2 Höret8085, ihr Berge2022, wie der HErr3068 strafen3198 will7379, samt den starken386 Grundfesten4146 der Erde776! Denn der HErr3068 will sein Volk5971 schelten7379 und will Israel3478 strafen.

3 O my people,5971 what4100 have I done6213 unto thee? and wherein4100 have I wearied3811 thee? testify6030 against me.

7 Meinest du, der HErr3068 habe Gefallen7521 an viel tausend505 Widdern352 oder am Öl8081, wenn es gleich unzählige Ströme5158 voll wären? Oder soll ich meinen ersten Sohn1060 für meine Übertretung6588 geben5414 oder meines Leibes990 Frucht6529 für die Sünde2403 meiner See LE5315?

8 Es ist dir gesagt5046, Mensch120, was gut2896 ist, und6213 was der HErr3068 von dir fordert1875, nämlich Gottes Wort4941 halten3212 und Liebe160 üben und demütig6800 sein vor deinem GOtt430.

9 The LORD's3068 voice6963 crieth7121 unto the city,5892 and the man of wisdom8454 shall see7200 thy name:8034 hear8085 ye the rod,4294 and who4310 hath appointed3259 it.

9 Es wird3259 des HErrn3068 Stimme6963 über die Stadt5892 rufen7121; aber wer deinen Namen8034 fürchtet, dem wird‘s gelingen8454. Höret8085, ihr7200 Stämme4294, was geprediget wird!

10 Are there786 yet5750 the treasures214 of wickedness7562 in the house1004 of the wicked,7563 and the scant7332 measure374 that is abominable?2194

10 Noch bleibet unrecht Gut214 in des GOttlosen7562 Hause1004 und376 der feindselige, geringe2194 Epha.

11 Shall I count them pure2135 with the wicked7562 balances,3976 and with the bag3599 of deceitful4820 weights?68

11 Oder sollt ich die unrechte7562 Waage und68 falsch4820 Gewicht3976 im Säckel billigen2135,

12 For834 the rich men6223 thereof are full4390 of violence,2555 and the inhabitants3427 thereof have spoken1696 lies,8267 and their tongue3956 is deceitful7423 in their mouth.6310

12 durch welche ihre Reichen6223 viel Unrechts tun? Und4390 ihre Einwohner3427 gehen mit Lügen um1696 und haben falsche8267 Zungen3956 in6310 ihrem Halse.

13 Therefore also1571 will I589 make thee sick2470 in smiting5221 thee, in making thee desolate8074 because of5921 thy sins.2403

13 Darum will ich dich5221 auch anfahen zu plagen2470 und dich um deiner Sünde2403 willen wüst8074 machen.

14 Du sollst3445 nicht5253 genug7646 zu essen398 haben und5414 sollst verschmachten7130. Und was du erhaschest, soll doch nicht davonkommen6403; und was davonkommt, will ich doch dem Schwert2719 überantworten.

16 Denn man hält die Weise2708 Amris und8047 alle Werke4639 des Hauses1004 Ahab256 und folgt ihrem Rat4156. Darum will ich dich3212 zur Wüste machen5414 und ihre Einwohner3427, daß man sie anpfeifen8322 soll; und sollt8104 meines Volks5971 Schmach2781 tragen5375.
