2 Объяви сынам Израилевым, и скажи им: если кто дает обет, то души должно отдавать Господу по оценке твоей. |
|
3 Оценка твоя мужчине от двадцати лет до шестидесяти должна быть пятьдесят сиклей серебряных, против сикля святилища. |
|
4 Если же это женщина, то оценка твоя должна быть тридцать сиклей. |
|
5 От пяти лет до двадцати оценка твоя мужчине должна быть двадцать сиклей, а женщине десять сиклей. |
|
6 А от месяца до пяти лет оценка твоя мужчине должна быть пять сиклей серебра, а женщине оценка твоя три сикля серебра. |
|
7 От шестидесяти лет и выше мужчине оценка твоя должна быть пятнадцать сиклей серебра, а женщине десять сиклей. |
|
8 Если же он беден и не в силах отдать по оценке твоей: то пусть представят его священнику, и священник пусть оценит его, смотря по тому, сколько позволяет состояние давшего обет, пусть оценит его священник. |
|
9 Если же то будет скот, который приносят в жертву Господу, то все, что дано Господу, должно быть свято. |
|
10 Не должно выменивать его и заменять хорошее худым, или худое хорошим; если же станет кто заменять скотину скотиною, то и она и замен ее будет святынею, |
|
11 Если же то будет какая-нибудь скотина нечистая, которую не приносят в жертву Господу: то должно представить скотину священнику; |
|
12 Священник оценит ее, хороша ли она, худа ли; и как оценит тебе священник, так и должно быть. |
|
13 Если же кто хочет выкупить ее, то пусть прибавит пятую долю к оценке твоей. |
|
14 Если кто посвящает дом свой в святыню Господу, то священник должен оценить его, хорош ли он, худ ли, и как оценит его священник, так и состоится. |
|
15 Если же посвятивший захочет выкупить дом свой, то пусть приложит к цене его пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и тогда будет его. |
|
16 Если поле из своего владения посвятит кто Господу, то оценка твоя должна быть по мере посева; где высевается хомер ячменя, то место оценивается в пятьдесят сиклей серебра. |
|
17 Если в юбилейный год посвящает кто поле свое, должно состояться по оценке твоей. |
|
18 Если же после юбилея посвящает кто поле свое, то священник должен рассчитать серебро по мере лет оставшихся до юбилейного года, и должно убавить оценки твоей. |
|
19 Если же захочет выкупить поле посвятивший его, то пусть он прибавит к цене его пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и оно останется за ним. |
|
20 Если же не выкупит поля и продадут поле другому человеку; то уже нельзя выкупить. |
|
21 Поле то, когда оно в юбилей отойдет, будет святынею Господу, как поле заклятое; священнику достанется оно во владение. |
|
22 |
|
23 То священник должен рассчитать количество цены по оценке твоей до юбилейного года, и во что будет оценено, должен он отдать в тот же день, как святыню Господню. |
|
24 Поле же в юбилейный год перейдет опять к тому, у кого купил он, кому принадлежит владение той земли. |
|
25 Всякая оценка твоя должна быть против сикля святилища, двадцать гер должно быть в сикле. |
|
26 Только первенцев из скота, которые по первенству принадлежат Господу, не должен никто посвящать, ни волов, ни овец: они Господни. |
|
27 Если скот будет нечистый, то должен он выкупить по оценке твоей и приложить к тому пятую часть; если не выкупят, то должно продать по оценке твоей. |
|
28 Только все заклятое, что под заклятием отдает человек Господу из своей собственности, человека ли, скотину ли, поле ли своего владения, не продается и не выкупается. Все заклятое есть великая святыня Господня. |
|
29 Все заклятое из человеков, что отдано под заклятием, не выкупается, умертвить должно. |
|
30 И всякая десятина на земле из семян земли и из плодов дерева, принадлежит Господу, есть святыня Господня. |
|
31 Если же кто захочет выкупить десятину свою, то пусть приложит к цене ее пятую долю. |
|
32 И всякая десятина из крупного и мелкого скота, из всего, что проходит под пастушьим посохом, всякая десятина должна быть посвящена Господу. |
|
33 Не должно разбирать, хорошее ли то, или худое, и не должно заменять его; если же кто заменит, то и само оно и замен его будет святынею, и выкупить не можно. |
|
34 Вот заповеди, которые заповедал Господь чрез Моисея сынам Израилевым на горе Синае. |

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying. |
|
2 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them. When a man makes a special vow with the price of persons to the LORD, |
|
3 Then the valuation of a male from twenty years old up to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. |
|
4 And if it is a female, then her valuation shall be thirty shekels. |
|
5 And if it is from five years old up to twenty years old, then the valuation of the male shall be twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. |
|
6 And if it is from a month old up to five years old, then the valuation of males shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female three shekels of silver. |
|
7 And if it is from sixty years old and up, if it is a male, his valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. |
|
8 But if he is poorer than the valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the person who vowed shall the priest value him. |
|
9 And if it is an animal whereof men bring an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD shall be holy. |
|
10 He shall not exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all exchange an animal for an animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy to the LORD. |
|
11 And if it is an unclean animal of which they do not offer a sacrifice to the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest; |
|
12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; and as the priest values it, so shall it be. |
|
13 But if he wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part to its valuation. |
|
14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand. |
|
15 And if he who sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth of the money of its estimation to it, and it shall be his. |
|
16 And if a man shall sanctify to the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then its valuation shall be according to the seed thereof; about ten ephahs of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver. |
|
17 If he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to its estimation so it shall stand. |
|
18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain until the year of jubilee, and he shall deduct from its valuation. |
|
19 And if the man who sanctifies the field wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of the money of the valuation to it, and it shall be his. |
|
20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he sell it to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more. |
|
21 But the field, when it is released in the jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; its possession shall be the priest's. |
|
22 And if a man sanctifies to the LORD a field which he has bought, which was not a field of his inheritance, |
|
23 Then the priest shall reckon the valuation thereof until the year of jubilee; and he shall give the price of the valuation thereof in that day as a holy thing to the LORD. |
|
24 In the year of the jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the inheritance of the land did belong. |
|
25 And all the valuations thereof shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel. |
|
26 But the firstling of an animal, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is the LORD'S. |
|
27 And if it is of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to its valuation, and shall add a fifth part to it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to its valuation. |
|
28 But every devoted thing that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he has, both of man and beast and of the field of his inheritance, shall not be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to the LORD. |
|
29 Every devoted thing which shall be devoted by men shall not be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death. |
|
30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is the LORD'S; it is holy to the LORD. |
|
31 And if a man wishes to redeem some of his tithes, he shall add to it a fifth part thereof. |
|
32 And all the tithe of the herd or of the flock, even of whatever passes under the shepherd's staff, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD. |
|
33 He shall not inquire whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it; and if he exchanges it at all, then both it and the exchange thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed. |
|
34 These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai. |

5 And if it is from five years old up to twenty years old, then the valuation of the male shall be twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. |

6 And if it is from a month old up to five years old, then the valuation of males shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female three shekels of silver. |

7 От шестидесяти лет и выше мужчине оценка твоя должна быть пятнадцать сиклей серебра, а женщине десять сиклей. |
7 And if it is from sixty years old and up, if it is a male, his valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. |

8 Если же он беден и не в силах отдать по оценке твоей: то пусть представят его священнику, и священник пусть оценит его, смотря по тому, сколько позволяет состояние давшего обет, пусть оценит его священник. |
8 But if he is poorer than the valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the person who vowed shall the priest value him. |

9 Если же то будет скот, который приносят в жертву Господу, то все, что дано Господу, должно быть свято. |
9 And if it is an animal whereof men bring an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD shall be holy. |
|
10 Не должно выменивать его и заменять хорошее худым, или худое хорошим; если же станет кто заменять скотину скотиною, то и она и замен ее будет святынею, |
10 He shall not exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all exchange an animal for an animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy to the LORD. |

11 Если же то будет какая-нибудь скотина нечистая, которую не приносят в жертву Господу: то должно представить скотину священнику; |
11 And if it is an unclean animal of which they do not offer a sacrifice to the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest; |
|
12 Священник оценит ее, хороша ли она, худа ли; и как оценит тебе священник, так и должно быть. |
12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; and as the priest values it, so shall it be. |
|
13 Если же кто хочет выкупить ее, то пусть прибавит пятую долю к оценке твоей. |
13 But if he wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part to its valuation. |
|
14 Если кто посвящает дом свой в святыню Господу, то священник должен оценить его, хорош ли он, худ ли, и как оценит его священник, так и состоится. |
14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand. |
|
15 Если же посвятивший захочет выкупить дом свой, то пусть приложит к цене его пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и тогда будет его. |
15 And if he who sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth of the money of its estimation to it, and it shall be his. |
|
16 Если поле из своего владения посвятит кто Господу, то оценка твоя должна быть по мере посева; где высевается хомер ячменя, то место оценивается в пятьдесят сиклей серебра. |

18 Если же после юбилея посвящает кто поле свое, то священник должен рассчитать серебро по мере лет оставшихся до юбилейного года, и должно убавить оценки твоей. |
18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain until the year of jubilee, and he shall deduct from its valuation. |

19 Если же захочет выкупить поле посвятивший его, то пусть он прибавит к цене его пятую часть серебра оценки твоей, и оно останется за ним. |
19 And if the man who sanctifies the field wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of the money of the valuation to it, and it shall be his. |
|
20 Если же не выкупит поля и продадут поле другому человеку; то уже нельзя выкупить. |
20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he sell it to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more. |
|
21 Поле то, когда оно в юбилей отойдет, будет святынею Господу, как поле заклятое; священнику достанется оно во владение. |
21 But the field, when it is released in the jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; its possession shall be the priest's. |
|
22 |
22 And if a man sanctifies to the LORD a field which he has bought, which was not a field of his inheritance, |
|
23 То священник должен рассчитать количество цены по оценке твоей до юбилейного года, и во что будет оценено, должен он отдать в тот же день, как святыню Господню. |
23 Then the priest shall reckon the valuation thereof until the year of jubilee; and he shall give the price of the valuation thereof in that day as a holy thing to the LORD. |
|
24 Поле же в юбилейный год перейдет опять к тому, у кого купил он, кому принадлежит владение той земли. |
24 In the year of the jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the inheritance of the land did belong. |
|
25 Всякая оценка твоя должна быть против сикля святилища, двадцать гер должно быть в сикле. |
25 And all the valuations thereof shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel. |
|
