Псалом 96

1 [Псалом Давида, когда устроялась земля его.] Господь царствует: да торжествует земля; да веселятся многочисленные острова.

2 Облако и мрак окрест Его; благость и правосудие - основание престола Его.

3 Пред Ним идет огонь, и попаляет окрест врагов Его.

4 Молнии Его освещают вселенную; видит, и трепещет земля.

5 Горы, как воск, тают от лица Иеговы, от лица Господа всей земли.

6 Небеса возвещают правду Его, и все народы видят славу Его.

7 Да постыдятся все, служащие истуканам, хвалящиеся ничтожными идолами. Поклонитесь Ему все [Ангелы] Божии.

8 Слышит и радуется Сион, и дщери Иудины торжествуют суды Твои, Господи:

9 Ибо Ты, Господи, высок над всею землею, превознесен над всеми богами.

10 Любящие Господа, ненавидьте зло. Он хранит души святых Своих; из руки нечестивых исторгает их.

11 Свет изливается на праведника, и на правых сердцем - веселие.

12 Радуйтесь, праведные, о Господе, и славьте имя святое Его.

Psalm 96

1 O SING to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth.

2 Sing to the LORD, bless his name; show forth his salvation from day to day.

3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

4 For the LORD is great and greatly to be praised; he is to be revered above all gods.

5 For all the gods of the nations are idols; but the LORD made the heavens.

6 Honor and majesty are before him; strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.

7 Give to the LORD, O you kindred of the people, give to the LORD glory and honor.

8 Give to the LORD the glory due to his name; bring an offering and come into his courts.

9 O worship the LORD in the temple of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.

10 Say among the Gentiles that the LORD reigns; the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved; he shall judge the people righteously.

11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar and the fulness thereof.

12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein; then shall all the trees of the forest rejoice
