1 You shall not see7200 your brother's251 ox7794 or176 his sheep7716 go astray,5080 and hide5956 yourself from them: you shall in any case7725 bring7725 them again7725 to your brother.251
|
1 Когда увидишь7200 вола7794 брата251 твоего или овцу7716 его заблудившихся,5080 не оставляй5956 их, но возврати7725 их брату251 твоему;
|

2 And if518 your brother251 be not near7126 to you, or if you know3045 him not, then you shall bring622 it to your own house,1004 and it shall be with you until5704 your brother251 seek1875 after it, and you shall restore7725 it to him again.7725
|
2 если же не близко7138 будет к тебе брат251 твой, или ты не знаешь3045 его, то прибери622 их в8432 дом1004 свой, и пусть они будут у тебя, доколе брат251 твой не будет1875 искать1875 их, и тогда возврати7725 ему их;
|

3 In like3651 manner3651 shall you do6213 with his ass;2543 and so3651 shall you do6213 with his raiment;8071 and with all3605 lost9 thing of your brother's,251 which834 he has lost,6 and you have found,4672 shall you do6213 likewise:3651 you may3201 not hide5956 yourself.

3 так3651 поступай6213 и с ослом2543 его, так поступай6213 с одеждой8071 его, так поступай6213 со всякою потерянною9 вещью брата251 твоего, которая будет6 им потеряна6 и которую ты найдешь;4672 нельзя3201 тебе уклоняться5956 от сего.

4 You shall not see7200 your brother's251 ass2543 or176 his ox7794 fall5307 down by the way,1870 and hide5956 yourself from them: you shall surely help6965 him to lift6965 them up again.

4 Когда увидишь7200 осла2543 брата251 твоего или вола7794 его упадших5307 на пути,1870 не оставляй5956 их, но подними6965 их с ним вместе.
|
|
5 The woman802 shall not wear1961 5921 that which pertains3627 to a man,1397 neither3808 shall a man1397 put3847 on a woman's802 garment:8071 for all3605 that do6213 so428 are abomination8441 to the LORD3068 your God.430
|
5 На женщине802 не должно быть мужской1397 одежды,3627 и мужчина1397 не должен одеваться3847 в женское802 платье,8071 ибо мерзок8441 пред Господом3068 Богом430 твоим всякий делающий6213 сие.428

6 If3588 a bird's6833 nest7064 chance7122 to be before6440 you in the way1870 in any3605 tree,6086 or176 on5921 the ground,776 whether they be young667 ones, or176 eggs,1000 and the dam517 sitting7257 on the young,667 or176 on the eggs,1000 you shall not take3947 the dam517 with the young:1121

6 Если попадется7122 тебе на дороге1870 птичье6833 гнездо7064 на каком-либо дереве6086 или на земле,776 с птенцами667 или яйцами,1000 и мать517 сидит7257 на птенцах667 или на яйцах,1000 то не бери3947 матери517 вместе с детьми:1121

7 But you shall in any wise let the dam517 go,7971 and take3947 the young1121 to you; that it may be well3190 with you, and that you may prolong748 your days.3117

7 мать517 пусти,7971 а детей1121 возьми3947 себе, чтобы тебе было3190 хорошо,3190 и чтобы продлились748 дни3117 твои.

8 When3588 you build1129 a new2319 house,1004 then you shall make6213 a battlement4624 for your roof,1406 that you bring7760 not blood1818 on your house,1004 if3588 any man fall5307 from there.
|
8 Если будешь1129 строить1129 новый2319 дом,1004 то сделай6213 перила4624 около кровли1406 твоей, чтобы не навести7760 тебе крови1818 на дом1004 твой, когда кто-нибудь упадет5307 с него.
|
|
9 You shall not sow2232 your vineyard3754 with divers3610 seeds: lest6435 the fruit4395 of your seed2233 which834 you have sown,2232 and the fruit8393 of your vineyard,3754 be defiled.6942
|
9 Не засевай2232 виноградника3754 своего двумя3610 родами3610 семян,3610 чтобы не сделать6942 тебе заклятым6942 сбора4395 семян,2233 которые ты посеешь2232 вместе с плодами8393 виноградника3754 своего.

10 You shall not plow2790 with an ox7794 and an ass2543 together.3162
|
10 Не паши2790 на воле7794 и осле2543 вместе.3162
|
|
11 You shall not wear3847 a garment8162 of divers8162 sorts, as of woolen6785 and linen6593 together.3162

11 Не надевай3847 одежды,8162 сделанной8162 из разных8162 веществ,8162 из шерсти6785 и льна6593 вместе.3162

|
12 You shall make6213 you fringes1434 on the four702 quarters3671 of your clothing,3682 with which834 you cover3680 yourself.

12 Сделай6213 себе кисточки1434 на четырех702 углах3671 покрывала3682 твоего, которым ты покрываешься.3680
|
|
13 If3588 any man376 take3947 a wife,802 and go935 in to her, and hate8130 her,
|
13 Если кто376 возьмет3947 жену,802 и войдет935 к ней, и возненавидит8130 ее,
|
|
14 And give7760 occasions5949 of speech1697 against her, and bring3318 up an evil7451 name8034 on her, and say,559 I took3947 this2063 woman,802 and when I came7126 to her, I found4672 her not a maid:1331
|
14 и будет7760 возводить7760 на нее порочные5949 дела,1697 и пустит3318 о ней худую7451 молву,8034 и скажет:559 «я взял3947 сию жену,802 и вошел7126 к ней, и не нашел4672 у нее девства»,1331
|
|
15 Then shall the father1 of the damsel,5291 and her mother,517 take3947 and bring3318 forth3318 the tokens of the damsel's5291 virginity1331 to the elders2205 of the city5892 in the gate:8179
|
15 то отец1 отроковицы5291 и мать517 ее пусть возьмут3947 и вынесут3318 признаки девства1331 отроковицы5291 к старейшинам2205 города,5892 к воротам;8179
|
|
16 And the damsel's5291 father1 shall say559 to the elders,2205 I gave5414 my daughter1323 to this2088 man376 to wife,802 and he hates8130 her;
|
16 и отец1 отроковицы5291 скажет559 старейшинам:2205 дочь1323 мою я отдал5414 в жену802 сему человеку,376 и ныне он возненавидел8130 ее,
|
|
17 And, see,2009 he has given7760 occasions5949 of speech1697 against her, saying,559 I found4672 not your daughter1323 a maid;1331 and yet these428 are the tokens of my daughter's1323 virginity.1331 And they shall spread6566 the cloth8071 before6440 the elders2205 of the city.5892
|
17 и вот, он взводит7760 на нее порочные5949 дела,1697 говоря:559 «я не нашел4672 у дочери1323 твоей девства»;1331 но вот признаки девства1331 дочери1323 моей. И расстелют6566 одежду8071 пред3942 старейшинами2205 города.5892

18 And the elders2205 of that city5892 shall take3947 that man376 and chastise3256 him;
|
18 Тогда старейшины2205 того города5892 пусть возьмут3947 мужа376 и накажут3256 его,
|
|
19 And they shall amerce6064 him in an hundred3967 shekels of silver,3701 and give5414 them to the father1 of the damsel,5291 because3588 he has brought3318 up an evil7451 name8034 on a virgin1330 of Israel:3478 and she shall be his wife;802 he may3201 not put7971 her away all3605 his days.3117

19 и наложат6064 на него сто3967 сиклей серебра3701 пени и отдадут5414 отцу1 отроковицы5291 за то, что он пустил3318 худую7451 молву8034 о девице1330 Израильской;3478 она же пусть останется его женою,802 и он не может3201 развестись7971 с нею во всю жизнь3117 свою.

20 But if518 this2088 thing1697 be true,571 and the tokens of virginity1331 be not found4672 for the damsel:5291

20 Если же сказанное1697 будет истинно,571 и не найдется4672 девства1331 у отроковицы,5291
|
|
21 Then they shall bring3318 out the damsel5291 to the door6607 of her father's1 house,1004 and the men582 of her city5892 shall stone5619 her with stones68 that she die:4191 because3588 she has worked6213 folly5039 in Israel,3478 to play the whore2181 in her father's1 house:1004 so shall you put1197 evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

21 то отроковицу5291 пусть приведут3318 к дверям6607 дома1004 отца1 ее, и жители582 города5892 ее побьют5619 ее камнями68 до смерти,4191 ибо она сделала6213 срамное5039 дело5039 среди Израиля,3478 блудодействовав2181 в доме1 отца1004 своего; и так истреби1197 зло7451 из среды7130 себя.

22 If3588 a man376 be found4672 lying7901 with a woman802 married1166 to an husband,1167 then they shall both1571 8147 of them die,4191 both the man376 that lay7901 with the woman,802 and the woman:802 so shall you put1197 away1197 evil7451 from Israel.3478

22 Если найден4672 будет4672 кто376 лежащий7901 с женою802 замужнею,11661167 то должно4191 предать4191 смерти4191 обоих:8147 и мужчину,376 лежавшего7901 с женщиною,802 и женщину;802 и так истреби1197 зло7451 от Израиля.3478

23 If3588 a damsel5291 that is a virgin1330 be betrothed781 to an husband,376 and a man376 find4672 her in the city,5892 and lie7901 with her;

23 Если будет молодая5291 девица1330 обручена781 мужу,376 и кто-нибудь376 встретится4672 с нею в городе5892 и ляжет7901 с нею,
|
|
24 Then you shall bring3318 them both8147 out to the gate8179 of that city,5892 and you shall stone5619 them with stones68 that they die;4191 the damsel,5291 because5921 she cried6817 not, being in the city;5892 and the man,376 because5921 he has humbled6031 his neighbor's7453 wife:802 so you shall put1197 away1197 evil7451 from among7130 you.

24 то обоих8147 их приведите3318 к воротам8179 того города,5892 и побейте5619 их камнями68 до смерти:4191 отроковицу5291 за то, что8341697 она не кричала6817 в городе,5892 а мужчину376 за то, что8341697 он опорочил6031 жену802 ближнего7453 своего; и так истреби1197 зло7451 из среды7130 себя.

25 But if518 a man376 find4672 a betrothed781 damsel5291 in the field,7704 and the man376 force2388 her, and lie7901 with her: then the man376 only905 that lay7901 with her shall die.4191
|
25 Если же кто376 в поле7704 встретится4672 с отроковицею5291 обрученною781 и, схватив2388 ее, ляжет7901 с нею, то должно4191 предать4191 смерти4191 только мужчину,376 лежавшего7901 с нею,

|
26 But to the damsel5291 you shall do nothing;3808 1697 there is in the damsel5291 no369 sin2399 worthy of death:4194 for as when a man376 rises6965 against5921 his neighbor,7453 and slays7523 5315 him, even so3651 is this2088 matter:1697
|
26 а отроковице5291 ничего1697 не делай;6213 на отроковице5291 нет преступления2399 смертного:4194 ибо это1697 то же, как если бы кто376 восстал6965 на ближнего7453 своего и убил75235315 его;

27 For he found4672 her in the field,7704 and the betrothed781 damsel5291 cried,6817 and there was none369 to save3467 her.
|
27 ибо он встретился4672 с нею в поле,7704 и хотя отроковица5291 обрученная781 кричала,6817 но некому было3467 спасти3467 ее.
|
|
28 If3588 a man376 find4672 a damsel5291 that is a virgin,1330 which834 is not betrothed,781 and lay hold8610 on her, and lie7901 with her, and they be found;4672
|
28 Если кто-нибудь376 встретится4672 с девицею52911330 необрученною,781 и схватит8610 ее и ляжет7901 с нею, и застанут4672 их,
|
|
29 Then the man376 that lay7901 with her shall give5414 to the damsel's5291 father1 fifty2572 shekels of silver,3701 and she shall be his wife;802 because8478 834 he has humbled6031 her, he may3201 not put7971 her away all3605 his days.3117
|
29 то лежавший3767901 с нею должен дать5414 отцу1 отроковицы5291 пятьдесят2572 сиклей серебра,3701 а она пусть будет его женою,802 потому что он опорочил6031 ее; во всю жизнь3117 свою он не может3201 развестись7971 с нею.
|
|
30 A man376 shall not take3947 his father's1 wife,802 nor3808 discover1540 his father's1 skirt.3671
|
30 Никто376 не должен брать3947 жены802 отца1 своего и открывать1540 край3671 одежды отца1 своего.
