創世記

第8章

1 神記念挪亞和挪亞方舟裏的一切走獸牲畜。神叫風吹地，水勢漸落。

2 淵源和天上的窗戶都閉塞了，天上的大雨也止住了。

3 水從地上漸退。過了一百五十天，水就漸消。

4 七月十七日，方舟停在亞拉臘山上。

5 水又漸消，到十月初一日，山頂都現出來了。

6 過了四十天，挪亞開了方舟的窗戶，

7 放出一隻烏鴉去；那烏鴉飛來飛去，直到地上的水都乾了。

8 他又放出一隻鴿子去，要看看水從地上退了沒有。

9 但遍地上都是水，鴿子找不著讓牠腳掌安歇［rest for the sole of her foot］之地，就回到方舟挪亞那裏。挪亞伸手，把鴿子接進方舟來。

10 他又等了七天，再把鴿子從方舟放出去。

11 到了晚上，鴿子回到他那裏，看哪［lo］，牠［her］嘴裏有［was］一個新摘下來的橄欖葉子，挪亞就知道地上的水退了。

12 他又等了七天，放出鴿子去，鴿子就不再回來了。

13 到挪亞六百零一歲，正月初一日，地上的水都乾了。挪亞撤去方舟的蓋觀看，便見地面上乾了。

14 到了二月二十七日，地就都乾了。

15 神對挪亞說：

16 「你和你的妻子、兒子、兒婦都可以出方舟。

17 在你那裏凡有血肉的活物，就是飛鳥、牲畜，和一切爬在地上的爬物［creeping thing］，都要帶出來；叫牠們［they］在地上多多滋生，大大興旺。」

18 於是挪亞和他的妻子、兒子、兒婦都出來了。

19 一切走獸、爬物［creeping thing］、飛鳥，和地上所有的動物，各從其類，也都出了方舟。

20 挪亞為耶和華築了一座壇，拿各類潔淨的牲畜、飛鳥獻在壇上為燔祭。

21 耶和華聞那馨香之氣，耶和華就心裏說：「我不再因人的緣故咒詛地；人從小時心裏原是［for］懷著惡念；我也不再按著我才行的，滅各種的活物了。

22 地還存留的時候，稼穡、寒暑、冬夏、晝夜就永不停息了。」

Chapter 8

1 And God430 remembered2142 853 Noah,5146 and every3605 living thing,2416 and all3605 the cattle929 that834 was with854 him in the ark:8392 and God430 made a wind7307 to pass5674 over5921 the earth,776 and the waters4325 assuaged;7918

2 The fountains4599 also of the deep8415 and the windows699 of heaven8064 were stopped,5534 and the rain1653 from4480 heaven8064 was restrained;3607

3 And the waters4325 returned7725 from off4480 5921 the earth776 continually:1980 7725 and after the end4480 7097 of the hundred3967 and fifty2572 days3117 the waters4325 were abated.2637

4 And the ark8392 rested5117 in the seventh7637 month,2320 on the seventeenth7651 6240 day3117 of the month,2320 upon5921 the mountains2022 of Ararat.780

5 And the waters4325 decreased2637 continually1961 1980 until5704 the tenth6224 month:2320 in the tenth6224 month, on the first259 day of the month,2320 were the tops7218 of the mountains2022 seen.7200

6 And it came to pass1961 at the end4480 7093 of forty705 days,3117 that Noah5146 opened6605 853 the window2474 of the ark8392 which834 he had made: 6213

7 And he sent forth7971 853 a raven,6158 which went forth3318 to and fro,3318 7725 until5704 the waters4325 were dried up3001 from off4480 5921 the earth.776

8 Also he sent forth7971 853 a dove3123 from4480 854 him, to see7200 if the waters4325 were abated7043 from off4480 5921 the face6440 of the ground;127

9 But the dove3123 found4672 no3808 rest4494 for the sole3709 of her foot,7272 and she returned7725 unto413 him into413 the ark,8392 for3588 the waters4325 were on5921 the face6440 of the whole3605 earth:776 then he put forth7971 his hand,3027 and took3947 her, and pulled her in935 853 unto413 him into413 the ark.8392

10 And he stayed2342 yet5750 other312 seven7651 days;3117 and again3254 he sent forth7971 853 the dove3123 out of4480 the ark;8392

11 And the dove3123 came in935 to413 him in6256 the evening;6153 and, lo,2009 in her mouth6310 was an olive2132 leaf5929 plucked off:2965 so Noah5146 knew3045 that3588 the waters4325 were abated7043 from off4480 5921 the earth.776

12 And he stayed3176 yet5750 other312 seven7651 days;3117 and sent forth7971 853 the dove;3123 which returned7725 not3808 again3254 unto413 him any more.5750

13 And it came to pass1961 in the six8337 hundredth3967 and first259 year,8141 in the first7223 month, the first259 day of the month,2320 the waters4325 were dried up2717 from off4480 5921 the earth:776 and Noah5146 removed5493 853 the covering4372 of the ark,8392 and looked,7200 and, behold,2009 the face6440 of the ground127 was dry.2717

14 And in the second8145 month,2320 on the seven7651 and twentieth6242 day3117 of the month,2320 was the earth776 dried.3001

15 And God430 spoke1696 unto413 Noah,5146 saying,559

16 Go forth3318 of4480 the ark,8392 thou,859 and thy wife,802 and thy sons,1121 and thy sons'1121 wives802 with854 thee.

17 Bring forth3318 with854 thee every3605 living thing2416 that834 is with854 thee, of all4480 3605 flesh,1320 both of fowl,5775 and of cattle,929 and of every3605 creeping thing7431 that creepeth7430 upon5921 the earth;776 that they may breed abundantly8317 in the earth,776 and be fruitful,6509 and multiply7235 upon5921 the earth.776

18 And Noah5146 went forth,3318 and his sons,1121 and his wife,802 and his sons'1121 wives802 with854 him:

19 Every3605 beast,2416 every3605 creeping thing,7431 and every3605 fowl,5775 and whatsoever3605 creepeth7430 upon5921 the earth,776 after their kinds,4940 went forth3318 out of4480 the ark.8392

20 And Noah5146 built1129 an altar4196 unto the LORD;3068 and took3947 of every4480 3605 clean2889 beast,929 and of every4480 3605 clean2889 fowl,5775 and offered5927 burnt offerings5930 on the altar.4196

21 And the LORD3068 smelled7306 a sweet5207 853 savor;7381 and the LORD3068 said559 in413 his heart,3820 I will not3808 again3254 curse7043 853 the ground127 any more5750 for man's sake;5668 120 for3588 the imagination3336 of man's120 heart3820 is evil7451 from his youth;4480 5271 neither3808 will I again3254 smite5221 any more5750 853 every thing3605 living,2416 as834 I have done.6213

22 While5750 the earth776 remaineth,3605 3117 seedtime2233 and harvest,7105 and cold7120 and heat,2527 and summer7019 and winter,2779 and day3117 and night3915 shall not3808 cease.7673

15 神對挪亞說：

16 「你和你的妻子、兒子、兒婦都可以出方舟。

16 Go forth3318 of4480 the ark,8392 thou,859 and thy wife,802 and thy sons,1121 and thy sons'1121 wives802 with854 thee.

17 在你那裏凡有血肉的活物，就是飛鳥、牲畜，和一切爬在地上的爬物［creeping thing］，都要帶出來；叫牠們［they］在地上多多滋生，大大興旺。」

17 Bring forth3318 with854 thee every3605 living thing2416 that834 is with854 thee, of all4480 3605 flesh,1320 both of fowl,5775 and of cattle,929 and of every3605 creeping thing7431 that creepeth7430 upon5921 the earth;776 that they may breed abundantly8317 in the earth,776 and be fruitful,6509 and multiply7235 upon5921 the earth.776

18 於是挪亞和他的妻子、兒子、兒婦都出來了。

18 And Noah5146 went forth,3318 and his sons,1121 and his wife,802 and his sons'1121 wives802 with854 him:

19 一切走獸、爬物［creeping thing］、飛鳥，和地上所有的動物，各從其類，也都出了方舟。

19 Every3605 beast,2416 every3605 creeping thing,7431 and every3605 fowl,5775 and whatsoever3605 creepeth7430 upon5921 the earth,776 after their kinds,4940 went forth3318 out of4480 the ark.8392

20 挪亞為耶和華築了一座壇，拿各類潔淨的牲畜、飛鳥獻在壇上為燔祭。

20 And Noah5146 built1129 an altar4196 unto the LORD;3068 and took3947 of every4480 3605 clean2889 beast,929 and of every4480 3605 clean2889 fowl,5775 and offered5927 burnt offerings5930 on the altar.4196
