2 Before6440 Ephraim669 and Benjamin1144 and Manasseh4519 stir5782 up your strength,1369 and come3212 and save3444 us.

3 Turn7725 us again,7725 O God,430 and cause your face6440 to shine;215 and we shall be saved.3467

4 O LORD3068 God430 of hosts,6635 how5704 long5704 will you be angry6225 against the prayer8605 of your people?5971

5 You feed398 them with the bread3899 of tears;1832 and give them tears1832 to drink8248 in great7991 measure.7991

6 You make7760 us a strife4066 to our neighbors:7934 and our enemies341 laugh3932 among themselves.

7 Turn7725 us again,7725 O God430 of hosts,6635 and cause your face6440 to shine;215 and we shall be saved.3467

15 And the vineyard3657 which834 your right3225 hand3225 has planted,5193 and the branch1121 that you made strong553 for yourself.

16 It is burned8313 with fire,784 it is cut3683 down: they perish6 at the rebuke1606 of your countenance.6440

17 Let your hand3027 be on the man376 of your right3225 hand,3225 on the son1121 of man120 whom you made strong553 for yourself.

18 So will not we go5472 back5472 from you: quicken2421 us, and we will call7121 on your name.8034

3 Пусть грянет музыка! Ударьте в бубны и троньте струны сладкозвучной арфы и лиры.

4 Трубите в рог в праздник Новолуния и в полнолуние, в день нашего праздника,

5 так как это установление для Исраила, закон от Бога Якуба.

6 Он установил это как заповедь для Юсуфа, когда тот вышел из земли египетской.Я услышал голос, которого не знал:

7 «Я снял тяжёлую ношу с его плеч, и руки его освободились от корзин.

8 В бедствии ты призвал Меня, и Я спас тебя; из тучи грозовой Я ответил тебе; при водах Меривы испытал тебя.                                      Пауза

9 Слушай, Мой народ, и Я предостерегу тебя. О Исраил, если бы ты послушал Меня!

10 Да не будет у тебя иного бога и не поклоняйся богу чужеземному.

11 Я – Вечный, твой Бог, Тот, Кто вывел тебя из земли египетской. Открой свои уста, и Я наполню их.

12 Но народ Мой не слушал Моего голоса, Исраил не покорялся Мне.

13 Потому Я и оставил их во власти их упрямых сердец и позволил им следовать помыслам своим.

14 О, если бы народ Мой слушал Меня и Исраил ходил Моими путями!

15 Я вскоре бы смирил их врагов и обратил бы Свою руку против их неприятелей.

16 Ненавидящие Вечного раболепствовали бы перед Ним, и их наказание продолжалось бы вечно. .

17 Я питал бы их лучшей пшеницей и насыщал бы их мёдом из сот, что в скалистых расщелинах».
