Chapter 4

1 AND in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel; only let us be called by your name, to take away our reproach.

2 In that day shall the glory and honor of the LORD shine forth, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for the remnant of Israel.

3 And it shall come to pass, that he who is left in Zion, and he who remains in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one who is written among the living in Jerusalem,

4 When the LORD shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the bloodshed from the midst of Jerusalem, by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of purging.

5 And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, round about, a cloud by day, and the smoke and shining of a flaming fire by night; for the glory of the LORD shall be a shelter over all.

6 And there shall be a shelter for a shade in the day time from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from the storm and from the rain.

2 In der Zeit3117 wird des HErrn3068 Zweig6780 lieb6643 und wert sein und die Frucht6529 der Erde776 herrlich3519 und schön8597 bei denen, die behalten6413 werden in Israel3478.

3 Und559 wer da wird übrig7604 sein3498 zu Zion6726 und über bleiben zu Jerusalem3389, der wird heilig6918 heißen, ein jeglicher, der geschrieben ist3789 unter die Lebendigen2416 zu Jerusalem3389.

4 Dann wird der HErr136 den Unflat6675 der Töchter1323 Zions6726 waschen7364 und7307 die Blutschulden1818 Jerusalems3389 vertreiben1740 von7130 ihr durch den Geist7307, der richten4941 und ein Feuer anzünden1197 wird.

5 Und der HErr3068 wird schaffen1254 über alle Wohnung des Berges2022 Zion6726, und wo sie versammelt4744 ist, Wolken6051 und Rauch6227 des Tages3119 und Feuerglanz5051, der da brenne3852 des Nachts3915. Denn es wird ein Schirm2646 sein über alles, was herrlich3519 ist;

6 und wird eine Hütte5521 sein zum Schatten6738 des Tages3119 vor der Hitze2721 und eine Zuflucht4268 und Verbergung4563 vor dem Wetter2230 und Regen4306.
