4 And there appeared3700 to them Elias2243 with Moses:3475 and they were talking4814 with Jesus.2424

9 Da3752 sie aber1161 vom1537 Berge3735 herabgingen2597, verbot1291 ihnen JEsus, daß2443 sie niemand3367 sagen sollten1334, was3739 sie gesehen1492 hatten, bis des846 Menschen Sohn auferstünde450 von575 den444 Toten3498.

12 And he answered611 and told2036 them, Elias2243 truly3303 comes2064 first,4412 and restores600 all3956 things; and how4459 it is written1125 of the Son5207 of man,444 that he must suffer3958 many4183 things, and be set1847 at1847 nothing.1847

12 Er846 antwortete611 aber1161 und4412 sprach2036 zu1909 ihnen: Elia2243 soll ja3303 zuvor kommen2064 und2532 alles3956 wieder zurechtbringen600; dazu2443 des Menschen444 Sohn soll viel4183 leiden3958 und2532 verachtet werden1847, wie4459 denn geschrieben1125 stehet.

13 But I say3004 to you, That Elias2243 is indeed2532 come,2064 and they have done4160 to him whatever3745 they listed,2309 as it is written1125 of him.

13 Aber3754 ich sage3004 euch5213: Elia2243 ist2532 kommen2064, und235 sie846 haben an1909 ihm getan4160, was3745 sie846 wollten2309, nachdem von ihm geschrieben1125 stehet.

14 And when he came2064 to his disciples,3101 he saw1492 a great4183 multitude3793 about4012 them, and the scribes1122 questioning4802 with them.

17 And one1520 of the multitude3793 answered611 and said,2036 Master,1320 I have brought5342 to you my son,5207 which has2192 a dumb216 spirit;4151

17 Einer aber aus1537 dem Volk3793 antwortete611 und2532 sprach2036: Meister1320, ich habe5342 meinen3450 Sohn hergebracht zu4314 dir4571, der1520 hat2192 einen sprachlosen216 Geist4151;

18 And wherever3699 302 he takes2638 him, he tears4486 him: and he foams,875 and gnashes5149 with his teeth,3599 and pines3583 away: and I spoke2036 to your disciples3101 that they should cast1544 him out; and they could2480 not.

18 und2532 wo er846 ihn1544 erwischet, so2532 reißt er ihn und2532 schäumet und2532 knirschet mit den Zähnen3599 und2532 verdorret. Ich302 habe2638 mit deinen4675 Jüngern3101 geredet2036, daß2443 sie ihn austrieben1544, und2532 sie können‘s2480 nicht3756.

19 He answers611 him, and said,3004 O faithless571 generation,1074 how2193 long2193 shall I be with you? how2193 long2193 shall I suffer430 you? bring5342 him to me.

19 Er846 antwortete611 ihm846 aber1161 und sprach3004: O du5599 ungläubiges571 Geschlecht1074, wie lange4219 soll430 ich bei4314 euch5209 sein2071? Wie lange4219 soll ich mich mit euch5216 leiden? Bringet ihn her5342 zu4314 mir3165!

20 And they brought5342 him to him: and when he saw1492 him, straightway2112 the spirit4151 tare4682 him; and he fell4098 on1909 the ground,1093 and wallowed2947 foaming.875

20 Und2532 sie846 brachten ihn846 her5342 zu4314 ihm846. Und2532 alsbald2112, da ihn der Geist4151 sah1492, riß4682 er846 ihn und2532 fiel4098 auf1909 die Erde1093 und wälzete sich2947 und schäumete.

21 And he asked1905 his father,3962 How4214 long4214 is it ago since5613 this5124 came1096 to him? And he said,2036 Of a child.3812

21 Und2532 er846 fragte1905 seinen Vater3962: Wie4214 lange5550 ist‘s2076, daß5613 ihm das5124 widerfahren1096 ist? Er sprach2036: Von Kind3812 auf.

|
22 And often4178 it has cast906 him into1519 the fire,4442 and into1519 the waters,5204 to destroy622 him: but if you can1410 do any1536 thing, have compassion4697 on1909 us, and help997 us.
|
22 Und2532 oft4178 hat1909 er846 ihn in1519 Feuer4442 und2532 Wasser5204 geworfen906, daß1519 er846 ihn umbrächte622. Kannst1410 du aber was1536, so2443 erbarme dich4697 unser und235 hilf997 uns2248!

23 Jesus2424 said2036 to him, If1487 you can1410 believe,4100 all3956 things are possible1415 to him that believes.4100

23 JEsus2424 aber1161 sprach2036 zu1410 ihm846: Wenn1487 du könntet glauben4100! Alle3956 Dinge sind möglich1415 dem846, der da glaubet4100.
|
|
24 And straightway2112 the father3962 of the child3813 cried2896 out, and said3004 with tears,1144 Lord,2962 I believe;4100 help997 you my3450 unbelief.570

24 Und2532 alsbald2112 schrie2896 des Kindes3813 Vater3962 mit3326 Tränen1144 und sprach3004: Ich glaube4100, lieber HErr2962; hilf997 meinem3450 Unglauben570!

|
25 When Jesus2424 saw1492 that the people3793 came1998 running1998 together,1998 he rebuked2008 the foul169 spirit,4151 saying3004 to him, You dumb216 and deaf2974 spirit,4151 I charge2004 you, come1831 out of him, and enter1525 no3371 more3371 into1519 him.

25 Da nun JEsus2424 sah, daß3754 das1492 Volk3793 zulief1998, bedräuete er846 den unsauberen169 Geist4151 und1161 sprach3004 zu ihm846: Du sprachloser216 und2532 tauber2974 Geist4151, ich1473 gebiete2004 dir4671, daß du von1537 ihm846 ausfahrest1831 und2532 fahrest1525 hinfort3371 nicht in1519 ihn!

26 And the spirit cried,2896 and rent4682 him sore,4183 and came1831 out of him: and he was as one dead;3498 so5620 that many4183 said,3004 He is dead.599
|
26 Da schrie2896 er846 und2532 riß4682 ihn sehr4183 und2532 fuhr aus1831. Und2532 er ward1096, als5616 wäre er tot3498, daß5620 auch viele4183 sagten3004: Er ist tot599.
|
|
27 But Jesus2424 took2902 him by the hand,5495 and lifted1453 him up; and he arose.450

27 JEsus2424 aber1161 ergriff2902 ihn846 bei der Hand5495 und2532 richtete450 ihn auf1453; und er846 stund auf1453.
|
|
28 And when he was come1525 into1519 the house,3624 his disciples3101 asked1905 him privately,2596 2398 Why3754 could1410 not we cast1544 him out?

28 Und2532 da er846 heimkam1519, fragten1905 ihn846 seine846 Jünger3101 besonders2398: Warum3754 konnten1410 wir2249 ihn1544 nicht3756 austreiben1544?

|
29 And he said2036 to them, This5124 kind1085 can1410 come1831 forth1831 by nothing,3762 but by prayer4335 and fasting.3521

29 Und2532 er846 sprach2036: Diese5124 Art1085 kann1410 mitnichten ausfahren1831 denn1508 durch1722 Beten4335 und1722 Fasten3521.
|
|
30 And they departed1831 there,1564 and passed3899 through1223 Galilee;1056 and he would2309 not that any5100 man should know1097 it.

30 Und2532 sie gingen1831 von1564 dannen hinweg und2532 wandelten3899 durch1223 Galiläa1056; und er wollte2309 nicht3756, daß2443 es jemand5100 wissen1097 sollte.

31 For he taught2258 1321 his disciples,3101 and said3004 to them, The Son5207 of man444 is delivered3860 into1519 the hands5495 of men,444 and they shall kill615 him; and after that he is killed,615 he shall rise450 the third5154 day.2250
|
31 Er1321 lehrete aber seine846 Jünger3101 und1063 sprach3004 zu ihnen: Des Menschen444 Sohn wird überantwortet werden3860 in1519 der Menschen444 Hände5495. Und2532 sie werden ihn töten615; und2532 wenn er getötet615 ist, so2532 wird er am dritten5154 Tage2250 auferstehen450.

32 But they understood50 not that saying,4487 and were afraid5399 to ask1905 him.

32 Sie846 aber1161 vernahmen das Wort4487 nicht50 und2532 fürchteten sich5399, ihn zu fragen1905.
|
|
33 And he came2064 to Capernaum:2584 and being1096 in the house3614 he asked1905 them, What5101 was it that you disputed1260 among4314 yourselves1438 by the way?3598
|
33 Und2532 er1438 kam2064 gen Kapernaum2584. Und2532 da1722 er daheim1722 war1096, fragte1905 er sie: Was5101 handeltet ihr846 miteinander4314 auf1519 dem Wege3598?
|
|
34 But they held4623 their peace:4623 for by the way3598 they had disputed1256 among4314 themselves,240 who5101 should be the greatest.3187
|
34 Sie aber1161 schwiegen4623; denn1063 sie hatten1256 miteinander4314 auf1722 dem Wege3598 gehandelt, welcher5101 der Größte3187 wäre.
|
|
35 And he sat2523 down,2523 and called5455 the twelve,1427 and said3004 to them, If1487 any1536 man desire2309 to be first,4413 the same shall be last2078 of all,3956 and servant1249 of all.3956
|
35 Und2532 er846 setzte sich2523 und2532 rief5455 den Zwölfen1427 und2532 sprach3004 zu ihnen: So jemand1536 will2309 der Erste4413 sein1511, der soll der Letzte2078 sein2071 vor allen3956 und aller3956 Knecht1249.

|
36 And he took2983 a child,3813 and set2476 him in the middle3319 of them: and when he had taken1723 him in his arms,1723 he said2036 to them,

36 Und2532 er846 nahm2983 ein Kindlein3813 und2532 stellete es846 mitten3319 unter sie2476 und846 herzete dasselbige und sprach2036 zu1722 ihnen846:

|
37 Whoever3739 1437 shall receive1209 one1520 of such5108 children3813 in my name,3686 receives1209 me: and whoever3739 1437 shall receive1209 me, receives1209 not me, but him that sent649 me.
|
37 Wer1437 ein solches5108 Kindlein3813 in meinem3450 Namen3686 aufnimmt1209, der1520 nimmt mich1691 auf1909; und2532 wer1437 mich1691 aufnimmt1209, der nimmt nicht3756 mich1691 auf, sondern235 den, der mich3165 gesandt hat649.

38 And John2491 answered611 him, saying,3004 Master,1320 we saw1492 one5100 casting1544 out devils1140 in your name,3686 and he follows190 not us: and we forbade2967 him, because3754 he follows190 not us.
|
38 Johannes2491 aber1161 antwortete611 ihm190 und2532 sprach3004: Meister1320, wir5100 sahen1492 einen, der trieb1544 Teufel1140 in deinem4675 Namen3686 aus, welcher3739 uns2254 nicht3756 nachfolget; und wir verboten‘s ihm846 darum, daß3754 er846 uns2254 nicht3756 nachfolget.

39 But Jesus2424 said,2036 Forbid2967 him not: for there is no3762 man3762 which3739 shall do4160 a miracle1411 in my name,3686 that can1410 lightly5035 speak2551 evil2551 of me.

39 JEsus2424 aber1161 sprach: Ihr846 sollt‘s ihm nicht3361 verbieten2967. Denn1063 es ist2076 niemand3762, der3739 eine Tat4160 tue in1909 meinem Namen3686 und2532 möge1410 bald5035 übel2551 von mir3450 reden2036.

40 For he that is not against2596 us is on5228 our part.

40 Wer nicht3756 wider2596 uns2257 ist2076, der ist2076 für5228 uns2257.
|
|
41 For whoever3739 302 shall give4222 you a cup4221 of water5204 to drink4222 in my name,3686 because3754 you belong1510 to Christ,5547 truly281 I say3004 to you, he shall not lose622 his reward.3408
|
41 Wer aber1063 euch5209 tränket mit einem Becher4221 Wassers5204 in1722 meinem3450 Namen3686 darum, daß3754 ihr Christo5547 angehöret2075, wahrlich281, ich302 sage3004 euch5213, es wird622 ihm nicht3364 unvergolten3408 bleiben622.

42 And whoever3739 302 shall offend4624 one1520 of these3588 little3398 ones that believe4100 in me, it is better2570 3123 for him that a millstone3037 3457 were hanged4029 about4012 his neck,5137 and he were cast906 into1519 the sea.2281

42 Und2532 wer302 der1520 Kleinen3398 einen ärgert4624, die an4012 mich1691 glauben4100, dem wäre2076 es besser3123, daß1487 ihm ein Mühlstein an1519 seinen846 Hals5137 gehänget würde, und2532 er846 ins1519 Meer2281 geworfen906 würde.

43 And if1437 your hand5495 offend4624 you, cut609 it off:609 it is better2570 for you to enter1525 into1519 life2222 maimed,2948 than2228 having2192 two1417 hands5495 to go565 into1519 hell,1067 into1519 the fire4442 that never3756 shall be quenched:762

43 So1437 dich4571 aber deine Hand5495 ärgert4624, so haue609 sie846 ab. Es ist2076 dir4675 besser2570, daß du4671 als ein1525 Krüppel2948 zum1519 Leben2222 eingehest, denn2228 daß du zwo Hände5495 habest2192 und2532 fahrest565 in1519 die Hölle1067, in1519 das ewige762 Feuer4442,

44 Where3699 their worm4663 dies5053 not, and the fire4442 is not quenched.4570

|
|
45 And if1437 your foot4228 offend4624 you, cut609 it off:609 it is better2570 for you to enter1525 halt5560 into1519 life,2222 than2228 having2192 two1417 feet4228 to be cast906 into1519 hell,1067 into1519 the fire4442 that never3756 shall be quenched:762

45 Ärgert4624 dich4571 dein4675 Fuß4228, so1437 haue609 ihn846 ab. Es ist2076 dir4671 besser2570, daß du lahm5560 zum1519 Leben2222 eingehest1525, denn2228 daß du zwei1417 Füße4228 habest2192 und2532 werdest in1519 die Hölle1067 geworfen906, in1519 das ewige762 Feuer4442,

47 And if1437 your4675 eye3788 offend4624 you, pluck1544 it out: it is better2570 for you to enter1525 into1519 the kingdom932 of God2316 with one3442 eye,3442 than2228 having2192 two1417 eyes3788 to be cast906 into1519 hell1067 fire:4442

47 Ärgert4624 dich4571 dein4675 Auge3788, so1437 wirf‘s von dir1544. Es846 ist2076 dir1544 besser2570, daß du4671 einäugig3442 in1519 das932 Reich Gottes2316 gehest1525, denn2228 daß du zwei1417 Augen3788 habest2192 und2532 werdest in1519 das höllische1067 Feuer4442 geworfen906,

48 Where3699 their worm4663 dies5053 not, and the fire4442 is not quenched.4570

48 da3699 ihr846 Wurm4663 nicht3756 stirbt5053 und2532 ihr Feuer4442 nicht3756 verlischt.
|
|
49 For every3956 one shall be salted233 with fire,4442 and every3956 sacrifice2378 shall be salted233 with salt.251
|
49 Es muß233 alles3956 mit2532 Feuer4442 gesalzen werden, und1063 alles3956 Opfer2378 wird mit Salz251 gesalzen.
|
|
50 Salt217 is good:2570 but if1437 the salt217 have lost358 1096 his saltiness,1096 358 with which1722 5101 will you season741 it? Have2192 salt217 in yourselves,1438 and have peace1518 one240 with another.240
|
50 Das846 Salz217 ist gut2570; so1437 aber1161 das Salz217 dumm358 wird1096, womit wird man würzen741? Habt2192 Salz217 bei euch1438 und2532 habt Frieden1514 untereinander240!
