3 And God430 blessed1288 853 the seventh7637 day,3117 and sanctified6942 it: because3588 that in it he had rested7673 from all4480 3605 his work4399 which834 God430 created1254 and made.6213

4 These428 are the generations8435 of the heavens8064 and of the earth776 when they were created,1254 in the day3117 that the LORD3068 God430 made6213 the earth776 and the heavens,8064

4 Also428 ist Himmel8064 und Erde776 worden, da sie geschaffen sind1254, zu der Zeit3117, da GOtt430 der HErr3068 Erde776 und Himmel8064 machte6213
|

5 And every3605 plant7880 of the field7704 before2962 it was1961 in the earth,776 and every3605 herb6212 of the field7704 before2962 it grew:6779 for3588 the LORD3068 God430 had not3808 caused it to rain4305 upon5921 the earth,776 and there was not369 a man120 to till5647 853 the ground.127

5 und allerlei Bäume7880 auf dem Felde7704, die zuvor nie3808 gewesen waren auf Erden776, und allerlei Kraut6212 auf dem Felde7704, das zuvor nie gewachsen6779 war. Denn3588 GOtt430 der HErr3068 hatte noch nicht2962 regnen4305 lassen5647 auf Erden776, und war kein369 Mensch120, der das Land127 bauete.

6 But there went up5927 a mist108 from4480 the earth,776 and watered8248 853 the whole3605 face6440 of the ground.127

6 Aber ein Nebel108 ging auf5927 von4480 der Erde776 und feuchtete8248 alles Land127.

7 And the LORD3068 God430 formed3335 853 man120 of the dust6083 of4480 the ground,127 and breathed5301 into his nostrils639 the breath5397 of life;2416 and man120 became1961 a living2416 soul.5315

7 Und GOtt430 der HErr3068 machte3335 den Menschen120 aus4480 einem Erdenkloß127, und er blies5301 ihm ein den lebendigen2416 Odem5397 in seine Nase639. Und also ward der Mensch120 eine lebendige2416 Seele5315.

8 And the LORD3068 God430 planted5193 a garden1588 eastward4480 6924 in Eden;5731 and there8033 he put7760 853 the man120 whom834 he had formed.3335

8 Und GOtt430 der HErr3068 pflanzte5193 einen Garten1588 in Eden5731 gegen Morgen6924 und setzte7760 den834 Menschen120 drein, den er gemacht hatte3335.

9 And out of4480 the ground127 made the LORD3068 God430 to grow6779 every3605 tree6086 that is pleasant2530 to the sight,4758 and good2896 for food;3978 the tree6086 of life2416 also in the midst8432 of the garden,1588 and the tree6086 of knowledge1847 of good2896 and evil.7451

9 Und1847 GOtt430 der HErr3068 ließ aufwachsen6779 aus4480 der Erde127 allerlei Bäume6086, lustig2530 anzusehen4758 und gut2896 zu essen3978, und den Baum6086 des Lebens2416 mitten8432 im Garten1588 und den Baum6086 des Erkenntnisses Gutes2896 und Böses7451.

10 And a river5104 went out3318 of Eden4480 5731 to water8248 853 the garden;1588 and from thence4480 8033 it was parted,6504 and became1961 into four702 heads.7218

10 Und es ging aus3318 von Eden5731 ein Strom5104, zu wässern8248 den Garten1588, und teilete sich daselbst in vier702 Hauptwasser7218.

11 The name8034 of the first259 is Pison:6376 that is it1931 which compasseth5437 853 the whole3605 land776 of Havilah,2341 where834 8033 there is gold;2091

11 Das1931 erste259 heißt8034 Pison6376, das fleußt um5437 das ganze Land776 Hevila2341, und daselbst834 findet man Gold2091.

12 And the gold2091 of that1931 land776 is good:2896 there8033 is bdellium916 and the onyx7718 stone.68
|
12 Und das1931 Gold2091 des Landes776 ist köstlich2896, und da findet man Bedellion916 und den Edelstein68 Onyx7718.
|
|
13 And the name8034 of the second8145 river5104 is Gihon:1521 the same1931 is it that compasseth5437 853 the whole3605 land776 of Ethiopia.3568

13 Das776 andere8145 Wasser5104 heißt8034 Gihon1521, das fließt um5437 das ganze Mohrenland3568.
|
|
14 And the name8034 of the third7992 river5104 is Hiddekel:2313 that is it1931 which goeth1980 toward the east6926 of Assyria.804 And the fourth7243 river5104 is Euphrates.6578

14 Das dritte7992 Wasser5104 heißt8034 Hiddekel2313, das fleußt von Assyrien804. Das vierte7243 Wasser5104 ist1980 der Phrath.

15 And the LORD3068 God430 took3947 853 the man,120 and put5117 him into the garden1588 of Eden5731 to dress5647 it and to keep8104 it.
|
15 Und5647 GOtt430 der HErr3068 nahm3947 den Menschen120 und setzte ihn3240 in den Garten1588 Eden5731, daß er ihn bauete und bewahrete.

|
16 And the LORD3068 God430 commanded6680 5921 the man,120 saying,559 Of every4480 3605 tree6086 of the garden1588 thou mayest freely eat:398 398
|
16 Und GOtt430 der HErr3068 gebot6680 dem398 Menschen120 und sprach559: Du sollst essen398 von allerlei Bäumen6086 im Garten1588;

17 But of the tree4480 6086 of the knowledge1847 of good2896 and evil,7451 thou shalt not3808 eat398 of4480 it: for3588 in the day3117 that thou eatest398 thereof4480 thou shalt surely die.4191 4191
|
17 aber1847 von dem398 Baum6086 des Erkenntnisses Gutes2896 und Böses7451 sollst du nicht essen398. Denn welches Tages3117 du davon issest, wirst du des Todes4191 sterben4191.

18 And the LORD3068 God430 said,559 It is not3808 good2896 that the man120 should be1961 alone;905 I will make6213 him a help5828 meet for him.5048

18 Und GOtt430 der HErr3068 sprach559: Es ist nicht gut2896, daß der Mensch120 allein sei1961; ich will ihm eine Gehilfin5828 machen6213, die um ihn sei.
|
|
19 And out of4480 the ground127 the LORD3068 God430 formed3335 every3605 beast2416 of the field,7704 and every3605 fowl5775 of the air;8064 and brought935 them unto413 Adam121 to see7200 what4100 he would call7121 them: and whatsoever3605 834 Adam121 called7121 every living2416 creature,5315 that1931 was the name8034 thereof.

19 Denn als GOtt430 der HErr3068 gemacht hatte3335 von der Erde127 allerlei Tiere2416 auf dem Felde7704 und allerlei Vögel5775 unter dem Himmel8064, brachte935 er sie7121 zu dem Menschen120, daß er sähe7200, wie er sie8034 nennete; denn wie der Mensch120 allerlei lebendige2416 Tiere5315 nennen würde, so1931 sollten sie heißen7121.

20 And Adam121 gave7121 names8034 to all3605 cattle,929 and to the fowl5775 of the air,8064 and to every3605 beast2416 of the field;7704 but for Adam121 there was not3808 found4672 a help5828 meet for him.5048

20 Und der Mensch120 gab7121 einem jeglichen Vieh929 und Vogel5775 unter dem Himmel8064 und Tier2416 auf dem Felde7704 seinen Namen8034; aber für den Menschen120 ward4672 keine Gehilfin5828 gefunden, die um ihn wäre.

21 And the LORD3068 God430 caused a deep sleep8639 to fall5307 upon5921 Adam,121 and he slept:3462 and he took3947 one259 of his ribs,4480 6763 and closed up5462 the flesh1320 instead8478 thereof;
|
21 Da ließ GOtt430 der HErr3068 einen tiefen Schlaf8639 fallen5307 auf den Menschen121, und er5307 entschlief. Und nahm3947 seiner Rippen6763 eine259 und schloß die Stätte zu5462 mit Fleisch1320.

|
22 And853 the rib,6763 which834 the LORD3068 God430 had taken3947 from4480 man,120 made1129 he a woman,802 and brought935 her unto413 the man.120
|
22 Und GOtt430 der120 HErr3068 bauete ein Weib802 aus der Rippe6763, die er1129 von dem Menschen120 nahm3947, und brachte935 sie zu ihm.
|
|
23 And Adam121 said,559 This2063 is now6471 bone6106 of my bones,4480 6106 and flesh1320 of my flesh:4480 1320 she2063 shall be called7121 Woman,802 because3588 she2063 was taken3947 out of Man.4480 376
|
23 Da sprach559 der Mensch120: Das2063 ist3947 doch6471 Bein6106 von meinem Bein6106 und Fleisch1320 von meinem Fleisch1320. Man wird sie Männin802 heißen7121, darum2063 daß2063 sie vom Manne376 genommen ist.

24 Therefore5921 3651 shall a man376 leave5800 853 his father1 and his mother,517 and shall cleave1692 unto his wife:802 and they shall be1961 one259 flesh.1320
|
24 Darum3651 wird ein259 Mann376 seinen Vater1 und seine Mutter517 verlassen5800 und an seinem Weibe802 hangen1692, und sie werden Sein ein Fleisch1320.

|
25 And they were1961 both8147 naked,6174 the man120 and his wife,802 and were not3808 ashamed.954
|
25 Und sie waren beide8147 nackend, der Mensch120 und sein Weib802, und schämeten sich nicht954.
