3 For3588 my days3117 are consumed3615 like smoke,6227 and my bones6106 are burned2787 as3644 a hearth.4168

2 余遭患難、毋我遐棄、垂聽我祈、拯余勿緩兮、

3 余命將終、若烟之易散、余骨已朽、若炬之速燼兮、

4 我被扑責、若草枯槁、飲食俱廢兮、

5 余欷歔靡已、形消骨立、膚革僅存兮、

6 余若鵜鶘、居彼曠野、余若鸕鶿、止于野水兮、

7 余終夜不寢、煢然孑立、若雀止於屋巔兮。

8 我之仇敵、終日欺予、猖狂發誓、如不殺余、與余同苦兮、

9 余也食塵猶餅、飲涕若水兮、

10 因爾怒我、始則振興、繼則棄予兮、

11 余之生命、如影沉西、如草凋零兮、

12 耶和華兮、爾乃永生、兆姓追思、歷世靡已兮、

13 垂顧郇邑、其時已至、爾其勃興、矜憫之兮、
