2 Höret die Worte1697 dieses Bundes1285, daß ihr3427 sie denen in Juda3063 und376 den Bürgern zu8085 Jerusalem3389 saget1696.

2 Hear8085 you the words1697 of this2088 covenant,1285 and speak1696 to the men376 of Judah,3063 and to the inhabitants3427 of Jerusalem;3389

3 Und376 sprich559 zu8085 ihnen: So spricht559 der HErr3068, der GOtt430 Israels3478: Verflucht779 sei, wer nicht gehorcht den Worten1697 dieses Bundes1285,

3 And say559 you to them, Thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel;3478 Cursed779 be the man376 that obeys8085 not the words1697 of this2088 covenant,1285

4 den ich euren Vätern1 gebot6680 des Tages3117, da ich sie6680 aus3318 Ägyptenland776 führete, aus dem eisernen Ofen1270, und sprach559: Gehorchet meiner Stimme6963 und tut, wie ich euch geboten habe6213, so sollt ihr8085 mein Volk5971 sein, und ich will euer GOtt430 sein,

4 Which834 I commanded6680 your fathers1 in the day3117 that I brought3318 them forth3318 out of the land776 of Egypt,4714 from the iron1270 furnace,3564 saying,559 Obey8085 my voice,6963 and do6213 them, according to all3605 which834 I command6680 you: so shall you be my people,5971 and I will be your God:430

5 auf daß ich den Eid7621 halten möge, den ich euren Vätern1 geschworen7650 habe6965, ihnen zu geben5414 ein Land776, darin Milch2461 und Honig1706 fleußt, wie es denn heutigestages3117 stehet. Ich antwortete6030 und sprach559: HErr3068, ja, es sei also543!

5 That I may perform6965 the oath7621 which834 I have sworn7650 to your fathers,1 to give5414 them a land776 flowing2100 with milk2461 and honey,1706 as it is this2088 day.3117 Then answered6030 I, and said,559 So543 be it, O LORD.3068

6 Und der HErr3068 sprach559 zu8085 mir: Predige7121 alle diese Worte1697 in den Städten5892 Judas und auf den Gassen2351 zu6213 Jerusalem3389 und sprich559: Höret die Worte1697 dieses Bundes1285 und tut danach!

6 Then the LORD3068 said559 to me, Proclaim7121 all3605 these428 words1697 in the cities5892 of Judah,3063 and in the streets2351 of Jerusalem,3389 saying,559 Hear8085 you the words1697 of this2088 covenant,1285 and do6213 them.

7 Denn ich5749 habe8085 eure Väter1 bezeuget von dem Tage3117 an, da ich5749 sie aus Ägyptenland776 führete, bis auf5927 den heutigen Tag3117 und5749 zeugete früh7925 und sprach559: Gehorchet meiner Stimme6963!
|
7 For I earnestly protested5749 to your fathers1 in the day3117 that I brought5927 them up out of the land776 of Egypt,4714 even to this2088 day,3117 rising7925 early7925 and protesting,5749 saying,559 Obey8085 my voice.6963

8 Aber sie6680 gehorchten nicht, neigten5186 auch ihre Ohren241 nicht, sondern ein376 jeglicher ging nach seines bösen7451 Herzens3820 Gedünken8307. Darum will935 ich auch über sie gehen3212 lassen alle Worte1697 dieses Bundes1285, den ich geboten habe6213 zu8085 tun und sie doch nicht danach getan6213 haben.

8 Yet they obeyed8085 not, nor3808 inclined5186 their ear,241 but walked3212 every376 one376 in the imagination8307 of their evil7451 heart:3820 therefore I will bring935 on them all3605 the words1697 of this2088 covenant,1285 which834 I commanded6680 them to do:6213 but they did6213 them not.

9 Und376 der HErr3068 sprach559 zu mir7195: Ich weiß wohl, wie sie4672 in Juda3063 und Jerusalem3389 sich3427 rotten.

9 And the LORD3068 said559 to me, A conspiracy7195 is found4672 among the men376 of Judah,3063 and among the inhabitants3427 of Jerusalem.3389
|

10 Sie kehren sich7725 eben zu1980 den Sünden5771 ihrer vorigen Väter1, welche auch nicht3985 gehorchen wollten meinen Worten und430 folgten auch andern312 Göttern nach310 und dieneten ihnen. Also hat8085 das1697 Haus1004 Israel3478 und das Haus1004 Juda3063 (immerdar) meinen Bund1285 gebrochen6565, den ich mit ihren Vätern1 gemacht3772 habe5647.

10 They are turned7725 back7725 to the iniquities5771 of their forefathers,1 7223 which834 refused3985 to hear8085 my words;1697 and they went1980 after310 other312 gods430 to serve5647 them: the house1004 of Israel3478 and the house1004 of Judah3063 have broken6565 my covenant1285 which834 I made3772 with their fathers.1

11 Darum siehe, spricht der HErr3068, ich3201 will ein Unglück über sie559 gehen935 lassen, dem sie nicht7451 sollen entgehen mögen; und3318 wenn sie zu8085 mir schreien2199, will ich sie nicht hören.

11 Therefore3651 thus3541 said559 the LORD,3068 Behold,2005 I will bring935 evil7451 on them, which834 they shall not be able3201 to escape;3318 and though they shall cry2199 to me, I will not listen8085 to them.
|

12 So laß3427 denn die Städte5892 Judas und430 die Bürger zu Jerusalem3389 hingehen und6256 zu den Göttern schreien2199, denen sie geräuchert haben1980; aber sie werden6999 ihnen nicht7451 helfen3467 in ihrer Not.
|
12 Then shall the cities5892 of Judah3063 and inhabitants3427 of Jerusalem3389 go,1980 and cry2199 to the gods430 to whom834 1992 they offer incense:6999 but they shall not save3467 them at all in the time6256 of their trouble.7451

13 Denn manche4557 Stadt5892, so manche4557 Götter430 hast du, Juda3063; und7760 so manche Gassen2351 zu Jerusalem3389 sind, so manchen Schandaltar4196 habt ihr aufgerichtet, dem Baal1168 zu räuchern6999.
|
13 For according to the number4557 of your cities5892 were your gods,430 O Judah;3063 and according to the number4557 of the streets2351 of Jerusalem3389 have you set7760 up altars4196 to that shameful1322 thing, even altars4196 to burn6999 incense6999 to Baal.1168
|

14 So bitte6419 du nun nicht5375 für dies Volk5971 und6256 tu kein Flehen noch Gebet8605 für sie7121; denn ich will sie nicht7451 hören, wenn sie zu8085 mir schreien7440 in ihrer Not.
|
14 Therefore pray6419 not you for this2088 people,5971 neither408 lift5375 up a cry7440 or prayer8605 for them: for I will not hear8085 them in the time6256 that they cry7121 to me for their trouble.7451

15 Was haben meine Freunde3039 in5674 meinem Hause1004 zu schaffen? Sie treiben alle7227 Schalkheit4209 und meinen, das heilige6944 Fleisch1320 soll es von ihnen nehmen; und wenn sie übel tun6213, sind sie guter Dinge darüber5937.

15 What4100 has my beloved3039 to do in my house,1004 seeing she has worked6213 lewdness4209 with many,7227 and the holy6944 flesh1320 is passed5674 from you? when3588 you do evil,7451 then227 you rejoice.5937

16 Der8034 HErr3068 nannte7121 dich einen grünen7488, schönen3303, fruchtbaren8389 Ölbaum2132; aber nun hat7489 er mit einem großen1419 Mordgeschrei6963 ein Feuer784 um denselbigen angezündet, daß seine Aste verderben müssen.

16 The LORD3068 called7121 your name,8034 A green7488 olive2132 tree, fair,3303 and of goodly3303 8389 fruit:6529 with the noise6963 of a great1419 tumult1999 he has kindled3341 fire784 on it, and the branches1808 of it are broken.7489

17 Denn der HErr3068 Zebaoth6635, der dich gepflanzt hat5193, hat1696 dir ein Unglück7451 gedräuet um1558 der Bosheit7451. willen des Hauses1004 Israel3478 und des Hauses1004 Juda3063, welche sie treiben, daß sie mich erzürnen3707 mit ihrem Räuchern6999, das sie dem Baal1168 tun6213.

17 For the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 that planted5193 you, has pronounced1696 evil7451 against5921 you, for the evil7451 of the house1004 of Israel3478 and of the house1004 of Judah,3063 which834 they have done6213 against themselves1992 to provoke me to anger3707 in offering incense6999 to Baal.1168

18 Der HErr3068 hat mir‘s offenbart, daß ich‘s weiß3045, und zeigte7200 mir ihr3045 Vornehmen4611,

18 And the LORD3068 has given me knowledge3045 of it, and I know3045 it: then227 you showed7200 me their doings.4611
|
|
19 nämlich daß sie mich wie441 ein arm Schaf3532 zur Schlachtbank2873 führen2986 wollen. Denn ich wußte3045 nicht, daß sie wider mich beratschlagt4284 hatten und gesagt: Laßt uns3899 den Baum6086 mit seinen Früchten verderben7843 und ihn8034 aus dem Lande776 der Lebendigen2416 ausrotten3772, daß seines Namens nimmermehr gedacht2803 werde2142!

19 But I was like a lamb3532 or an ox441 that is brought2986 to the slaughter;2873 and I knew3045 not that they had devised2803 devices4284 against5921 me, saying, Let us destroy7843 the tree6086 with the fruit3899 thereof, and let us cut3772 him off from the land776 of the living,2416 that his name8034 may be no3808 more5750 remembered.2142

20 Aber du, HErr3068 Zebaoth6635, du gerechter6664 Richter8199, der du Nieren3629 und Herzen3820 prüfest, laß mich1540 deine Rache5360 über sie sehen7200; denn ich habe dir meine Sache7379 befohlen.

20 But, O LORD3068 of hosts,6635 that judge8199 righteously,6664 that try974 the reins3629 and the heart,3820 let me see7200 your vengeance5360 on them: for to you have I revealed1540 my cause.7379

|
21 Darum spricht559 der HErr3068 also wider die Männer582 zu Anathoth6068, die dir nach deinem Leben5315 stehen1245 und sprechen: Weissage5012 uns nicht im Namen8034 des HErrn3068, willst du559 anders nicht von unsern Händen3027 sterben4191!

21 Therefore3651 thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of the men582 of Anathoth,6068 that seek1245 your life,5315 saying,559 Prophesy5012 not in the name8034 of the LORD,3068 that you die4191 not by our hand:3027

22 Darum spricht der HErr3068 Zebaoth6635 also: Siehe, ich will sie559 heimsuchen6485; ihre junge Mannschaft970 sollen mit dem Schwert2719 getötet4191 werden und ihre Söhne1121 und Töchter1323 Hungers7458 sterben4191, daß nichts von ihnen überbleibe;

22 Therefore3651 thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 Behold,2005 I will punish6485 them: the young970 men shall die4191 by the sword;2719 their sons1121 and their daughters1323 shall die4191 by famine:7458

|
23 denn ich will über6486 die Männer582 zu Anathoth6068 Unglück7451 gehen935 lassen des Jahrs, wenn sie8141 heimgesucht werden sollen.

23 And there shall be no3808 remnant7611 of them: for I will bring935 evil7451 on the men582 of Anathoth,6068 even the year8141 of their visitation.6486
