Leviticus

Chapter 27

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying.

2 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them. When a man makes a special vow with the price of persons to the LORD,

3 Then the valuation of a male from twenty years old up to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

4 And if it is a female, then her valuation shall be thirty shekels.

5 And if it is from five years old up to twenty years old, then the valuation of the male shall be twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6 And if it is from a month old up to five years old, then the valuation of males shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female three shekels of silver.

7 And if it is from sixty years old and up, if it is a male, his valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

8 But if he is poorer than the valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the person who vowed shall the priest value him.

9 And if it is an animal whereof men bring an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD shall be holy.

10 He shall not exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all exchange an animal for an animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy to the LORD.

11 And if it is an unclean animal of which they do not offer a sacrifice to the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest;

12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; and as the priest values it, so shall it be.

13 But if he wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part to its valuation.

14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

15 And if he who sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth of the money of its estimation to it, and it shall be his.

16 And if a man shall sanctify to the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then its valuation shall be according to the seed thereof; about ten ephahs of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17 If he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to its estimation so it shall stand.

18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain until the year of jubilee, and he shall deduct from its valuation.

19 And if the man who sanctifies the field wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of the money of the valuation to it, and it shall be his.

20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he sell it to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

21 But the field, when it is released in the jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; its possession shall be the priest's.

22 And if a man sanctifies to the LORD a field which he has bought, which was not a field of his inheritance,

23 Then the priest shall reckon the valuation thereof until the year of jubilee; and he shall give the price of the valuation thereof in that day as a holy thing to the LORD.

24 In the year of the jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the inheritance of the land did belong.

25 And all the valuations thereof shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26 But the firstling of an animal, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is the LORD'S.

27 And if it is of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to its valuation, and shall add a fifth part to it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to its valuation.

28 But every devoted thing that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he has, both of man and beast and of the field of his inheritance, shall not be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to the LORD.

29 Every devoted thing which shall be devoted by men shall not be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.

30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is the LORD'S; it is holy to the LORD.

31 And if a man wishes to redeem some of his tithes, he shall add to it a fifth part thereof.

32 And all the tithe of the herd or of the flock, even of whatever passes under the shepherd's staff, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD.

33 He shall not inquire whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it; and if he exchanges it at all, then both it and the exchange thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34 These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

2 — Говори с израильтянами и скажи им: «Если кто-нибудь даст особый обет, чтобы посвятить Господу человека, заплатив за него столько, сколько он стоит,

3 то оцени мужчину в возрасте между двадцатью и шестьюдесятью годами в пятьдесят шекелей серебра по шекелю святилища.

4 Если это женщина, оцени ее в тридцать шекелей.

5 Если возраст между пятью и двадцатью годами, оцени мужчину в двадцать шекелей, а женщину в десять шекелей.

6 Если возраст между месяцем и пятью годами, оцени мальчика в пять шекелей серебра, а девочку в три шекеля серебра.

7 Если возраст — шестьдесят лет и больше, оцени мужчину в пятнадцать шекелей, а женщину в десять шекелей.

8 Если тот, кто дал обет, слишком беден, чтобы заплатить установленное, пусть приведет человека к священнику, чтобы тот оценил его по достатку жертвующего.

9 Если по обету посвящают скот, который можно приносить в жертву Господу, то животное, отданное Господу, становится святыней.

10 Его нельзя ни менять, ни заменять хорошее на плохое или плохое на хорошее. Если одно животное заменят другим, то оба они станут святыней.

11 Если по обету посвящают нечистое животное, которое нельзя приносить в жертву Господу, пусть его приведут к священнику,

12 который оценит его: хорошее оно или плохое, и какую оценку священник установит, такой она и будет.

13 Если хозяин захочет выкупить животное, пусть добавит к его стоимости пятую часть.

14 Если человек посвящает Господу свой дом, священник оценит его: хорош он или плох, и какую оценку священник установит, такой она и будет.

15 Если человек, который посвятил свой дом, захочет выкупить его, пусть добавит к его стоимости ее пятую часть, и дом опять станет принадлежать ему.

16 Если человек посвящает Господу участок поля, которое отошло к нему по наследству, его нужно оценить по тому, сколько для него требуется семян — по пятьдесят шекелей серебра за гомер ячменя.

17 Если он посвящает поле в юбилейный год, эта оценка останется неизменной.

18 А если он посвящает свое поле после юбилея, пусть священник оценит его, взяв в расчет количество лет, которые остались до следующего юбилейного года, и соответственно снизит оценку.

19 Если человек, который посвятил поле, захочет выкупить его, пусть добавит к его стоимости ее пятую часть, и поле опять станет его.

20 Но если поле не было выкуплено или было продано другому человеку, выкупить его уже нельзя.

21 Когда такое поле освободится в юбилей, оно станет святыней, как поле, посвященное Господу; оно станет собственностью священников.

22 Если человек посвящает Господу поле, которое он купил, а не унаследовал,

23 пусть священник оценит его, взяв в расчет количество лет, которые остались до следующего юбилейного года, и пусть стоимость будет выплачена в тот же день. Это священное пожертвование Господу.

24 В юбилейный год поле вернется к человеку, у которого его купили, к тому, чьей наследной землей оно было.

25 Все оценки нужно устанавливать по шекелю святилища, в одном шекеле двадцать гер.

26 Но пусть никто не посвящает первородных из животных, потому что первенцы и так принадлежат Господу; вол ли это или баран — они Господни.

27 Если это нечистое животное, его можно выкупить, заплатив его стоимость по оценке и добавив к ней ее пятую часть. Если его не выкупят, его нужно продать за его стоимость.

28 Но никто не может ни продать, ни выкупить ничего из того, чем он владел и что посвятил Господу по обету, будь то человек, животное или наследная земля. Все, что было посвящено по обету, — это великая святыня Господа.

29 Человека, который был посвящен по обету, выкупить нельзя; его нужно предать смерти.

30 Десятая часть от всех произведений земли, зерна ли с земли, или плодов с деревьев, принадлежит Господу. Это святыня Господа.

31 Если человек захочет выкупить одну из своих десятин, пусть он добавит к ней пятую часть ее стоимости.

32 Все десятины из крупного и мелкого скота — каждое десятое животное, которое проходит под жезлом счетовода — будут святыней Господа.

33 Пусть хозяин не разбирает, хорошее оно или плохое, и не делает никакой замены. Если он сделает замену, то оба животных станут святыней и не могут быть выкуплены».

34 Таковы повеления, которые Господь дал Моисею для израильтян на горе Синай.

3 то оцени мужчину в возрасте между двадцатью и шестьюдесятью годами в пятьдесят шекелей серебра по шекелю святилища.

4 Если это женщина, оцени ее в тридцать шекелей.

5 And if it is from five years old up to twenty years old, then the valuation of the male shall be twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

5 Если возраст между пятью и двадцатью годами, оцени мужчину в двадцать шекелей, а женщину в десять шекелей.

6 And if it is from a month old up to five years old, then the valuation of males shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female three shekels of silver.

7 And if it is from sixty years old and up, if it is a male, his valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

8 But if he is poorer than the valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the person who vowed shall the priest value him.

8 Если тот, кто дал обет, слишком беден, чтобы заплатить установленное, пусть приведет человека к священнику, чтобы тот оценил его по достатку жертвующего.

9 And if it is an animal whereof men bring an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD shall be holy.

9 Если по обету посвящают скот, который можно приносить в жертву Господу, то животное, отданное Господу, становится святыней.

10 He shall not exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all exchange an animal for an animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy to the LORD.

10 Его нельзя ни менять, ни заменять хорошее на плохое или плохое на хорошее. Если одно животное заменят другим, то оба они станут святыней.

11 And if it is an unclean animal of which they do not offer a sacrifice to the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest;

11 Если по обету посвящают нечистое животное, которое нельзя приносить в жертву Господу, пусть его приведут к священнику,

12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; and as the priest values it, so shall it be.

12 который оценит его: хорошее оно или плохое, и какую оценку священник установит, такой она и будет.

13 But if he wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part to its valuation.

13 Если хозяин захочет выкупить животное, пусть добавит к его стоимости пятую часть.

14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

14 Если человек посвящает Господу свой дом, священник оценит его: хорош он или плох, и какую оценку священник установит, такой она и будет.

15 And if he who sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth of the money of its estimation to it, and it shall be his.

15 Если человек, который посвятил свой дом, захочет выкупить его, пусть добавит к его стоимости ее пятую часть, и дом опять станет принадлежать ему.

16 Если человек посвящает Господу участок поля, которое отошло к нему по наследству, его нужно оценить по тому, сколько для него требуется семян — по пятьдесят шекелей серебра за гомер ячменя.

17 If he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to its estimation so it shall stand.

17 Если он посвящает поле в юбилейный год, эта оценка останется неизменной.

18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain until the year of jubilee, and he shall deduct from its valuation.

18 А если он посвящает свое поле после юбилея, пусть священник оценит его, взяв в расчет количество лет, которые остались до следующего юбилейного года, и соответственно снизит оценку.

19 And if the man who sanctifies the field wishes to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of the money of the valuation to it, and it shall be his.

19 Если человек, который посвятил поле, захочет выкупить его, пусть добавит к его стоимости ее пятую часть, и поле опять станет его.

20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he sell it to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

20 Но если поле не было выкуплено или было продано другому человеку, выкупить его уже нельзя.

21 But the field, when it is released in the jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; its possession shall be the priest's.

21 Когда такое поле освободится в юбилей, оно станет святыней, как поле, посвященное Господу; оно станет собственностью священников.

22 And if a man sanctifies to the LORD a field which he has bought, which was not a field of his inheritance,

22 Если человек посвящает Господу поле, которое он купил, а не унаследовал,

23 Then the priest shall reckon the valuation thereof until the year of jubilee; and he shall give the price of the valuation thereof in that day as a holy thing to the LORD.

23 пусть священник оценит его, взяв в расчет количество лет, которые остались до следующего юбилейного года, и пусть стоимость будет выплачена в тот же день. Это священное пожертвование Господу.

24 In the year of the jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the inheritance of the land did belong.

24 В юбилейный год поле вернется к человеку, у которого его купили, к тому, чьей наследной землей оно было.

28 Но никто не может ни продать, ни выкупить ничего из того, чем он владел и что посвятил Господу по обету, будь то человек, животное или наследная земля. Все, что было посвящено по обету, — это великая святыня Господа.

29 Every devoted thing which shall be devoted by men shall not be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.

29 Человека, который был посвящен по обету, выкупить нельзя; его нужно предать смерти.

34 Таковы повеления, которые Господь дал Моисею для израильтян на горе Синай.
