1 And the LORD3068 said1696 unto413 Moses,4872 Depart,1980 and go up5927 hence,4480 2088 thou859 and the people5971 which834 thou hast brought up5927 out of the land4480 776 of Egypt,4714 unto413 the land776 which834 I swore7650 unto Abraham,85 to Isaac,3327 and to Jacob,3290 saying,559 Unto thy seed2233 will I give5414 it:

2 And I will send7971 an angel4397 before6440 thee; and I will drive out1644 853 the Canaanite,3669 the Amorite,567 and the Hittite,2850 and the Perizzite,6522 the Hivite,2340 and the Jebusite: 2983

3 Unto413 a land776 flowing2100 with milk2461 and honey:1706 for3588 I will not3808 go up5927 in the midst7130 of thee; for3588 thou859 art a stiffnecked7186 6203 people:5971 lest6435 I consume3615 thee in the way.1870

4 And when the people5971 heard8085 853 these2088 evil7451 tidings,1697 they mourned:56 and no3808 man376 did put7896 on5921 him his ornaments.5716

5 For the LORD3068 had said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Say559 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 Ye859 are a stiffnecked7186 6203 people:5971 I will come up5927 into the midst7130 of thee in a259 moment,7281 and consume3615 thee: therefore now6258 put off3381 thy ornaments5716 from4480 5921 thee, that I may know3045 what4100 to do6213 unto thee.

6 And the children1121 of Israel3478 stripped themselves5337 of853 their ornaments5716 by the mount4480 2022 Horeb.2722

7 And Moses4872 took3947 853 the tabernacle,168 and pitched5186 it without4480 2351 the camp,4264 afar off7368 from4480 the camp,4264 and called7121 it the Tabernacle168 of the congregation.4150 And it came to pass,1961 that every one3605 which sought1245 the LORD3068 went out3318 unto413 the tabernacle168 of the congregation,4150 which834 was without4480 2351 the camp.4264

8 And it came to pass,1961 when Moses4872 went out3318 unto413 the tabernacle,168 that all3605 the people5971 rose up,6965 and stood5324 every man376 at his tent168 door,6607 and looked5027 after310 Moses,4872 until5704 he was gone935 into the tabernacle.168

9 And it came to pass,1961 as Moses4872 entered into935 the tabernacle,168 the cloudy6051 pillar5982 descended,3381 and stood5975 at the door6607 of the tabernacle,168 and the LORD talked1696 with5973 Moses.4872

10 And all3605 the people5971 saw7200 853 the cloudy6051 pillar5982 stand5975 at the tabernacle168 door:6607 and all3605 the people5971 rose up6965 and worshiped,7812 every man376 in his tent168 door.6607

11 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 unto413 Moses4872 face6440 to413 face,6440 as834 a man376 speaketh1696 unto413 his friend.7453 And he turned again7725 into413 the camp:4264 but his servant8334 Joshua,3091 the son1121 of Nun,5126 a young man,5288 departed4185 not3808 out of4480 8432 the tabernacle.168

12 And Moses4872 said559 unto413 the LORD,3068 See,7200 thou859 sayest559 unto413 me, Bring up5927 853 this2088 people:5971 and thou859 hast not3808 let me know3045 853 whom834 thou wilt send7971 with5973 me. Yet thou859 hast said,559 I know3045 thee by name,8034 and thou hast also1571 found4672 grace2580 in my sight.5869

13 Now6258 therefore, I pray thee,4994 if518 I have found4672 grace2580 in thy sight,5869 show3045 me now4994 853 thy way,1870 that4616 I may know3045 thee, that I may find4672 grace2580 in thy sight:5869 and consider7200 that3588 this2088 nation1471 is thy people.5971

14 And he said,559 My presence6440 shall go1980 with thee, and I will give thee rest.5117

15 And he said559 unto413 him, If518 thy presence6440 go1980 not369 with me, carry us not up5927 408 hence.4480 2088

16 For wherein4100 shall it be known3045 here645 that3588 I589 and thy people5971 have found4672 grace2580 in thy sight?5869 is it not3808 in that thou goest1980 with5973 us? so shall we be separated,6395 I589 and thy people,5971 from all4480 3605 the people5971 that834 are upon5921 the face6440 of the earth.127

17 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 I will do6213 853 this2088 thing1697 also1571 that834 thou hast spoken:1696 for3588 thou hast found4672 grace2580 in my sight,5869 and I know3045 thee by name.8034

18 And he said,559 I beseech thee,4994 show7200 me853 thy glory.3519

19 And he said,559 I589 will make all3605 my goodness2898 pass5674 before5921 6440 thee, and I will proclaim7121 the name8034 of the LORD3068 before6440 thee; and will be gracious2603 853 to whom834 I will be gracious,2603 and will show mercy7355 853 on whom834 I will show mercy.7355

20 And he said,559 Thou canst3201 not3808 see7200 853 my face:6440 for3588 there shall no3808 man120 see7200 me, and live.2425

21 And the LORD3068 said,559 Behold,2009 there is a place4725 by854 me, and thou shalt stand5324 upon5921 a rock: 6697

22 And it shall come to pass,1961 while my glory3519 passeth by,5674 that I will put7760 thee in a cleft5366 of the rock,6697 and will cover5526 5921 thee with my hand3709 while5704 I pass by: 5674

23 And I will take away5493 853 mine hand,3709 and thou shalt see7200 853 my back parts:268 but my face6440 shall not3808 be seen.7200

1 Потом Иегова сказал Моисею: поди, иди отсюда ты и народ, который ты вывел из земли Египетской, в землю, о которой Я клялся Аврааму, Исааку и Иакову, говоря: потомству твоему дам ее.

2 И пошлю пред тобою Ангела, и прогоню Хананеев, Аморреев, и Хеттеев, и Ферезеев, и Евеев, и Иевусеев.

3 В землю, где течет молоко и мед, но Сам не пойду среди вас, чтобы не погубить Мне вас на пути, потому что вы народ жестоковыйный.

4 Народ, услышав грозное слово сие, возрыдал, и никто не возлагал на себя украшений своих.

5 Ибо Иегова сказал Моисею: скажи сынам Израилевым: вы народ жестоковыйный; если Я пойду среди вас, то в одну минуту истреблю вас. И ныне сними с себя украшения свои, и Я увижу, что Мне делать с вами.

6 Сыны Израилевы сняли с себя украшения свои у горы Хорива.

7 Моисей же взял шатер и поставил себе вне стана, вдали от стана, и назвал его скиниею собрания; и тогда каждый, ищущий Иегову, приходил в скинию собрания, находившуюся вне стана.

8 Тогда, как Моисей пошел в скинию, весь народ встал, и каждый у входа в свой шатер стоял и смотрел вслед Моисею, пока он не вошел в скинию.

9 Когда же Моисей вошел в скинию, тогда столп облачный сошел и стал у входа в скинию, и Иегова говорил с Моисеем.

10 Весь народ видел столп облачный, стоявший у дверей скинии; и встал весь народ, и поклонился каждый у входа в шатер свой.

11 Иегова говорил с Моисеем лицем к лицу, как бы говорил кто с другом своим; и он возвратился в стан; а служитель его Иисус, сын Навин, юноша, не выходил из скинии.

12 Моисей сказал Иегове: вот, Ты говоришь мне: веди народ сей; а не дал мне знать, кого пошлешь со мною. Но Ты сказал: Я знаю тебя по имени, и ты обрел благоволение в очах Моих.

13 Итак, если я обрел благоволение в очах Твоих, то молю: открой мне путь Твой, дабы я познал Тебя, да обрету благоволение в очах твоих; помысли также, что сии люди Твой народ.

14 И было сказано: лице Мое пойдет, и введу тебя в покой.

15 Он отвечал Ему: если лице Твое не пойдет, то и не выводи нас отсюда.

16 Ибо почему узнать, что я обрел ли благоволение в очах Твоих, я и народ Твой? Не потому ли, когда Ты пойдешь с нами? Тогда мы будем, я и народ Твой, славнее всякого народа на земле.

17 И сказал Иегова Моисею: и то, о чем ты говорил, Я сделаю; потому что ты обрел благоволение в очах Моих, и Я знаю тебя по имени.

18 Моисей сказал: покажи мне славу Твою.

19 И было сказано: Я проведу пред тобою все благие свойства Мои, и провозглашу имя Иеговы пред тобою; и, кого помиловать, помилую, кого пожалеть, пожалею.

20 Но, сказал он, лица Моего не можно тебе увидеть; потому что человек не может увидеть Меня, и остаться в живых.

21 И сказал Иегова: вот место у Меня: стань на сей скале.

22 Когда же будет проходить слава Моя, Я поставлю тебя в расселине сей скалы, и покрою тебя рукою Моею, доколе не пройду.

23 Потом сниму руку Мою, и ты увидишь меня сзади, а лице Мое не будет видимо.

1 Потом Иегова сказал Моисею: поди, иди отсюда ты и народ, который ты вывел из земли Египетской, в землю, о которой Я клялся Аврааму, Исааку и Иакову, говоря: потомству твоему дам ее.

3 В землю, где течет молоко и мед, но Сам не пойду среди вас, чтобы не погубить Мне вас на пути, потому что вы народ жестоковыйный.

4 Народ, услышав грозное слово сие, возрыдал, и никто не возлагал на себя украшений своих.

5 For the LORD3068 had said559 unto413 Moses,4872 Say559 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 Ye859 are a stiffnecked7186 6203 people:5971 I will come up5927 into the midst7130 of thee in a259 moment,7281 and consume3615 thee: therefore now6258 put off3381 thy ornaments5716 from4480 5921 thee, that I may know3045 what4100 to do6213 unto thee.

5 Ибо Иегова сказал Моисею: скажи сынам Израилевым: вы народ жестоковыйный; если Я пойду среди вас, то в одну минуту истреблю вас. И ныне сними с себя украшения свои, и Я увижу, что Мне делать с вами.

7 Моисей же взял шатер и поставил себе вне стана, вдали от стана, и назвал его скиниею собрания; и тогда каждый, ищущий Иегову, приходил в скинию собрания, находившуюся вне стана.

8 And it came to pass,1961 when Moses4872 went out3318 unto413 the tabernacle,168 that all3605 the people5971 rose up,6965 and stood5324 every man376 at his tent168 door,6607 and looked5027 after310 Moses,4872 until5704 he was gone935 into the tabernacle.168

8 Тогда, как Моисей пошел в скинию, весь народ встал, и каждый у входа в свой шатер стоял и смотрел вслед Моисею, пока он не вошел в скинию.

9 And it came to pass,1961 as Moses4872 entered into935 the tabernacle,168 the cloudy6051 pillar5982 descended,3381 and stood5975 at the door6607 of the tabernacle,168 and the LORD talked1696 with5973 Moses.4872

9 Когда же Моисей вошел в скинию, тогда столп облачный сошел и стал у входа в скинию, и Иегова говорил с Моисеем.

10 And all3605 the people5971 saw7200 853 the cloudy6051 pillar5982 stand5975 at the tabernacle168 door:6607 and all3605 the people5971 rose up6965 and worshiped,7812 every man376 in his tent168 door.6607

10 Весь народ видел столп облачный, стоявший у дверей скинии; и встал весь народ, и поклонился каждый у входа в шатер свой.

11 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 unto413 Moses4872 face6440 to413 face,6440 as834 a man376 speaketh1696 unto413 his friend.7453 And he turned again7725 into413 the camp:4264 but his servant8334 Joshua,3091 the son1121 of Nun,5126 a young man,5288 departed4185 not3808 out of4480 8432 the tabernacle.168

11 Иегова говорил с Моисеем лицем к лицу, как бы говорил кто с другом своим; и он возвратился в стан; а служитель его Иисус, сын Навин, юноша, не выходил из скинии.

12 And Moses4872 said559 unto413 the LORD,3068 See,7200 thou859 sayest559 unto413 me, Bring up5927 853 this2088 people:5971 and thou859 hast not3808 let me know3045 853 whom834 thou wilt send7971 with5973 me. Yet thou859 hast said,559 I know3045 thee by name,8034 and thou hast also1571 found4672 grace2580 in my sight.5869

12 Моисей сказал Иегове: вот, Ты говоришь мне: веди народ сей; а не дал мне знать, кого пошлешь со мною. Но Ты сказал: Я знаю тебя по имени, и ты обрел благоволение в очах Моих.

13 Now6258 therefore, I pray thee,4994 if518 I have found4672 grace2580 in thy sight,5869 show3045 me now4994 853 thy way,1870 that4616 I may know3045 thee, that I may find4672 grace2580 in thy sight:5869 and consider7200 that3588 this2088 nation1471 is thy people.5971

13 Итак, если я обрел благоволение в очах Твоих, то молю: открой мне путь Твой, дабы я познал Тебя, да обрету благоволение в очах твоих; помысли также, что сии люди Твой народ.

14 And he said,559 My presence6440 shall go1980 with thee, and I will give thee rest.5117

14 И было сказано: лице Мое пойдет, и введу тебя в покой.

15 Он отвечал Ему: если лице Твое не пойдет, то и не выводи нас отсюда.

16 Ибо почему узнать, что я обрел ли благоволение в очах Твоих, я и народ Твой? Не потому ли, когда Ты пойдешь с нами? Тогда мы будем, я и народ Твой, славнее всякого народа на земле.

17 And the LORD3068 said559 unto413 Moses,4872 I will do6213 853 this2088 thing1697 also1571 that834 thou hast spoken:1696 for3588 thou hast found4672 grace2580 in my sight,5869 and I know3045 thee by name.8034

17 И сказал Иегова Моисею: и то, о чем ты говорил, Я сделаю; потому что ты обрел благоволение в очах Моих, и Я знаю тебя по имени.

18 And he said,559 I beseech thee,4994 show7200 me853 thy glory.3519

18 Моисей сказал: покажи мне славу Твою.

19 And he said,559 I589 will make all3605 my goodness2898 pass5674 before5921 6440 thee, and I will proclaim7121 the name8034 of the LORD3068 before6440 thee; and will be gracious2603 853 to whom834 I will be gracious,2603 and will show mercy7355 853 on whom834 I will show mercy.7355

19 И было сказано: Я проведу пред тобою все благие свойства Мои, и провозглашу имя Иеговы пред тобою; и, кого помиловать, помилую, кого пожалеть, пожалею.

20 And he said,559 Thou canst3201 not3808 see7200 853 my face:6440 for3588 there shall no3808 man120 see7200 me, and live.2425

20 Но, сказал он, лица Моего не можно тебе увидеть; потому что человек не может увидеть Меня, и остаться в живых.

23 Потом сниму руку Мою, и ты увидишь меня сзади, а лице Мое не будет видимо.
