1 Mache dich auf6965, werde licht215; denn dein Licht216 kommt935, und die Herrlichkeit3519 des HErrn3068 gehet auf über dir2224.

2 For,3588 behold,2009 the darkness2822 shall cover3680 the earth,776 and gross darkness6205 the people:3816 but the LORD3068 shall arise2224 upon5921 thee, and his glory3519 shall be seen7200 upon5921 thee.

2 Denn siehe7200, Finsternis2822 bedeckt3680 das776 Erdreich und Dunkel6205 die Völker3816; aber über dir2224 gehet auf der HErr3068, und seine Herrlichkeit3519 erscheinet über dir.

3 And the Gentiles1471 shall come1980 to thy light,216 and kings4428 to the brightness5051 of thy rising.2225

3 Und die Heiden1471 werden in deinem Lichte216 wandeln1980 und die Könige4428 im Glanz5051, der über dir aufgehet.

4 Lift up5375 thine eyes5869 round about,5439 and see:7200 all3605 they gather themselves together,6908 they come935 to thee: thy sons1121 shall come935 from far,4480 7350 and thy daughters1323 shall be nursed539 at5921 thy side.6654

4 Hebe5375 deine Augen5869 auf und siehe umher5439! Diese alle versammelt6908 kommen935 zu dir! Deine Söhne1121 werden7200 von ferne7350 kommen935 und deine Töchter1323 zur Seite6654 erzogen werden539.

5 Dann wirst du deine Lust sehen7200 und ausbrechen5102, und dein Herz3824 wird6342 sich3372 wundern und ausbreiten7337, wenn sich2015 die Menge1995 am Meer3220 zu dir bekehret, und die Macht2428 der Heiden1471 zu dir kommt935.

7 All3605 the flocks6629 of Kedar6938 shall be gathered together6908 unto thee, the rams352 of Nebaioth5032 shall minister8334 unto thee: they shall come up5927 with5921 acceptance7522 on mine altar,4196 and I will glorify6286 the house1004 of my glory.8597

7 Alle Herden6629 in Kedar6938 sollen zu dir versammelt6908 werden6286, und die Böcke352 Nebajoths5032 sollen dir dienen8334. Sie sollen auf5927 meinem angenehmen Altar4196 geopfert werden; denn ich will7522 das Haus1004 meiner Herrlichkeit8597 zieren.

9 Surely3588 the isles339 shall wait6960 for me, and the ships591 of Tarshish8659 first,7223 to bring935 thy sons1121 from far,4480 7350 their silver3701 and their gold2091 with854 them, unto the name8034 of the LORD3068 thy God,430 and to the Holy One6918 of Israel,3478 because3588 he hath glorified6286 thee.

9 Die Inseln339 harren6960 auf mich und die Schiffe591 im Meer8659 vorlängst her935, daß sie deine7223 Kinder1121 von ferne7350 herzubringen, samt ihrem Silber3701 und Golde2091, dem Namen8034 des HErrn3068, deines Gottes430, und dem Heiligen6918 in Israel3478, der dich herrlich6286 gemacht hat.

10 And the sons1121 of strangers5236 shall build up1129 thy walls,2346 and their kings4428 shall minister8334 unto thee: for3588 in my wrath7110 I smote5221 thee, but in my favor7522 have I had mercy7355 on thee.

10 Fremde5236 werden deine Mauern2346 bauen1129, und1121 ihre Könige4428 werden dir dienen8334. Denn in meinem Zorn7110 habe ich dich geschlagen5221 und in meiner Gnade7522 erbarme7355 ich mich über dich.

11 Therefore thy gates8179 shall be open6605 continually;8548 they shall not3808 be shut5462 day3119 nor night;3915 that men may bring935 unto413 thee the forces2428 of the Gentiles,1471 and that their kings4428 may be brought.5090

11 Und deine Tore8179 sollen stets8548 offen stehen6605, weder Tag3119 noch Nacht3915 zugeschlossen werden, daß5090 der Heiden1471 Macht2428 zu5462 dir gebracht935, und ihre Könige4428 herzugeführet werden.

12 For3588 the nation1471 and kingdom4467 that834 will not3808 serve5647 thee shall perish;6 yea, those nations1471 shall be utterly wasted.2717 2717

12 Denn welche Heiden1471 oder Königreiche4467 dir nicht dienen5647 wollen, die sollen umkommen6, und die Heiden1471 verwüstet2717 werden.

13 The glory3519 of Lebanon3844 shall come935 unto413 thee, the fir tree,1265 the pine tree,8410 and the box8391 together,3162 to beautify6286 the place4725 of my sanctuary;4720 and I will make the place4725 of my feet7272 glorious.3513

13 Die Herrlichkeit3519 Libanons3844 soll an dich kommen, Tannen1265, Buchen8410 und Buchsbaum8391 miteinander3162, zu schmücken den Ort4725 meines Heiligtums4720; denn ich will935 die Stätte4725 meiner Füße7272 herrlich6286 machen3513.

14 The sons1121 also of them that afflicted6031 thee shall come1980 bending7817 unto413 thee; and all3605 they that despised5006 thee shall bow themselves down7812 at5921 the soles3709 of thy feet;7272 and they shall call7121 thee, The city5892 of the LORD,3068 The Zion6726 of the Holy One6918 of Israel.3478

14 Es werden auch gebückt zu dir kommen, die dich6031 unterdrückt haben1980; und1121 alle, die dich7817 gelästert haben5006, werden niederfallen7812 zu deinen3709 Füßen7272 und werden dich nennen7121 eine Stadt5892 des HErrn3068, ein Zion6726 des Heiligen6918 in Israel3478.

15 Whereas8478 thou hast been1961 forsaken5800 and hated,8130 so that no man369 went through5674 thee, I will make7760 thee an eternal5769 excellency,1347 a joy4885 of many generations.1755 1755

16 daß du sollst3045 Milch2461 von den Heiden1471 saugen3243, und der Könige4428 Brüste sollen dich säugen3243, auf daß du erfahrest, daß ich, der HErr3068, bin dein Heiland3467 und ich, der Mächtige46 in Jakob3290, bin dein Erlöser1350.

17 Ich will935 Gold2091 anstatt des Erzes und5178 Silber3701 anstatt des Eisens1270 bringen und6086 Erz anstatt des Holzes und5178 Eisen1270 anstatt der Steine68; und will935 machen7760, daß deine Vorsteher Frieden7965 lehren sollen und deine Pfleger Gerechtigkeit6666 predigen.

18 Man soll7667 keinen Frevel2555 mehr hören8085 in deinem Lande776, noch Schaden oder Verderben7701 in deinen Grenzen1366, sondern deine Mauern2346 sollen Heil3444 und deine Tore8179 Lob8416 heißen7121.

19 The sun8121 shall be1961 no3808 more5750 thy light216 by day;3119 neither3808 for brightness5051 shall the moon3394 give light215 unto thee: but the LORD3068 shall be1961 unto thee an everlasting5769 light,216 and thy God430 thy glory.8597

19 Die Sonne8121 soll nicht mehr5769 des Tages3119 dir scheinen216, und der Glanz5051 des Mondes3394 soll dir nicht leuchten215, sondern der HErr3068 wird dein ewiges Licht216 und dein GOtt430 wird dein Preis8597 sein.

20 Thy sun8121 shall no3808 more5750 go down;935 neither3808 shall thy moon3391 withdraw itself:622 for3588 the LORD3068 shall be1961 thine everlasting5769 light,216 and the days3117 of thy mourning60 shall be ended.7999

20 Deine Sonne8121 wird nicht7999 mehr5769 untergehen, noch dein Mond3391 den Schein verlieren622, denn der HErr3068 wird dein ewiges Licht216 sein935, und die Tage3117 deines Leides60 sollen ein Ende haben.

21 Thy people5971 also shall be all3605 righteous:6662 they shall inherit3423 the land776 forever,5769 the branch5342 of my planting,4302 the work4639 of my hands,3027 that I may be glorified.6286

21 Und dein Volk5971 soll eitel Gerechte6662 sein und werden6286 das776 Erdreich ewiglich5769 besitzen3423, als die der Zweig5342 meiner Pflanzung4302 und ein Werk4639 meiner Hände3027 sind zum Preise.

22 A little one6996 shall become1961 a thousand,505 and a small one6810 a strong6099 nation:1471 I589 the LORD3068 will hasten2363 it in his time.6256

22 Aus dem Kleinsten sollen tausend505 werden6810 und aus dem Geringsten6996 ein mächtig6099 Volk1471. Ich, der HErr3068, will solches zu seiner Zeit6256 eilend ausrichten2363.
