1 В начале царствования Иоакима {Седекии. Сравни Иер. 27:3, 12; 28:1}, сына Иосиина, царя иудейского, было слово сие к Иеремии от Иеговы, и сказано:

2 Так сказал мне Иегова: сделай себе ремни и ярмо, и возложи их на шею себе,

3 И пошли их к царю идумейскому, и к царю моавитскому, и к царю сынов Аммоновых, и к царю Тира, и к царю Сидона, чрез послов, пришедших в Иерусалим к Седекии, царю иудейскому.

4 И с ними прикажи государям их, и скажи: так говорит Иегова воинств, Бог Израилев: так скажите государям вашим:

5 Я сотворил землю, человека и скот, который на лицо земли, великим могуществом Моим и простертою Моею мышцею, и отдаю ее, кому Мне благоугодно.

6 И ныне Я отдаю все земли сии в руку Невухаднецара, царя вавилонского, раба Моего, и зверей полевых отдаю ему на служение.

7 И все сии народы будут служить ему, и сыну его, и сыну сына его, доколе не придет время и его земли, когда и его поработят народы многочисленные и цари великие.

8 И будет тому народу и царству, которое не захочет служить ему, Невухаднецару, царю вавилонскому, и которое не подклонит своей шеи под ярмо царя вавилонского, - мечем и голодом, и мором Я накажу такой народ, говорит Иегова, доколе не истреблю их рукою его.

9 А вы не слушайте своих пророков и своих гадателей, и своих снов, и своих волшебников, и своих звездочетов, которые так говорят вам: не будете служить царю вавилонскому.

10 Ибо они вам ложь предрекают, чтобы удалить вас из земли вашей, и чтоб Я рассеял вас, и вы погибли.

11 Народ же, который подклоняет шею свою под ярмо царя вавилонского, и станет служить ему, Я оставлю его на земле его, говорит Иегова, и он будет возделывать ее, и жить на ней.

12 И Седекии, царю иудейскому, Я говорил всеми сими словами, и сказывал: подклоните шею свою под ярмо царя вавилонского, и служите ему и народу его, и живите.

13 Зачем умирать тебе и народу твоему от меча, голода и моровой язвы, как изрек Иегова о том народе, который не будет служить царю вавилонскому?

14 И не слушайте слов пророков, которые говорят вам так: `не будете служить царю вавилонскому`; ибо они вам ложь предрекают.

15 Ибо Я не посылал их, говорит Иегова; и они именем Моим пророчествуют ложно, чтоб Я рассеял вас и погибли вы и пророки ваши, пророчествующие вам.

16 И священникам, и всему народу сему Я говорил и сказывал: так говорит Иегова: не слушайте слов пророков своих, которые вам предрекают, говоря: `вот уже скоро возвращены будут из Вавилона сосуды дома Иеговы`; ибо они вам ложь предрекают.

17 Не слушайте их, служите царю вавилонскому, и живите; зачем доводить город сей до разрушения?

18 А если они пророки и если у них есть слово Иеговы, то пусть умолят Иегову воинств, чтоб вещи, оставшиеся в доме Иеговы и в доме царя иудейского, и в Иерусалиме, не перешли в Вавилон.

19 Ибо так говорит Иегова воинств о столбах, и о медном море, и о подножиях, и о прочих вещах, оставшихся в сем городе,

20 Которых Невухаднецар, царь вавилонский, не взял, когда Иехонию, сына Иоакимова, царя иудейского, и всех знатных иудеев и иерусалимлян переселил из Иерусалима в Вавилон, -

21 Ибо так говорит Иегова воинств, Бог Израилев, о вещах, оставшихся в доме Иеговы, и в доме царя иудейского, и в Иерусалиме:

22 Они будут отнесены в Вавилон и там останутся до того дня, когда Я взгляну на них, говорит Иегова, и велю вознести их и возвратить их на место сие.

2 Thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 to me; Make6213 you bonds4147 and yokes,4133 and put5414 them on your neck,6677

3 And send7971 them to the king4428 of Edom,123 and to the king4428 of Moab,4124 and to the king4428 of the Ammonites,5984 and to the king4428 of Tyrus,6865 and to the king4428 of Zidon,6721 by the hand3027 of the messengers4397 which come935 to Jerusalem3389 to Zedekiah6667 king4428 of Judah;3063

4 And command6680 them to say559 to their masters,113 Thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel;3478 Thus3541 shall you say559 to your masters;113

5 I have made6213 the earth,776 the man120 and the beast929 that are on the ground,776 by my great1419 power3581 and by my outstretched5186 arm,2220 and have given5414 it to whom834 it seemed5869 meet3474 to me.

6 And now6258 have I given5414 all3605 these428 lands776 into413 the hand3027 of Nebuchadnezzar5019 the king4428 of Babylon,894 my servant;5650 and the beasts2416 of the field7704 have I given5414 him also1571 to serve5647 him.

7 And all3605 nations1471 shall serve5647 him, and his son,1121 and his son's1121 son,1121 until5704 the very time6256 of his land776 come:935 and then many7227 nations1471 and great1419 kings4428 shall serve5647 themselves of him.

8 And it shall come1961 to pass, that the nation1471 and kingdom4467 which834 will not serve5647 the same Nebuchadnezzar5019 the king4428 of Babylon,894 and that will not put5414 their neck6677 under the yoke5923 of the king4428 of Babylon,894 that nation1471 will I punish,6485 said5002 the LORD,3068 with the sword,2719 and with the famine,7458 and with the pestilence,1698 until5704 I have consumed8552 them by his hand.3027

9 Therefore listen8085 not you to your prophets,5030 nor to your diviners,7080 nor to your dreamers,2492 nor to your enchanters,6049 nor to your sorcerers,3786 which834 speak559 to you, saying,559 You shall not serve5647 the king4428 of Babylon:894

10 For they prophesy5012 a lie8267 to you, to remove7368 you far7368 from your land;127 and that I should drive5080 you out, and you should perish.6

11 But the nations1471 that bring935 their neck6677 under the yoke5923 of the king4428 of Babylon,894 and serve5647 him, those will I let remain5117 still in their own land,127 said5002 the LORD;3068 and they shall till5647 it, and dwell3427 therein.

12 I spoke1696 also to Zedekiah6667 king4428 of Judah3063 according to all3605 these428 words,1697 saying,559 Bring935 your necks6677 under the yoke5923 of the king4428 of Babylon,894 and serve5647 him and his people,5971 and live.2421

13 Why4100 will you die,4191 you and your people,5971 by the sword,2719 by the famine,7458 and by the pestilence,1698 as the LORD3068 has spoken1696 against413 the nation1471 that will not serve5647 the king4428 of Babylon?894

14 Therefore listen8085 not to the words1697 of the prophets5030 that speak559 to you, saying,559 You shall not serve5647 the king4428 of Babylon:894 for they prophesy5012 a lie8267 to you.

15 For I have not sent7971 them, said5002 the LORD,3068 yet they prophesy5012 a lie8267 in my name;8034 that I might drive5080 you out, and that you might perish,6 you, and the prophets5030 that prophesy5012 to you.

16 Also I spoke1696 to the priests3548 and to all3605 this2088 people,5971 saying,559 Thus3541 said559 the LORD;3068 Listen8085 not to the words1697 of your prophets5030 that prophesy5012 to you, saying,559 Behold,2009 the vessels3627 of the LORD's3068 house1004 shall now6258 shortly4120 be brought7725 again7725 from Babylon:894 for they prophesy5012 a lie8267 to you.

17 Listen8085 not to them; serve5647 the king4428 of Babylon,894 and live:2421 why4100 should this2063 city5892 be laid waste?2723

18 But if518 they be prophets,5030 and if518 the word1697 of the LORD3068 be with them, let them now4994 make intercession6293 to the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 that the vessels3627 which are left3498 in the house1004 of the LORD,3068 and in the house1004 of the king4428 of Judah,3063 and at Jerusalem,3389 go935 not to Babylon.894

19 For thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts6635 concerning5921 the pillars,5982 and concerning5921 the sea,3220 and concerning5921 the bases,4369 and concerning5921 the residue3499 of the vessels3627 that remain3498 in this2063 city.5892

20 Which834 Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 took3947 not, when he carried1546 away captive1540 Jeconiah3204 the son1121 of Jehoiakim3079 king4428 of Judah3063 from Jerusalem3389 to Babylon,894 and all3605 the nobles2715 of Judah3063 and Jerusalem;3389

21 Yes,3588 thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 the God430 of Israel,3478 concerning5921 the vessels3627 that remain3498 in the house1004 of the LORD,3068 and in the house1004 of the king4428 of Judah3063 and of Jerusalem;3389

22 They shall be carried935 to Babylon,894 and there8033 shall they be until5704 the day3117 that I visit6485 them, said5002 the LORD;3068 then will I bring5927 them up, and restore7725 them to this2008 place.4725

4 И с ними прикажи государям их, и скажи: так говорит Иегова воинств, Бог Израилев: так скажите государям вашим:

5 Я сотворил землю, человека и скот, который на лицо земли, великим могуществом Моим и простертою Моею мышцею, и отдаю ее, кому Мне благоугодно.

5 I have made6213 the earth,776 the man120 and the beast929 that are on the ground,776 by my great1419 power3581 and by my outstretched5186 arm,2220 and have given5414 it to whom834 it seemed5869 meet3474 to me.

6 И ныне Я отдаю все земли сии в руку Невухаднецара, царя вавилонского, раба Моего, и зверей полевых отдаю ему на служение.

6 And now6258 have I given5414 all3605 these428 lands776 into413 the hand3027 of Nebuchadnezzar5019 the king4428 of Babylon,894 my servant;5650 and the beasts2416 of the field7704 have I given5414 him also1571 to serve5647 him.

7 И все сии народы будут служить ему, и сыну его, и сыну сына его, доколе не придет время и его земли, когда и его поработят народы многочисленные и цари великие.

7 And all3605 nations1471 shall serve5647 him, and his son,1121 and his son's1121 son,1121 until5704 the very time6256 of his land776 come:935 and then many7227 nations1471 and great1419 kings4428 shall serve5647 themselves of him.

8 И будет тому народу и царству, которое не захочет служить ему, Невухаднецару, царю вавилонскому, и которое не подклонит своей шеи под ярмо царя вавилонского, - мечем и голодом, и мором Я накажу такой народ, говорит Иегова, доколе не истреблю их рукою его.

9 А вы не слушайте своих пророков и своих гадателей, и своих снов, и своих волшебников, и своих звездочетов, которые так говорят вам: не будете служить царю вавилонскому.

12 И Седекии, царю иудейскому, Я говорил всеми сими словами, и сказывал: подклоните шею свою под ярмо царя вавилонского, и служите ему и народу его, и живите.

12 I spoke1696 also to Zedekiah6667 king4428 of Judah3063 according to all3605 these428 words,1697 saying,559 Bring935 your necks6677 under the yoke5923 of the king4428 of Babylon,894 and serve5647 him and his people,5971 and live.2421

13 Зачем умирать тебе и народу твоему от меча, голода и моровой язвы, как изрек Иегова о том народе, который не будет служить царю вавилонскому?

13 Why4100 will you die,4191 you and your people,5971 by the sword,2719 by the famine,7458 and by the pestilence,1698 as the LORD3068 has spoken1696 against413 the nation1471 that will not serve5647 the king4428 of Babylon?894

14 И не слушайте слов пророков, которые говорят вам так: `не будете служить царю вавилонскому`; ибо они вам ложь предрекают.

14 Therefore listen8085 not to the words1697 of the prophets5030 that speak559 to you, saying,559 You shall not serve5647 the king4428 of Babylon:894 for they prophesy5012 a lie8267 to you.

15 Ибо Я не посылал их, говорит Иегова; и они именем Моим пророчествуют ложно, чтоб Я рассеял вас и погибли вы и пророки ваши, пророчествующие вам.

15 For I have not sent7971 them, said5002 the LORD,3068 yet they prophesy5012 a lie8267 in my name;8034 that I might drive5080 you out, and that you might perish,6 you, and the prophets5030 that prophesy5012 to you.

16 И священникам, и всему народу сему Я говорил и сказывал: так говорит Иегова: не слушайте слов пророков своих, которые вам предрекают, говоря: `вот уже скоро возвращены будут из Вавилона сосуды дома Иеговы`; ибо они вам ложь предрекают.

16 Also I spoke1696 to the priests3548 and to all3605 this2088 people,5971 saying,559 Thus3541 said559 the LORD;3068 Listen8085 not to the words1697 of your prophets5030 that prophesy5012 to you, saying,559 Behold,2009 the vessels3627 of the LORD's3068 house1004 shall now6258 shortly4120 be brought7725 again7725 from Babylon:894 for they prophesy5012 a lie8267 to you.

17 Не слушайте их, служите царю вавилонскому, и живите; зачем доводить город сей до разрушения?

18 А если они пророки и если у них есть слово Иеговы, то пусть умолят Иегову воинств, чтоб вещи, оставшиеся в доме Иеговы и в доме царя иудейского, и в Иерусалиме, не перешли в Вавилон.

21 Ибо так говорит Иегова воинств, Бог Израилев, о вещах, оставшихся в доме Иеговы, и в доме царя иудейского, и в Иерусалиме:
