|
1 LORD, thou hast been favorable to thy land; thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob. |
|
2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. |
|
3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath; thou hast withdrawn the fierceness of thine anger. |
|
4 Restore us, O God our Saviour, and cause thine anger toward us to cease. |
|
5 Be not angry with us for ever; hold not thine anger against all generations. |
|
6 Restore us and revive us, that thy people may rejoice in thee. |
|
7 Show us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation. |
|
8 We will hear what the LORD our God will speak; for he will speak peace to his people and to his saints, that they may not turn again to folly. |
|
9 Surely his salvation is near them that reverence him; let his glory dwell in our land. |
|
10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. |
|
11 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. |
|
12 Yea, the LORD shall give his goodness; and the land shall yield its fruits. |
|
13 And the righteous shall go before him; and he shall establish his ways upon the earth. |

2 Бережи мою душу, бо я богобі́йний, спаси Ти, мій Боже, Свого раба, що на Тебе наді́ю кладе́! |
|
3 Змилосе́рдься до мене, о Господи, бо я кличу до Тебе ввесь день, |
|
4 потіш душу Свого раба, бо до Тебе підно́шу я, Господи, душу мою, |
|
5 бо Ти, Господи, добрий і вибачли́вий, і многомилости́вий для всіх, хто кли́че до Тебе! |
|
6 Почуй же, о Господи, молитву мою, і вислухай голос блага́ння мого, — |
|
7 в день недолі своєї я кличу до Тебе, бо Ти обізве́шся до мене! |
|
8 Нема, Господи, поміж бога́ми такого, як Ти, і чинів нема, як чи́ни Твої! |
|
9 Всі наро́ди, яких Ти створи́в, поприхо́дять і попадають перед лице́м Твоїм, Господи, та Ім'я́ Твоє сла́вити будуть, |
|
10 великий бо Ти, та чу́да вчиняєш, Ти — Бог єдиний! |
|
11 Дорогу Свою покажи мені, Господи, і я бу́ду ходити у правді Твоїй, приєдна́й моє серце боятися Йме́ння Твого́! |
|
12 Я буду всім серцем своїм вихваля́ти Тебе, Господи, Боже Ти мій, і сла́вити буду повіки Ім'я́ Твоє, |
|
13 велика бо милість Твоя надо мною, і вирвав Ти душу мою від шео́лу глибокого! |
