Psalm 118

1 O GIVE thanks to the LORD; for he is good and his mercy endures for ever.

2 Let Israel now say that his mercy endures for ever.

3 Let the house of Aaron now say that his mercy endures for ever.

4 Let them that worship the LORD say that his mercy endures for ever.

5 Out of my distress I called upon the LORD; the LORD answered me and relieved me.

6 The LORD is my help, I will not fear; what can man do to me?

7 The LORD is my helper; therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

10 All nations surrounded me; but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

11 They surrounded me; yea, they surrounded me; but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

12 They surrounded me like hornets; they are quenched like the fire of stubble; for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

13 I have been repelled that I might be overthrown and fall; but the LORD helped me.

14 The LORD is my strength and song, and has become my salvation.

15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

16 The right hand of the LORD has exalted me; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

18 The LORD has chastened me severely; but he has not given me over to death.

19 Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD.

20 This is the gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

21 I will give thanks to thee; for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

22 The stone which the builders rejected has become the headstone of the corner.

23 This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

24 This is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 Save me, O LORD; O LORD, deliver me.

26 Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD; we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

27 O LORD, our God, enlighten us; bind our festival processions as an unbroken chain, even to the horns of the altar.

28 Thou art my God, and I will give thanks to thee; thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

29 O give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; for his mercy endures for ever.

Псалом 118

1 [Аллилуйя.] Блаженны те, коих путь чист, которые ходят в законе Господнем.

2 Блаженны те, кои хранят откровения Его, всем сердцем ищут Его;

3 Которые не делают беззакония, ходят путями Его!

4 Ты дал повеления Твои, чтобы хранить их крепко.

5 О если бы пути мои направлены были к тому, чтоб хранить уставы Твои!

6 Тогда бы я не постыдился, взирая на Твои заповеди;

7 Я славил бы Тебя в правоте сердца, научась праведным законам Твоим.

8 Буду хранить уставы Твои, не оставь меня совсем.

9 Чем юноша очистит путь свой? наблюдая за собою по слову Твоему.

10 Всем сердцем моим ищу Тебя, не дай мне уклониться от заповедей Твоих.

11 В сердце мое заключил я слово Твое, чтоб не грешить пред Тобою.

12 Благословен Ты, Господи! научи меня уставам Твоим.

13 Устами моими возвещаю все суды уст Твоих.

14 На пути откровений Твоих я радуюсь, как о великом богатстве.

15 О повелениях Твоих размышляю, и взираю на пути Твои.

16 Уставами Твоими утешаюсь, не забываю слова Твоего.

17 Яви милость рабу Твоему, чтоб я жил и хранил слово Твое.

18 Открой мне глаза, чтоб я видел чудеса закона Твоего.

19 Странник я на земле, не сокрой от меня заповедей Твоих.

20 Истомилась душа моя непрестанным желанием познать суды Твои.

21 Ты грозен для проклятых горделивцев, уклоняющихся от заповедей Твоих.

22 Отврати от меня поношение и посрамление, ибо я храню откровения Твои.

23 Сидят вельможи и сговариваются против меня; а раб Твой размышляет о Твоих уставах.

24 Откровения Твои - утешение мое, [и уставы Твои] советники мои.

25 Душа моя повержена в прах, оживи меня по слову Твоему.

26 Возвещаю пути мои, и Ты слышишь меня; научи меня уставам Твоим.

27 Вразуми меня о пути повелений Твоих, и буду размышлять о чудесах Твоих.

28 Слезит душа моя от скорби, восстанови меня по слову Твоему.

29 Путь лжи устрани от меня, и закон Твой даруй мне.

2 Let Israel now say that his mercy endures for ever.	2 Блаженны те, кои хранят откровения Его, всем сердцем ищут Его;
3 Let the house of Aaron now say that his mercy endures for ever.	3 Которые не делают беззакония, ходят путями Его!
4 Let them that worship the LORD say that his mercy endures for ever.	4 Ты дал повеления Твои, чтобы хранить их крепко.
5 Out of my distress I called upon the LORD; the LORD answered me and relieved me.	5 О если бы пути мои направлены были к тому, чтоб хранить уставы Твои!
6 The LORD is my help, I will not fear; what can man do to me?	6 Тогда бы я не постыдился, взирая на Твои заповеди;
7 The LORD is my helper; therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.	7 Я славил бы Тебя в правоте сердца, научась праведным законам Твоим.
8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.	8 Буду хранить уставы Твои, не оставь меня совсем.
9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.	9 Чем юноша очистит путь свой? наблюдая за собою по слову Твоему.
10 All nations surrounded me; but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.	10 Всем сердцем моим ищу Тебя, не дай мне уклониться от заповедей Твоих.
11 They surrounded me; yea, they surrounded me; but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.	11 В сердце мое заключил я слово Твое, чтоб не грешить пред Тобою.
12 They surrounded me like hornets; they are quenched like the fire of stubble; for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.	12 Благословен Ты, Господи! научи меня уставам Твоим.

14 The LORD is my strength and song, and has become my salvation.	14 На пути откровений Твоих я радуюсь, как о великом богатстве.
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.	15 О повелениях Твоих размышляю, и взираю на пути Твои.
16 The right hand of the LORD has exalted me; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.	16 Уставами Твоими утешаюсь, не забываю слова Твоего.
17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.	17 Яви милость рабу Твоему, чтоб я жил и хранил слово Твое.
18 The LORD has chastened me severely; but he has not given me over to death.	18 Открой мне глаза, чтоб я видел чудеса закона Твоего.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD.	19 Странник я на земле, не сокрой от меня заповедей Твоих.
20 This is the gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.	20 Истомилась душа моя непрестанным желанием познать суды Твои.
21 I will give thanks to thee; for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.	21 Ты грозен для проклятых горделивцев, уклоняющихся от заповедей Твоих.

23 This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.	23 Сидят вельможи и сговариваются против меня; а раб Твой размышляет о Твоих уставах.
24 This is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.	24 Откровения Твои - утешение мое, [и уставы Твои] советники мои.
25 Save me, O LORD; O LORD, deliver me.	25 Душа моя повержена в прах, оживи меня по слову Твоему.
26 Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD; we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.	26 Возвещаю пути мои, и Ты слышишь меня; научи меня уставам Твоим.
27 O LORD, our God, enlighten us; bind our festival processions as an unbroken chain, even to the horns of the altar.	27 Вразуми меня о пути повелений Твоих, и буду размышлять о чудесах Твоих.
