Евангелие от Иоанна

Глава 16

1 Это Я сказал вам, чтобы вас не ввели в соблазн.

2 Будут отлучать вас от синагог; но приходит час, когда всякий, кто убьет вас, будет думать, что он приносит службу Богу.

3 И это они будут делать, потому что не познали ни Отца, ни Меня.

4 Но это Я сказал вам, чтобы вы помнили, когда придет тому час, что о том Я сказал вам. А не сказал вам этого сначала, потому что был с вами.

5 Теперь же иду к Пославшему Меня, и никто из вас не спрашивает Меня: куда идешь?

6 Но от того, что Я это высказал вам, печаль наполнила ваше сердце.

7 Но Я истину говорю вам: лучше вам, чтобы Я ушел. Ибо, если Я не уйду, Утешитель не придет к вам; если же пойду, пошлю Его к вам.

8 И придя, Он явит миру его заблуждение о грехе и о праведности и о суде:

9 о грехе, что не веруют в Меня;

10 о праведности же, что Я к Отцу иду, и больше вы не видите Меня;

11 о суде же, что князь мира сего осуждён.

12 Еще многое имею вам сказать, но теперь вам не под силу.

13 Когда же придет Он, Дух Истины, Он введет вас во всю истину, ибо Он не будет говорить от Себя, но будет говорить то, что слышит, и грядущее возвестит вам.

14 Он Меня прославит, оттого что от Моего возьмет и возвестит вам.

15 Всё, что имеет Отец, Мое. Поэтому Я сказал, что Он от Моего берет и возвестит вам.

16 Недолго уже, и вы больше не видите Меня; и опять недолго, и вы увидите Меня.

17 Сказали тогда некоторые из учеников друг другу: что это Он говорит нам: «недолго уже, и вы не видите Меня; и опять недолго, и вы увидите Меня», и: «Я иду к Отцу»?

18 Итак, они говорили: что это такое, что Он говорит: «недолго»? Не знаем, что Он говорит.

19 Узнал Иисус, что хотели Его спрашивать, и сказал им: о том ли вы рассуждаете друг с другом, что Я сказал: «недолго уже, и вы не видите Меня; и опять недолго, и вы увидите Меня»?

20 Истинно, истинно говорю вам: вы будете плакать и рыдать, а мир будет радоваться; вы печальны будете, но печаль ваша в радость обратится.

21 Женщина, когда рождает, печаль имеет, потому что пришел час ее; когда же родит дитя, уже не помнит скорби от радости, что родился человек в мир.

22 И вы теперь печаль имеете; но Я снова увижу вас, и возрадуется ваше сердце, и радости вашей никто не отнимет у вас.

23 И в тот день вы Меня не спросите ни о чем. Истинно, истинно говорю вам: если о чем попросите Отца, даст вам во имя Мое.

24 Доныне вы не просили ни о чем во имя Мое: просите и получите, чтобы радость ваша была полна.

25 Это Я в притчах сказал вам: наступает час, когда Я уже не в притчах буду говорить вам, но открыто об Отце возвещу вам.

26 В тот день будете просить во имя Мое, и не говорю вам, что Я буду молить Отца о вас.

27 Ибо Сам Отец любит вас, потому что вы Меня возлюбили и уверовали, что Я от Бога исшел.

28 Исшел от Отца и пришел в мир; снова оставляю мир и иду к Отцу.

29 Говорят ученики Его: вот теперь Ты открыто говоришь, и притчи никакой не говоришь.

30 Теперь мы знаем, что Ты знаешь всё, и не имеешь нужды, чтобы кто Тебя вопрошал. По этому веруем, что Ты от Бога исшел.

31 Ответил им Иисус: теперь веруете?

32 Вот приходит час, и пришел, что вы рассеетесь, каждый к себе, и Меня оставите одного; но Я не один, потому что Отец со Мною.

33 Это сказал Я вам, чтобы вы во Мне мир имели. В мире скорбь имеете; но дерзайте: Я победил мир.

Chapter 16

1 I HAVE spoken these things to you, so that you may not stumble.

2 For they will put you out of their synagogues; and the hour will come that whoever kills you, will think that he has offered an offering to God.

3 And these things they will do, because they have not known my Father, nor me.

4 I have spoken these things to you, that when their time does come, you may remember them, and that I told you. And these things I did not tell you before, because I was with you.

5 But now I am going to him who sent me, and yet no one of you asks me, Where are you going?

6 But because I told you these things, sorrow has come and filled your hearts.

7 But I tell you the truth, It is better for you that I should go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I should go, I will send him to you.

8 And when he is come, he will rebuke the world concerning sin, concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment.

9 Concerning sin, because they do not believe in me;

10 Concerning righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you will not see me again;

11 Concerning judgment, because the leader of this world has been judged.

12 Again, I have many other things to tell you, but you cannot grasp them now.

13 But when the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak from himself, but what he hears that he will speak; and he will make known to you things which are to come in the future.

14 He will glorify me; because he will take of my own and show to you.

15 Everything that my Father has is mine; this is the reason why I told you that he will take of my own and show to you.

16 A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me, because I am going to the Father.

17 Then his disciples said to one another, What is this that he said to us, A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me; and, because I am going to my Father?

18 And they said, What is this that he said, A little while? We cannot understand what he talks about.

19 Jesus knew that they desired to ask him, and he said to them, Are you inquiring among yourselves concerning this, that I told you, A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me?

20 Truly, truly, I say to you, that you will weep and wail, and yet the world will rejoice; and you will be sad, but your sadness will be changed into gladness.

21 When a woman is in travail, she is depressed, because her day has arrived; but when she has given birth to a son, she no longer remembers her troubles, because of the joy that a male child * is born into the world.

22 So you also are depressed; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no man will take away from you.

23 In that day you will not ask me anything. Truly, truly, I say to you, that whatever you ask my Father in my name, he will give it to you.

24 Hitherto you have asked nothing in my name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be full.

25 I have spoken these things in figures; but the time is coming, when I will not speak to you in figures, but will plainly explain to you concerning the Father.

26 In that day you will ask in my name; and I will not say to you, I will ask the Father concerning you.

27 For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came forth from the Father.

28 I came forth from the Father, and I came into the world; again, I am leaving the world and I am going to the Father.

29 His disciples said to him, Behold, now you speak plainly, and do not utter a single figure.

30 Now we understand that you know everything; and you need no man to ask you; by this we believe that you have come forth from God.

31 Jesus said to them, Believe it.

32 For behold, the hour is coming, and it has now come, when you will be dispersed, every man to his own country, and you will leave me alone; and yet I am never alone, because the Father is with me.

33 These things I have said to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but have courage; I have conquered the world.

1 Это Я сказал вам, чтобы вас не ввели в соблазн.

1 I HAVE spoken these things to you, so that you may not stumble.

2 Будут отлучать вас от синагог; но приходит час, когда всякий, кто убьет вас, будет думать, что он приносит службу Богу.

2 For they will put you out of their synagogues; and the hour will come that whoever kills you, will think that he has offered an offering to God.

3 И это они будут делать, потому что не познали ни Отца, ни Меня.

3 And these things they will do, because they have not known my Father, nor me.

4 Но это Я сказал вам, чтобы вы помнили, когда придет тому час, что о том Я сказал вам. А не сказал вам этого сначала, потому что был с вами.

4 I have spoken these things to you, that when their time does come, you may remember them, and that I told you. And these things I did not tell you before, because I was with you.

5 Теперь же иду к Пославшему Меня, и никто из вас не спрашивает Меня: куда идешь?

5 But now I am going to him who sent me, and yet no one of you asks me, Where are you going?

6 Но от того, что Я это высказал вам, печаль наполнила ваше сердце.

6 But because I told you these things, sorrow has come and filled your hearts.

7 Но Я истину говорю вам: лучше вам, чтобы Я ушел. Ибо, если Я не уйду, Утешитель не придет к вам; если же пойду, пошлю Его к вам.

7 But I tell you the truth, It is better for you that I should go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I should go, I will send him to you.

8 И придя, Он явит миру его заблуждение о грехе и о праведности и о суде:

8 And when he is come, he will rebuke the world concerning sin, concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment.

9 о грехе, что не веруют в Меня;

9 Concerning sin, because they do not believe in me;

10 о праведности же, что Я к Отцу иду, и больше вы не видите Меня;

10 Concerning righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you will not see me again;

11 о суде же, что князь мира сего осуждён.

11 Concerning judgment, because the leader of this world has been judged.

12 Еще многое имею вам сказать, но теперь вам не под силу.

12 Again, I have many other things to tell you, but you cannot grasp them now.

13 Когда же придет Он, Дух Истины, Он введет вас во всю истину, ибо Он не будет говорить от Себя, но будет говорить то, что слышит, и грядущее возвестит вам.

13 But when the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak from himself, but what he hears that he will speak; and he will make known to you things which are to come in the future.

14 Он Меня прославит, оттого что от Моего возьмет и возвестит вам.

14 He will glorify me; because he will take of my own and show to you.

15 Всё, что имеет Отец, Мое. Поэтому Я сказал, что Он от Моего берет и возвестит вам.

15 Everything that my Father has is mine; this is the reason why I told you that he will take of my own and show to you.

16 Недолго уже, и вы больше не видите Меня; и опять недолго, и вы увидите Меня.

16 A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me, because I am going to the Father.

17 Сказали тогда некоторые из учеников друг другу: что это Он говорит нам: «недолго уже, и вы не видите Меня; и опять недолго, и вы увидите Меня», и: «Я иду к Отцу»?

17 Then his disciples said to one another, What is this that he said to us, A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me; and, because I am going to my Father?

18 Итак, они говорили: что это такое, что Он говорит: «недолго»? Не знаем, что Он говорит.

18 And they said, What is this that he said, A little while? We cannot understand what he talks about.

19 Узнал Иисус, что хотели Его спрашивать, и сказал им: о том ли вы рассуждаете друг с другом, что Я сказал: «недолго уже, и вы не видите Меня; и опять недолго, и вы увидите Меня»?

19 Jesus knew that they desired to ask him, and he said to them, Are you inquiring among yourselves concerning this, that I told you, A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me?

20 Истинно, истинно говорю вам: вы будете плакать и рыдать, а мир будет радоваться; вы печальны будете, но печаль ваша в радость обратится.

20 Truly, truly, I say to you, that you will weep and wail, and yet the world will rejoice; and you will be sad, but your sadness will be changed into gladness.

21 Женщина, когда рождает, печаль имеет, потому что пришел час ее; когда же родит дитя, уже не помнит скорби от радости, что родился человек в мир.

21 When a woman is in travail, she is depressed, because her day has arrived; but when she has given birth to a son, she no longer remembers her troubles, because of the joy that a male child * is born into the world.

22 И вы теперь печаль имеете; но Я снова увижу вас, и возрадуется ваше сердце, и радости вашей никто не отнимет у вас.

22 So you also are depressed; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no man will take away from you.

23 И в тот день вы Меня не спросите ни о чем. Истинно, истинно говорю вам: если о чем попросите Отца, даст вам во имя Мое.

23 In that day you will not ask me anything. Truly, truly, I say to you, that whatever you ask my Father in my name, he will give it to you.

24 Доныне вы не просили ни о чем во имя Мое: просите и получите, чтобы радость ваша была полна.

24 Hitherto you have asked nothing in my name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be full.

25 Это Я в притчах сказал вам: наступает час, когда Я уже не в притчах буду говорить вам, но открыто об Отце возвещу вам.

25 I have spoken these things in figures; but the time is coming, when I will not speak to you in figures, but will plainly explain to you concerning the Father.

26 В тот день будете просить во имя Мое, и не говорю вам, что Я буду молить Отца о вас.

26 In that day you will ask in my name; and I will not say to you, I will ask the Father concerning you.

27 Ибо Сам Отец любит вас, потому что вы Меня возлюбили и уверовали, что Я от Бога исшел.

27 For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came forth from the Father.

28 Исшел от Отца и пришел в мир; снова оставляю мир и иду к Отцу.

28 I came forth from the Father, and I came into the world; again, I am leaving the world and I am going to the Father.

29 Говорят ученики Его: вот теперь Ты открыто говоришь, и притчи никакой не говоришь.

29 His disciples said to him, Behold, now you speak plainly, and do not utter a single figure.

30 Теперь мы знаем, что Ты знаешь всё, и не имеешь нужды, чтобы кто Тебя вопрошал. По этому веруем, что Ты от Бога исшел.

30 Now we understand that you know everything; and you need no man to ask you; by this we believe that you have come forth from God.

31 Ответил им Иисус: теперь веруете?

31 Jesus said to them, Believe it.

32 Вот приходит час, и пришел, что вы рассеетесь, каждый к себе, и Меня оставите одного; но Я не один, потому что Отец со Мною.

32 For behold, the hour is coming, and it has now come, when you will be dispersed, every man to his own country, and you will leave me alone; and yet I am never alone, because the Father is with me.

33 Это сказал Я вам, чтобы вы во Мне мир имели. В мире скорбь имеете; но дерзайте: Я победил мир.

33 These things I have said to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but have courage; I have conquered the world.
