Псалом 139

1 Руководителю хора Псалом Давида

2 Избавь меня, ГОСПОДИ, от людей злых, от людей, насилие чинящих, обереги меня.

3 Злое замышляют они в сердце своем, всякий день пламя войны раздувают.

4 Язык их — что смертоносное жало гадюки, во рту у них — яд змеиный.

5 ГОСПОДИ, защити меня от рук нечестивого, храни от людей, насилие творящих, задумавших наземь повергнуть меня.

6 Гордецы западню мне приготовили и силки расставили, раскинули сеть поперек дороги и ловушку для меня поставили.

7 А я говорю ГОСПОДУ: «Ты — Бог мой. Услышь, ГОСПОДИ, мольбы мои».

8 ГОСПОДИ, Владыка и оплот спасения моего, в день битвы защитил Ты голову мою.

9 И ныне, ГОСПОДИ, не дай исполниться желанию нечестивого, не дай осуществиться злому умыслу его, чтобы он и ему подобные не превозносились.

10 Те, кто окружает меня, поднимают головы свои; пусть же зло уст их придет на них.

11 Пусть падут на них угли горящие, пусть они низвергнуты будут в огонь и в ямы глубокие, чтобы никогда не подняться им!

12 Да не найдет себе места на земле человек злоязычный! Пусть обрушит зло удар за ударом на того, кто насилие над другими чинит.

13 Знаю я, что ГОСПОДЬ вступится за угнетенных и за справедливость в деле бедных выступит.

14 Воистину, будут праведные славить имя Твое и правдивые будут жить в присутствии Твоем!

Psalm 139

1 O LORD, thou hast searched me and known me.

2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thoughts from above.

3 Thou knowest my way and my paths, and art acquainted with all my ways.

4 For if there is deception in my tongue, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

5 From the beginning to the end, thou knowest me, O LORD, for thou hast formed and laid thy hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

7 Whither shall I go from thy Spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

8 If I ascend into heaven, thou art there; if I descend into Sheol, behold, thou art there also.

9 If I lift up my wings like those of an eagle, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,

10 Even there also shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall be as light upon me; even the night shall be light before my face.

12 The darkness shall not be dark to thee; but the night shines as the day; the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

13 For thou hast made my heart; thou hast accepted me from my mother's womb.

14 I will praise thee, because of the wonders which thou hast done; marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knows right well.

14 Воистину, будут праведные славить имя Твое и правдивые будут жить в присутствии Твоем!	14 I will praise thee, because of the wonders which thou hast done; marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knows right well.
