Chapter 22

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Say to Aaron and to his sons, that they may keep themselves separate from the holy things of the children of Israel and that they may not profane my holy name in those things which they hallow to me; I am the LORD,

3 Say to them, Whosoever he be of all your descendants throughout your generations who approaches to the holy things which the children of Israel hallow to the LORD while he is unclean, that person shall be cut off from my presence; I am the LORD.

4 Any man of the descendants of Aaron who is a leper or has a discharge, he shall not eat of the holy things until he is clean. And whosoever touches anything that is unclean through contact with the dead or a man who has an emission of semen,

5 Or whoever touches any creeping thing whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatever uncleanness he has,

6 Any person who touches him shall be unclean until evening and shall not eat of the holy things unless he has bathed his body in water.

7 And when the sun is down, he shall be clean and shall afterward eat of the holy things, because it is his food.

8 That which has been torn by wild beasts, he shall not eat that he may not defile himself by it; I am the LORD.

9 They shall therefore keep my ordinances, lest they bear sins for it and die because of them, if they had profaned themselves; I am the LORD who sanctifies them.

10 There shall no alien eat of the holy things; a sojourner of the priest, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.

11 But if a priest buys any person with his money, he shall eat of his food, and those that are born in his house shall eat of his food.

12 If a priest's daughter is married to a stranger, she also may not eat of an offering of the holy things.

13 But if a priest's daughter has become a widow or is divorced, and has no children, and shall return to her father's house as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's food; but no stranger shall ever eat of it.

14 And if a man eats of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall add a fifth part thereof to it and shall give it to the priest with the holy thing.

15 And the children of Israel shall not profane the holy things which they offer to the LORD;

16 And thus shall suffer for the iniquity and sins, when they eat of their holy things; for I am the LORD who sanctifies them.

17 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

18 Speak to Aaron and to his sons and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, Any one of the house of Israel and of the proselytes who dwell in Israel that will offer his offering for all their vows and for all their freewill offerings which they offer to the LORD for a burnt offering,

19 You shall offer acceptable ones, a male without blemish, of the herds or of the lambs or of the goats.

20 But whatsoever has a blemish, that you shall not offer; for it shall not be acceptable for you.

21 And whosoever offers a sacrifice of peace offering to the LORD to fulfill his vow or a freewill offering from oxen or from goats, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish in it.

22 Any blind animal or broken or scabbed or maimed or scurvy, you shall not offer to the LORD nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar to the LORD.

23 A bullock or a lamb which has the ear or the tail cut off you may offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.

24 You shall not offer to the LORD that which is bruised, cut off, or broken; neither shall you make such offerings in your land.

25 Neither from a stranger's hand shall you offer the bread of your God of any of these; because they are corrupt and there is blemish in them; they shall not be accepted from you.

26 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

27 When a bullock or a lamb or a goat is born, it shall remain seven days with its dam; and from the eighth day on it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire to the LORD.

28 And whether it be a cow or a sheep, you shall not slaughter it and its young both in one day.

29 And when you will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, you shall offer it in an acceptable manner.

30 On the same day it shall be eaten up; you shall leave none of it until morning; I am the LORD.

31 Therefore you shall keep my commandments and do them; I am the LORD.

32 Neither shall you profane my holy name, which is holy among the children of Israel; I am the LORD who sanctifies you,

33 Who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God; I am the LORD.

1 Вечный сказал Мусе:

2 – Скажи Харуну и его сыновьям, что они должны бережно обращаться со священными приношениями, которые посвящают Мне исраильтяне, чтобы не бесчестить Моё святое имя. Я – Вечный.

3 Скажи им: «Если кто-то из ваших потомков в грядущих поколениях, будучи нечист, приблизится к священным приношениям, которые исраильтяне посвящают Вечному, то он будет отторгнут от Меня. Я – Вечный.

4 Если у потомка Харуна будет заразная кожная болезнь или выделения из полового органа, то ему нельзя есть священные приношения, пока он не очистится. Он будет нечист и тогда, когда коснётся чего-либо, осквернённого трупом или человеком, у которого было семяизвержение,

5 или когда он коснётся пресмыкающегося, которое осквернит его, или человека, который так или иначе его осквернит.

6 Тот, кто коснётся этого, будет нечист до вечера. Ему нельзя есть священных приношений, пока он не вымоется.

7 Когда солнце сядет, он будет чист. Теперь он может есть священные приношения, потому что это – его пища.

8 Ему нельзя есть павшее животное или животное, растерзанное дикими зверями, оскверняясь этим. Я – Вечный.

9 Пусть священнослужители исполняют Мои повеления, чтобы не провиниться и не умереть за пренебрежение ими. Я – Вечный, Который освящает их.

10 Никому постороннему нельзя есть священное приношение. Его нельзя есть ни гостю священнослужителя, ни его наёмному слуге.

11 Но если священнослужитель купит раба или раб родится у него в доме, то раб может есть его пищу.

12 Если дочь священнослужителя выйдет замуж не за священнослужителя, то ей нельзя есть священных даров.

13 Но если дочь священнослужителя овдовеет или разведётся и, оставшись бездетной, вернётся, чтобы, как в юности, жить в отцовском доме, то она может есть пищу отца. Но никому постороннему есть её нельзя.

14 Если кто-нибудь съест священное приношение по ошибке, то пусть возместит священнослужителю за приношение, прибавив к этому пятую часть от его стоимости.

15 Пусть священнослужители не оскверняют священных даров, которые исраильтяне приносят Вечному,

16 позволяя чужим есть священные дары и вводя их в грех, требующий выплату. Я – Вечный, Который освящает их».

17 Вечный сказал Мусе:

18 – Говори с Харуном и его сыновьями и со всеми исраильтянами, скажи им: «Если кто-то из исраильтян или живущих в Исраиле чужеземцев принесёт дар для всесожжения Вечному по обету или в пожертвование,

19 то пусть это будет самец без изъяна из крупного скота, овец или коз, чтобы жертва была принята вам во благо.

20 Не приводите животных с изъяном, потому что они не будут приняты вам во благо.

21 Если кто-то приносит из крупного или мелкого скота жертву примирения Вечному по обету или в пожертвование, то пусть она будет безупречной, без единого изъяна, чтобы быть угодной.

22 Не приносите Вечному слепых, покалеченных или уродливых животных, или животных с наростами, коростой или паршой. Не кладите таких животных на жертвенник как огненную жертву Вечному.

23 Вы можете приносить в добровольное пожертвование вола или ягнёнка, у которых чересчур длинные или короткие члены тела, но для исполнения обета они не пригодны.

24 Не приносите Вечному животное, яички которого повреждены, раздавлены, вырваны или отрезаны. Не делайте этого на вашей земле

25 и не принимайте таких животных из рук чужеземцев, чтобы приносить их как пищу вашего Бога. Они не будут приняты вам во благо, потому что они изуродованы и имеют изъяны».

26 Вечный сказал Мусе:

27 – Когда рождается телёнок, ягнёнок или козлёнок, то пусть он семь дней остаётся при матери. Начиная с восьмого дня он будет пригоден для огненной жертвы Вечному.

28 Не закалывайте корову или овцу в один день с её детёнышем.

29 Когда вы будете приносить Вечному жертву примирения, то приносите её так, чтобы она была принята вам во благо.

30 Её нужно съесть в тот же день; ничего не оставляйте до утра. Я – Вечный.

31 Исполняйте Мои повеления и соблюдайте их. Я – Вечный.

32 Не бесчестите Моё святое имя. Пусть исраильтяне почитают Меня святым. Я – Вечный, Который освящает вас,

33 Который вывел вас из Египта, чтобы быть вашим Богом. Я – Вечный.

1 AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

4 Если у потомка Харуна будет заразная кожная болезнь или выделения из полового органа, то ему нельзя есть священные приношения, пока он не очистится. Он будет нечист и тогда, когда коснётся чего-либо, осквернённого трупом или человеком, у которого было семяизвержение,

5 Or whoever touches any creeping thing whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatever uncleanness he has,

5 или когда он коснётся пресмыкающегося, которое осквернит его, или человека, который так или иначе его осквернит.

6 Any person who touches him shall be unclean until evening and shall not eat of the holy things unless he has bathed his body in water.

8 That which has been torn by wild beasts, he shall not eat that he may not defile himself by it; I am the LORD.

8 Ему нельзя есть павшее животное или животное, растерзанное дикими зверями, оскверняясь этим. Я – Вечный.

9 They shall therefore keep my ordinances, lest they bear sins for it and die because of them, if they had profaned themselves; I am the LORD who sanctifies them.

9 Пусть священнослужители исполняют Мои повеления, чтобы не провиниться и не умереть за пренебрежение ими. Я – Вечный, Который освящает их.

10 There shall no alien eat of the holy things; a sojourner of the priest, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.

10 Никому постороннему нельзя есть священное приношение. Его нельзя есть ни гостю священнослужителя, ни его наёмному слуге.

11 But if a priest buys any person with his money, he shall eat of his food, and those that are born in his house shall eat of his food.

11 Но если священнослужитель купит раба или раб родится у него в доме, то раб может есть его пищу.

12 If a priest's daughter is married to a stranger, she also may not eat of an offering of the holy things.

12 Если дочь священнослужителя выйдет замуж не за священнослужителя, то ей нельзя есть священных даров.

13 But if a priest's daughter has become a widow or is divorced, and has no children, and shall return to her father's house as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's food; but no stranger shall ever eat of it.

13 Но если дочь священнослужителя овдовеет или разведётся и, оставшись бездетной, вернётся, чтобы, как в юности, жить в отцовском доме, то она может есть пищу отца. Но никому постороннему есть её нельзя.

14 And if a man eats of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall add a fifth part thereof to it and shall give it to the priest with the holy thing.

14 Если кто-нибудь съест священное приношение по ошибке, то пусть возместит священнослужителю за приношение, прибавив к этому пятую часть от его стоимости.

15 And the children of Israel shall not profane the holy things which they offer to the LORD;

15 Пусть священнослужители не оскверняют священных даров, которые исраильтяне приносят Вечному,

16 And thus shall suffer for the iniquity and sins, when they eat of their holy things; for I am the LORD who sanctifies them.

16 позволяя чужим есть священные дары и вводя их в грех, требующий выплату. Я – Вечный, Который освящает их».

17 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

17 Вечный сказал Мусе:

18 Speak to Aaron and to his sons and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, Any one of the house of Israel and of the proselytes who dwell in Israel that will offer his offering for all their vows and for all their freewill offerings which they offer to the LORD for a burnt offering,

18 – Говори с Харуном и его сыновьями и со всеми исраильтянами, скажи им: «Если кто-то из исраильтян или живущих в Исраиле чужеземцев принесёт дар для всесожжения Вечному по обету или в пожертвование,

19 You shall offer acceptable ones, a male without blemish, of the herds or of the lambs or of the goats.

19 то пусть это будет самец без изъяна из крупного скота, овец или коз, чтобы жертва была принята вам во благо.

20 But whatsoever has a blemish, that you shall not offer; for it shall not be acceptable for you.

20 Не приводите животных с изъяном, потому что они не будут приняты вам во благо.

21 And whosoever offers a sacrifice of peace offering to the LORD to fulfill his vow or a freewill offering from oxen or from goats, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish in it.

21 Если кто-то приносит из крупного или мелкого скота жертву примирения Вечному по обету или в пожертвование, то пусть она будет безупречной, без единого изъяна, чтобы быть угодной.

22 Не приносите Вечному слепых, покалеченных или уродливых животных, или животных с наростами, коростой или паршой. Не кладите таких животных на жертвенник как огненную жертву Вечному.

24 Не приносите Вечному животное, яички которого повреждены, раздавлены, вырваны или отрезаны. Не делайте этого на вашей земле

26 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

26 Вечный сказал Мусе:

28 Не закалывайте корову или овцу в один день с её детёнышем.

29 Когда вы будете приносить Вечному жертву примирения, то приносите её так, чтобы она была принята вам во благо.

30 On the same day it shall be eaten up; you shall leave none of it until morning; I am the LORD.

30 Её нужно съесть в тот же день; ничего не оставляйте до утра. Я – Вечный.

31 Therefore you shall keep my commandments and do them; I am the LORD.

31 Исполняйте Мои повеления и соблюдайте их. Я – Вечный.
