1 And Job347 answered6030 and said,559

2 No doubt551 but3588 ye859 are the people,5971 and wisdom2451 shall die4191 with5973 you.

3 But1571 I have understanding3824 as well as you;3644 I595 am not3808 inferior5307 to4480 you: yea,854 who4310 knoweth not369 such things as these?3644 428

4 I am1961 as one mocked7814 of his neighbor,7453 who calleth7121 upon God,433 and he answereth6030 him: the just6662 upright8549 man is laughed to scorn.7814

5 He that is ready3559 to slip4571 with his feet7272 is as a lamp3940 despised937 in the thought6248 of him that is at ease.7600

6 The tabernacles168 of robbers7703 prosper,7951 and they that provoke7264 God410 are secure;987 into whose834 hand3027 God433 bringeth935 abundantly.

4 Wer von seinem Nächsten7453 verlachet wird, der wird GOtt433 anrufen7121, der wird ihn erhören6030. Der Gerechte6662 und Fromme8549 muß verlachet sein

5 und ist7272 ein verachtet937 Lichtlein3940 vor den Gedanken6248 der Stolzen7600, stehet aber, daß sie sich3559 dran ärgern4571.

6 Der Verstörer7703 Hütten168 haben die Fülle7951 und935 toben7264 wider GOtt410 türstiglich, wiewohl es ihnen GOtt433 in ihre Hände3027 gegeben hat.

7 Frage7592 doch das Vieh929, das wird dich‘s lehren3384, und199 die Vögel5775 unter dem Himmel8064, die werden dir‘s sagen5046.

8 Oder rede7878 mit der Erde776, die wird dich‘s lehren3384, und die Fische1709 im Meer3220 werden5608 dir‘s erzählen.

9 Wer weiß3045 solches alles nicht, daß des HErrn3068 Hand3027 das gemacht6213 hat,

10 daß in seiner Hand3027 ist die See LE5315 alles des, das da lebet, und der Geist7307 alles Fleisches1320 eines jeglichen?

11 Prüfet nicht das Ohr241 die Rede4405; und der Mund2441 schmecket die Speise400?
