of the earth.776

11 Serve5647 the LORD3068 with fear,3374 and rejoice1523 with trembling.7460
