|
1 If3588 one be found4672 slain2491 in the land127 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee to possess3423 it, lying5307 in the field,7704 and it be not3808 known3045 who4310 hath slain5221 him:

1 Wenn man einen Erschlagenen2491 findet4672 im Lande127, das dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, geben5414 wird einzunehmen3423, und liegt5307 im Felde7704, und man nicht weiß3045, wer ihn erschlagen hat5221,
|

2 Then thy elders2205 and thy judges8199 shall come forth,3318 and they shall measure4058 unto413 the cities5892 which834 are round about5439 him that is slain: 2491
|
2 so sollen deine Ältesten2205, und Richter8199 hinausgehen und von3318 dem Erschlagenen2491 messen4058 an die Städte5892, die umher5439 liegen.

3 And it shall be,1961 that the city5892 which is next7138 unto413 the slain man,2491 even the elders2205 of that1931 city5892 shall take3947 a heifer,5697 1241 which834 hath not3808 been wrought5647 with, and which834 hath not3808 drawn4900 in the yoke;5923

3 Welche Stadt5892 die nächste7138 ist2491, derselben5892 Ältesten2205 sollen5647 eine junge Kuh5697 von den Rindern nehmen3947, damit man nicht4900 gearbeitet noch am Joch5923 gezogen hat,

4 And the elders2205 of that1931 city5892 shall bring down3381 853 the heifer5697 unto413 a rough386 valley,5158 which834 is neither3808 eared5647 nor3808 sown,2232 and shall strike off6203 853 the heifer's5697 neck6203 there8033 in the valley: 5158

4 und2205 sollen5647 sie5697 hinabführen3381 in einen kiesichten Grund5158, der weder gearbeitet noch besäet2232 ist, und daselbst im Grunde5158 ihr den Hals6202 abhauen.

5 And the priests3548 the sons1121 of Levi3878 shall come near;5066 for3588 them the LORD3068 thy God430 hath chosen977 to minister8334 unto him, and to bless1288 in the name8034 of the LORD;3068 and by5921 their word6310 shall every3605 controversy7379 and every3605 stroke5061 be1961 tried:

5 Da sollen herzukommen die Priester, die Kinder1121 Levi3878; denn der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, hat977 sie5066 erwählet, daß sie1288 ihm dienen8334 und3548 seinen Namen8034 loben, und3068 nach ihrem Munde6310 sollen alle Sachen7379 und alle Schäden5061 gehandelt werden.

6 And all3605 the elders2205 of that1931 city,5892 that are next7138 unto413 the slain2491 man, shall wash7364 853 their hands3027 over5921 the heifer5697 that is beheaded6202 in the valley: 5158
|
6 Und alle Ältesten2205 derselben Stadt5892 sollen herzutreten7138 zu dem Erschlagenen2491 und ihre Hände3027 waschen7364 über die junge Kuh5697, der im Grunde5158 der Hals6202 abgehauen ist,

|
7 And they shall answer6030 and say,559 Our hands3027 have not3808 shed8210 853 this2088 blood,1818 neither3808 have our eyes5869 seen7200 it.
|
7 und sollen antworten6030 und sagen559: Unsere Hände3027 haben dies Blut1818 nicht vergossen8210, so haben‘s auch unsere Augen5869 nicht gesehen7200.

8 Be merciful,3722 O LORD,3068 unto thy people5971 Israel,3478 whom834 thou hast redeemed,6299 and lay5414 not408 innocent5355 blood1818 unto thy people5971 of Israel's3478 charge.7130 And the blood1818 shall be forgiven3722 them.

8 Sei gnädig3722 deinem Volk5971 Israel3478, das du, der HErr3068, erlöset hast5414; lege nicht6299 das unschuldige Blut1818 auf7130 dein Volk5971 Israel3478! So werden sie über dem Blut1818 versöhnet3722 sein5355.

9 So shalt thou859 put away1197 the guilt of innocent5355 blood1818 from among4480 7130 you, when3588 thou shalt do6213 that which is right3477 in the sight5869 of the LORD.3068
|
9 Also sollst du das unschuldige5355 Blut1818 von7130 dir tun6213, daß du tust1197, was recht3477 ist vor den Augen5869 des HErrn3068.

10 When3588 thou goest forth3318 to war4421 against5921 thine enemies,341 and the LORD3068 thy God430 hath delivered5414 them into thine hands,3027 and thou hast taken7617 them captive,7628
|
10 Wenn du in einen Streit4421 zeuchst wider deine Feinde341, und7617 der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, gibt5414 dir3318 sie in deine Hände3027, daß du ihre Gefangenen7628 wegführest,
|
|
11 And seest7200 among the captives7633 a beautiful3033 8389 woman,802 and hast a desire2836 unto her, that thou wouldest have3947 her to thy wife;802
|
11 und siehest unter den Gefangenen7633 ein schön3303 Weib802 und hast Lust2836 zu ihr7200, daß du sie zum Weibe802 nehmest3947,
|
|
12 Then thou shalt bring935 her home8432 to thine house;1004 and she shall shave1548 853 her head,7218 and pare6213 853 her nails;6856
|
12 so führe935 sie in8432 dein Haus1004 und6213 laß ihr das Haar7218 abscheren1548 und ihre Nägel6856 beschneiden
|
|
13 And she shall put5493 853 the raiment8071 of her captivity7628 from off4480 5921 her, and shall remain3427 in thine house,1004 and bewail1058 853 her father1 and her mother517 a full3117 month:3391 and after310 that3651 thou shalt go in935 unto413 her, and be her husband,1167 and she shall be1961 thy wife.802

13 und310 die Kleider8071 ablegen, darinnen sie5493 gefangen7628 ist935, und laß sie sitzen in deinem Hause1004 und beweinen1058 einen Mond3391 lang3117 ihren Vater1 und ihre Mutter517; danach schlaf bei ihr3427 und nimm sie zur Ehe1166 und laß sie dein Weib802 sein.

14 And it shall be,1961 if518 thou have no delight2654 3808 in her, then thou shalt let her go7971 whither she will;5315 but thou shalt not3808 sell her at all4376 4376 for money,3701 thou shalt not3808 make merchandise6014 of her, because8478 834 thou hast humbled6031 her.

14 Wenn du aber nicht4376 Lust2654 zu ihr hast7971, so sollst du sie5315 auslassen, wo sie hin will, und nicht4376 um Geld3701 verkaufen noch versetzen6014, darum daß834 du sie gedemütiget hast6031.

15 If3588 a man376 have1961 two8147 wives,802 one259 beloved,157 and another259 hated,8130 and they have born3205 him children,1121 both the beloved157 and the hated;8130 and if the firstborn1060 son1121 be1961 hers that was hated: 8146
|
15 Wenn jemand zwei8147 Weiber802 hat157, eine259, die er376 lieb157 hat, und1121 eine259, die er hasset8130, und sie ihm Kinder1121 gebären3205, beide die liebe und die feindselige, daß der Erstgeborene1060 der feindseligen ist8130,

16 Then it shall be,1961 when3117 he maketh853 his sons1121 to inherit5157 853 that which834 he hath,1961 that he may3201 not3808 make1069 853 the son1121 of the beloved157 firstborn1069 before5921 6440 the son1121 of the hated,8130 which is indeed the firstborn: 1060

16 und die Zeit3117 kommt, daß er seinen Kindern das Erbe5157 austeile, so kann3201 er nicht den Sohn1121 der liebsten157 zum erstgeborenen1069 Sohn1121 machen für6440 den erstgeborenen1060 Sohn1121 der feindseligen,

17 But3588 he shall acknowledge5234 the son1121 of the hated8130 853 for the firstborn,1060 by giving5414 him a double8147 portion6310 of all3605 that834 he hath:4672 for3588 he1931 is the beginning7225 of his strength;202 the right4941 of the firstborn1062 is his.

17 sondern er soll5234 den Sohn1121 der feindseligen für den ersten7225 Sohn erkennen, daß6310 er ihm zwiefältig8147 gebe5414 alles, das vorhanden ist8130; denn derselbe ist4672 seine erste Kraft202, und der Erstgeburt1060 Recht4941 ist sein.

18 If3588 a man376 have1961 a stubborn5637 and rebellious4784 son,1121 which will not369 obey8085 the voice6963 of his father,1 or the voice6963 of his mother,517 and that, when they have chastened3256 him, will not3808 hearken8085 unto413 them:
|
18 Wenn jemand einen eigenwilligen und376 ungehorsamen5637 Sohn1121 hat8085, der seines Vaters1 und6963 Mutter517 Stimme6963 nicht gehorchet, und wenn sie4784 ihn züchtigen3256, ihnen nicht gehorchen8085 will,

19 Then shall his father1 and his mother517 lay hold8610 on him, and bring him out3318 853 unto413 the elders2205 of his city,5892 and unto413 the gate8179 of his place;4725
|
19 so soll ihn sein Vater1 und Mutter517 greifen8610 und zu den Ältesten2205 der Stadt5892 führen3318 und zu dem Tor8179 desselben Orts4725
|
|
20 And they shall say559 unto413 the elders2205 of his city,5892 This2088 our son1121 is stubborn5637 and rebellious,4784 he will not369 obey8085 our voice;6963 he is a glutton,2151 and a drunkard.5433
|
20 und zu8085 den Ältesten2205 der Stadt5892 sagen559: Dieser unser Sohn1121 ist eigenwillig5637 und ungehorsam4784 und gehorcht unserer Stimme6963 nicht und ist ein Schlemmer2151 und Trunkenbold5433.

|
21 And all3605 the men376 of his city5892 shall stone7275 him with stones,68 that he die:4191 so shalt thou put evil away1197 7451 from among4480 7130 you; and all3605 Israel3478 shall hear,8085 and fear.3372
|
21 So sollen ihn steinigen7275 alle Leute582 derselben Stadt5892, daß er sterbe4191, und68 sollst also den Bösen7451 von7130 dir tun1197, daß es ganz Israel3478 höre8085 und sich fürchte3372.
|
|
22 And if3588 a man376 have committed1961 a sin2399 worthy4941 of death,4194 and he be to be put to death,4191 and thou hang8518 him on5921 a tree: 6086
|
22 Wenn jemand4191 eine Sünde2399 getan hat4941, die des Todes4194 würdig ist, und wird also getötet, daß man ihn an ein376 Holz6086 hänget,
|
|
23 His body5038 shall not3808 remain all night3885 upon5921 the tree,6086 but3588 thou shalt in any wise bury6912 6912 him that1931 day;3117 (for3588 he that is hanged8518 is accursed7045 of God;)430 that853 thy land127 be not3808 defiled,2930 which834 the LORD3068 thy God430 giveth5414 thee for an inheritance.5159

23 so soll sein2930 Leichnam5038 nicht über Nacht an dem Holz6086 bleiben3885, sondern sollst ihn6912 desselben Tages3117 begraben6912; denn ein Gehenkter8518 ist verflucht7045 bei GOtt430 auf daß du dein Land127 nicht verunreinigest, das dir der HErr3068, dein GOtt430, gibt5414 zum Erbe5159.
