1 You shall not sacrifice2076 to the LORD3068 your God430 any bullock,7794 or sheep,7716 wherein834 is blemish,3971 or any3605 bad reputation:1697 7451 for that is an abomination8441 to the LORD3068 your God.430

1 Du sollst dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430, keinen Ochsen7794 oder Schaf7716 opfern2076, das1697 einen Fehl3971 oder irgend etwas Böses an ihm hat; denn es ist dem HErrn3068, deinem GOtt430, ein Greuel8441.

2 If3588 there be found4672 among7130 you, within any259 of your gates8179 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, man376 or woman,802 that has worked6213 wickedness7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD3068 your God,430 in transgressing5674 his covenant,1285

2 Wenn unter7130 dir in5674 der Tore8179 einem, die dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, geben5414 wird4672, funden wird ein259 Mann376 oder Weib802, der da Übels7451 tut6213 vor den Augen5869 des HErrn3068, deines Gottes430, daß er seinen Bund1285 übergehet

3 And has gone3212 and served5647 other312 gods,430 and worshipped7812 them, either the sun,8121 or176 moon,3394 or176 any3605 of the host6635 of heaven,8064 which834 I have not commanded;6680

3 und430 hingehet und dienet andern312 Göttern und betet sie6680 an7812, es sei Sonne8121 oder Mond3394, oder irgend ein Heer6635 des Himmels8064, das ich nicht3212 geboten habe5647,

4 And it be told5046 you, and you have heard8085 of it, and inquired1875 diligently,3190 and, behold,2009 it be true,571 and the thing1697 certain,3559 that such2063 abomination8441 is worked6213 in Israel:3478

4 und6213 wird dir angesagt5046 und hörest es1697, so sollst du8085 wohl3190 danach fragen1875. Und wenn du findest, daß gewiß3559 wahr ist571, daß solcher Greuel8441 in Israel3478 geschehen ist,

5 Then shall you bring3318 forth3318 that man376 or176 that woman,802 which834 have committed6213 that wicked7451 thing,1697 to your gates,8179 even that man376 or176 that woman,802 and shall stone5619 them with stones,68 till they die.4191

5 so sollst du denselben Mann376 oder dasselbe Weib802 ausführen, die solches1697 Übel7451 getan6213 haben3318, zu4191 deinem Tor8179 und376 sollst sie802 zu Tod steinigen5619.

6 At5921 the mouth6310 of two8147 witnesses,5707 or176 three7969 witnesses,5707 shall he that is worthy of death4191 be put to death;4191 but at5921 the mouth6310 of one259 witness5707 he shall not be put to death.4191
|
6 Auf zweier8147 oder dreier7969 Zeugen5707 Mund6310 soll sterben4191, wer des Todes4191 wert ist; aber auf eines259 Zeugen5707 Mund6310 soll er nicht sterben4191.

7 The hands3027 of the witnesses5707 shall be first7223 on him to put him to death,4191 and afterward314 the hands3027 of all3605 the people.5971 So you shall put1197 the evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

7 Die Hand3027 der Zeugen5707 soll die erste7223 sein, ihn zu töten4191, und danach die Hand3027 alles Volks5971, daß du den Bösen7451 von7130 dir tust1197.

8 If3588 there arise a matter1697 too hard6381 for you in judgment,4941 between996 blood1818 and blood,1818 between996 plea1779 and plea,1779 and between996 stroke5061 and stroke,5061 being matters1697 of controversy7379 within your gates:8179 then shall you arise,6965 and get5927 you up into413 the place4725 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose;977

8 Wenn eine Sache1697 vor Gericht4941 dir zu schwer sein6381 wird, zwischen Blut1818 und Blut1818, zwischen Handel1779 und Handel1779, zwischen Schaden5061 und Schaden5061, und was zänkische Sachen1697 sind5927 in deinen Toren8179, so sollst du dich aufmachen6965 und hinaufgehen zu der Stätte4725; die dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, erwählen977 wird,

9 And you shall come935 to the priests3548 the Levites,3881 and to the judge8199 that shall be in those1992 days,3117 and inquire;1875 and they shall show5046 you the sentence1697 of judgment:4941

9 und zu den Priestern3548, den Leviten3881 und zu dem Richter8199, der zu der Zeit3117 sein wird, kommen935 und fragen1875; die sollen dir das1697 Urteil4941 sprechen5046.

10 And you shall do6213 according5921 6310 to the sentence,1697 which834 they of that place4725 which834 the LORD3068 shall choose977 shall show5046 you; and you shall observe8104 to do6213 according to all3605 that they inform3384 you:
|
10 Und du sollst tun6213 nach dem, das1697 sie dir sagen an5046 der Stätte4725, die der HErr3068 erwählet hat977, und sollst es halten8104, daß du tust6213 nach allem, das sie dich lehren3384 werden.

11 According5921 to the sentence6310 of the law8451 which834 they shall teach3384 you, and according5921 to the judgment4941 which834 they shall tell559 you, you shall do:6213 you shall not decline5493 from the sentence1697 which834 they shall show5046 you, to the right3225 hand,3225 nor to the left.8040

11 Nach dem Gesetz8451, das1697 sie5493 dich lehren3384, und6213 nach dem Recht4941, das sie5046 dir sagen559, sollst du dich halten, daß6310 du von demselben nicht abweichest weder zur Rechten3225 noch zur Linken8040.

12 And the man376 that will do6213 presumptuously,2087 and will not listen8085 to the priest3548 that stands5975 to minister8334 there8033 before854 the LORD3068 your God,430 or176 to the judge,8199 even that man376 shall die:4191 and you shall put1197 away1197 the evil7451 from Israel.3478

12 Und3548 wo jemand vermessen2087 handeln würde, daß er376 dem Priester nicht gehorchte8085, der daselbst5975 in des HErrn3068, deines Gottes430, Amt stehet, oder dem Richter8199, der soll sterben4191; und376 sollst den Bösen7451 aus Israel3478 tun6213

13 And all3605 the people5971 shall hear,8085 and fear,3372 and do no3808 more5750 presumptuously.2102
|
13 daß alles Volk5971 höre8085 und sich fürchte3372 und nicht mehr vermessen sei2102.
|
|
14 When3588 you are come935 to the land776 which834 the LORD3068 your God430 gives5414 you, and shall possess3423 it, and shall dwell3427 therein, and shall say,559 I will set7760 a king4428 over5921 me, like as all3605 the nations1471 that are about5439 me;
|
14 Wenn du ins Land776 kommst, das dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, geben5414 wird, und nimmst es ein und wohnest3427 drinnen, und wirst sagen559: Ich will935 einen König4428 über mich setzen7760, wie alle Völker1471 um mich her5439 haben3423,

15 You shall in any wise set7760 him king4428 over5921 you, whom834 the LORD3068 your God430 shall choose:977 one from among7130 your brothers251 shall you set7760 king4428 over5921 you: you may3021 not set5414 a stranger376 5237 over5921 you, which834 is not your brother.251

15 so sollst du den zum Könige4428 über5414 dich setzen7760, den der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, erwählen977 wird. Du sollst aber aus7130 deinen Brüdern251 einen376 zum Könige4428 über dich setzen7760. Du kannst3201 nicht irgend einen Fremden, der nicht dein Bruder251 ist, über dich setzen7760.

16 But he shall not multiply7235 horses5483 to himself, nor3808 cause the people5971 to return7725 to Egypt,4714 to the end4616 that he should multiply7235 horses:5483 for as much as the LORD3068 has said559 to you, You shall from now on3254 return7725 no3808 more5750 that way.1870

16 Allein daß er nicht3254 viele7235 Rosse5483 halte7235 und führe das Volk5971 nicht wieder7725 in Ägypten4714 um der Rosse5483 Menge willen, weil der HErr3068 euch gesagt559 hat, daß ihr fort nicht wieder7725 durch diesen Weg1870 kommen sollt.

17 Neither3808 shall he multiply7235 wives802 to himself, that his heart3824 turn5493 not away: neither3808 shall he greatly3966 multiply7235 to himself silver3701 and gold.2091
|
17 Er soll auch nicht3966 viele Weiber802 nehmen7235, daß sein Herz3824 nicht abgewandt werde5493; und soll auch nicht viel7235 Silber3701 und Gold2091 sammeln.

18 And it shall be, when he sits3427 on the throne3678 of his kingdom,4467 that he shall write3789 him a copy4932 of this2063 law8451 in a book5612 out of that which is before6440 the priests3548 the Levites:3881
|
18 Und wenn er nun sitzen3427 wird auf6440 dem Stuhl3678 seines Königreichs4467, soll er dies4932 andere Gesetz8451 von den Priestern3548, den Leviten3881, nehmen und auf ein Buch5612 schreiben lassen3789.

19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read7121 therein all3605 the days3117 of his life:2416 that he may learn3925 to fear3372 the LORD3068 his God,430 to keep8104 all3605 the words1697 of this2063 law8451 and these428 statutes,2706 to do6213 them:

19 Das1697 soll bei ihm sein3372 und soll drinnen lesen7121 sein8104 Leben2416 lang3117, auf daß er lerne3925 fürchten den HErrn3068, seinen GOtt430, daß er halte alle Worte dieses Gesetzes8451 und die Rechte2706, daß er danach tue6213.

20 That his heart3824 be not lifted7311 up above his brothers,251 and that he turn5493 not aside from the commandment,4687 to the right3225 hand,3225 or to the left:8040 to the end4616 that he may prolong748 his days3117 in his kingdom,4467 he, and his children,1121 in the middle7130 of Israel.3478

20 Er5493 soll sein Herz3824 nicht erheben über seine Brüder251 und soll nicht weichen von dem Gebot4687, weder zur Rechten3225 noch zur Linken8040, auf7311 daß er seine Tage3117 verlängere748 auf7130 seinem Königreich4467, er und seine Kinder1121 in Israel3478.
