Глава 12

1 «Вот каким законам и предписаниям вы должны следовать на вашей новой земле; соблюдайте их неукоснительно, как долго будете жить на ней. Господь, Бог ваших предков, отдаёт вам эту землю,

2 и вы отберёте её у тех народов, которые там живут сейчас. Уничтожьте все места, где эти народы поклоняются своим богам: высоко в горах, на холмах и под зелёными деревьями.

3 Разрушьте их алтари, разбейте на куски их памятные камни, сожгите столбы Ашеры и разрубите статуи их богов!

4 Вы не должны поклоняться Господу, Богу вашему так же, как эти люди поклоняются своим богам.

5 Господь, Бог ваш, изберёт для Себя место среди каждого вашего колена, там Он поместит имя Своё и дом Свой, куда вы должны приходить для поклонения.

6 Приносите туда свои приношения всесожжения и другие жертвы, десятую часть от урожая и от скота, свои личные дары, дары по обету, ваши добровольные дары и первенцев от крупного и мелкого скота.

7 Ешьте там с вашими семьями, и Господь, Бог ваш, будет там с вами. В том месте вы будете радостно делиться всем, ради чего трудились, и будете помнить, что Господь, Бог ваш, благословил вас и дал вам все эти блага.

8 Не поклоняйтесь там Богу, как мы поклонялись до сих пор, каждый по-своему,

9 потому что мы ещё не вошли в мирную землю, которую Бог отдаёт нам.

10 Перейдя же Иордан, вы будете жить на той земле, которую Господь отдаёт вам, и Господь даст вам отдых от врагов, и вы будете в безопасности.

11 Тогда Господь выберет для Себя место, и это будет Его святой дом, на нём Господь начертает Своё имя. Приносите туда всё, что я велел вам: приношения для всесожжения, жертвы, десятую часть от вашего урожая и от скота, дары по обету, любые дары, обещанные Господу, и первенцев вашего крупного и мелкого скота.

12 Приходите в то место всей семьёй, с детьми, со всеми слугами, с левитами, живущими в ваших городах. (У левитов нет своей собственной земли). Радуйтесь все вместе перед Господом, Богом вашим!

13 Смотрите, не совершайте всесожжения на всяком месте, которое увидите,

14 потому что Господь изберёт для Себя особое место на земле, где живёт ваш народ, и только в том месте совершайте всесожжения и служения, о которых я вам говорил.

15 Где бы вы ни жили, можете закалывать и есть любое чистое животное, как, например, серну или оленя. Ешьте мясо сколько хотите, так как оно — благословение Господнее. Это мясо может есть всякий человек, как чистый, так и нечистый.

16 Но не ешьте мясо с кровью, выливайте её на землю как воду.

17 И там, где живёте, не ешьте ту часть вашего зерна, которая принадлежит Богу, не употребляйте ту часть молодого вина и оливкового масла, которая принадлежит Богу, первенцев крупного и мелкого скота, любой обещанный Богу дар, всякий дар по обету или любой другой дар Богу.

18 Все эти приношения ешьте только там, где с вами будет Господь, Бог ваш, в святом месте, которое изберёт Господь. Идите туда и ешьте вместе с вашими сыновьями, дочерьми, всеми слугами и левитами, живущими в ваших городах. Радуйтесь перед Господом, Богом вашим, наслаждайтесь всем, ради чего трудились,

19 но смотрите, делитесь едой с левитами всё время, пока будете жить на своей земле.

20 Господь, Бог ваш, обещал расширить границы вашей страны, и, когда Господь сделает это, ты можешь оказаться слишком далеко от того места, которое Господь избрал для Своего святого дома. Если ты слишком далеко и изголодался по мясу, то можешь есть любое мясо, какое имеешь. Ты можешь заколоть любое животное из крупного или мелкого скота, который дал тебе Господь, но делай это, как я заповедал тебе: ешь мясо там, где живёшь, и, когда захочешь,

22 можешь есть это мясо, как ел бы серну или оленя, и чистый и нечистый могут есть это,

23 но смотри, не употребляй кровь, потому что в крови — жизнь, а ты не должен есть мясо, в котором ещё есть жизнь.

24 Не употребляй кровь, выливай её на землю как воду.

25 Не употребляй кровь, делай всё по наставлению Господнему, тогда и у тебя, и твоих потомков всё будет хорошо.

26 Если захочешь принести Господу особый дар, иди к месту, избранному Господом, Богом твоим, чтобы принести Ему этот дар,

27 и в том месте соверши приношение сожжением. Приноси мясо и кровь всесожжения на алтарь Господа, Бога твоего; но кровь других приношений выливай на алтарь Господа, Бога твоего, а мясо можешь есть.

28 Смотрите, соблюдайте все заповеди, которые я вам даю, и если будете делать доброе и угодное Господу, Богу вашему, то и вам, и потомкам вашим будет хорошо во веки веков.

29 Вы отберёте землю у других народов, которые Господь истребит ради вас, изгоните те народы и будете там жить.

30 Будьте осторожны! Не попадитесь в ту же самую ловушку, что и те народы: не поклоняйтесь их лжебогам, не взывайте к ним о помощи, говоря: „Тот народ поклонялся этим богам, и я тоже буду им поклоняться!”

31 Не поступайте так с Господом, Богом вашим, так как те народы совершают много такого, что ненавистно Господу, даже сжигают своих детей в жертву своим богам.

32 Смотрите, исполняйте всё, что я заповедую вам, ничего не прибавляйте и ничего не убавляйте к сказанному мной!»

2 Ye shall utterly destroy6 6 853 all3605 the places,4725 wherein834 8033 the nations1471 which834 853 ye859 shall possess3423 served5647 853 their gods,430 upon5921 the high7311 mountains,2022 and upon5921 the hills,1389 and under8478 every3605 green7488 tree: 6086

3 And ye shall overthrow5422 853 their altars,4196 and break7665 853 their pillars,4676 and burn8313 their groves842 with fire;784 and ye shall hew down1438 the graven images6456 of their gods,430 and destroy6 853 the names8034 of them out of4480 that1931 place.4725

4 Ye shall not3808 do6213 so3651 unto the LORD3068 your God.430

5 But3588 518 unto413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose977 out of all4480 3605 your tribes7626 to put7760 853 his name8034 there,8033 even unto his habitation7933 shall ye seek,1875 and thither8033 thou shalt come: 935

6 And thither8033 ye shall bring935 your burnt offerings,5930 and your sacrifices,2077 and your tithes,4643 and853 heave offerings8641 of your hand,3027 and your vows,5088 and your freewill offerings,5071 and the firstlings1062 of your herds1241 and of your flocks: 6629

7 And there8033 ye shall eat398 before6440 the LORD3068 your God,430 and ye shall rejoice8055 in all3605 that ye put4916 your hand3027 unto, ye859 and your households,1004 wherein834 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath blessed1288 thee.

8 Ye shall not3808 do6213 after all3605 the things that834 we587 do6213 here6311 this day,3117 every man376 whatsoever3605 is right3477 in his own eyes.5869

9 For3588 ye are not3808 as yet5704 6258 come935 to413 the rest4496 and to413 the inheritance,5159 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 giveth5414 you.

10 But when ye go over5674 853 Jordan,3383 and dwell3427 in the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 giveth you to inherit,5157 853 and when he giveth you rest5117 from all4480 3605 your enemies341 round about,4480 5439 so that ye dwell3427 in safety;983

11 Then there shall be1961 a place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose977 to cause his name8034 to dwell7931 there;8033 thither8033 shall ye bring935 853 all3605 that834 I595 command6680 you; your burnt offerings,5930 and your sacrifices,2077 your tithes,4643 and the heave offering8641 of your hand,3027 and all3605 your choice4005 vows5088 which834 ye vow5087 unto the LORD: 3068

12 And ye shall rejoice8055 before6440 the LORD3068 your God,430 ye,859 and your sons,1121 and your daughters,1323 and your menservants,5650 and your maidservants,519 and the Levite3881 that834 is within your gates;8179 forasmuch3588 as he hath no369 part2506 nor inheritance5159 with854 you.

13 Take heed8104 to thyself that6435 thou offer5927 not thy burnt offerings5930 in every3605 place4725 that834 thou seest: 7200

14 But3588 518 in the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose977 in one259 of thy tribes,7626 there8033 thou shalt offer5927 thy burnt offerings,5930 and there8033 thou shalt do6213 all3605 that834 I595 command6680 thee.

15 Notwithstanding7535 thou mayest kill2076 and eat398 flesh1320 in all3605 thy gates,8179 whatsoever3605 thy soul5315 lusteth after,185 according to the blessing1293 of the LORD3068 thy God430 which834 he hath given5414 thee: the unclean2931 and the clean2889 may eat398 thereof, as of the roebuck,6643 and as of the hart.354

16 Only7535 ye shall not3808 eat398 the blood;1818 ye shall pour8210 it upon5921 the earth776 as water.4325

17 Thou mayest3201 not3808 eat398 within thy gates8179 the tithe4643 of thy corn,1715 or of thy wine,8492 or of thy oil,3323 or the firstlings1062 of thy herds1241 or of thy flock,6629 nor any3605 of thy vows5088 which834 thou vowest,5087 nor thy freewill offerings,5071 or heave offering8641 of thine hand: 3027

18 But3588 518 thou must eat398 them before6440 the LORD3068 thy God430 in the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall choose,977 thou,859 and thy son,1121 and thy daughter,1323 and thy manservant,5650 and thy maidservant,519 and the Levite3881 that834 is within thy gates:8179 and thou shalt rejoice8055 before6440 the LORD3068 thy God430 in all3605 that thou puttest4916 thine hands3027 unto.

19 Take heed8104 to thyself that thou forsake not6435 5800 853 the Levite3881 as long as thou livest3605 3117 upon5921 the earth.127

20 When3588 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall enlarge7337 853 thy border,1366 as834 he hath promised1696 thee, and thou shalt say,559 I will eat398 flesh,1320 because3588 thy soul5315 longeth183 to eat398 flesh;1320 thou mayest eat398 flesh,1320 whatsoever3605 thy soul5315 lusteth after.185

21 If3588 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 hath chosen977 to put7760 his name8034 there8033 be too far7368 from4480 thee, then thou shalt kill2076 of thy herd4480 1241 and of thy flock,4480 6629 which834 the LORD3068 hath given5414 thee as834 I have commanded6680 thee, and thou shalt eat398 in thy gates8179 whatsoever3605 thy soul5315 lusteth after.185

22 Even389 as834 853 the roebuck6643 and the hart354 is eaten,398 so3651 thou shalt eat398 them: the unclean2931 and the clean2889 shall eat398 of them alike.3162

23 Only7535 be sure2388 that thou eat398 not1115 the blood:1818 for3588 the blood1818 is the life;5315 and thou mayest not3808 eat398 the life5315 with5973 the flesh.1320

24 Thou shalt not3808 eat398 it; thou shalt pour8210 it upon5921 the earth776 as water.4325

29 When3588 the LORD3068 thy God430 shall cut off3772 853 the nations1471 from before4480 6440 thee, whither834 8033 thou859 goest935 to possess3423 them, and thou succeedest3423 them, and dwellest3427 in their land;776

30 Take heed8104 to thyself that6435 thou be not snared5367 by following310 them, after that310 they be destroyed8045 from before4480 6440 thee; and that6435 thou inquire1875 not after their gods,430 saying,559 How349 did these428 nations1471 serve5647 853 their gods?430 even so3651 will I589 do6213 likewise.1571

31 Thou shalt not3808 do6213 so3651 unto the LORD3068 thy God:430 for3588 every3605 abomination8441 to the LORD,3068 which834 he hateth,8130 have they done6213 unto their gods;430 for3588 even1571 853 their sons1121 and their daughters1323 they have burnt8313 in the fire784 to their gods.430

32 853 What thing soever3605 1697 834 I595 command6680 you, observe8104 to do6213 it: thou shalt not3808 add3254 thereto,5921 nor3808 diminish1639 from4480 it.

31 Не поступайте так с Господом, Богом вашим, так как те народы совершают много такого, что ненавистно Господу, даже сжигают своих детей в жертву своим богам.
