1 Da rief7121 Isaak3327 seinem Sohn Jakob3290 und segnete1288 ihn; und gebot6680 ihm und sprach559 zu ihm: Nimm3947 nicht ein Weib802 von den Töchtern1323 Kanaans3667;

2 Arise,6965 go1980 to Padan-aram,6307 to the house1004 of Bethuel1328 thy mother's517 father;1 and take3947 thee a wife802 from thence4480 8033 of the daughters4480 1323 of Laban3837 thy mother's517 brother.251

2 sondern mach dich3212 auf6965 und zeuch in Mesopotamien6307 zu Bethuels1328, deiner Mutter517 Vaters1, Haus1004 und nimm3947 dir ein Weib802 daselbst von den Töchtern1323 Labans3837, deiner Mutter517 Bruders251.

3 And God410 Almighty7706 bless1288 thee, and make thee fruitful,6509 and multiply7235 thee, that thou mayest be1961 a multitude6951 of people;5971

3 Aber der allmächtige7706 GOtt410 segne dich1288 und mache dich fruchtbar6509 und mehre7235 dich, daß du werdest ein Haufen6951 Völker5971;

4 And give5414 thee853 the blessing1293 of Abraham,85 to thee, and to thy seed2233 with854 thee; that thou mayest inherit3423 853 the land776 wherein thou art a stranger,4033 which834 God430 gave5414 unto Abraham.85

4 und85 gebe5414 dir den Segen1293 Abrahams, dir und deinem Samen2233 mit dir, daß du besitzest3423 das Land776, da du Fremdling4033 innen bist, das GOtt430 Abraham85 gegeben5414 hat.

5 And Isaac3327 sent away7971 853 Jacob:3290 and he went1980 to Padan-aram6307 unto413 Laban,3837 son1121 of Bethuel1328 the Syrian,761 the brother251 of Rebekah,7259 Jacob's3290 and Esau's6215 mother.517

5 Also fertigte7971 Isaak3327 den Jakob3290, daß er nach Mesopotamien6307 zog3212 zu Laban3837, Bethuels1328 Sohn1121, in Syrien761, dem Bruder251 Rebekkas7259, seiner und3290 Esaus6215 Mutter517.

6 When Esau6215 saw7200 that3588 Isaac3327 had blessed1288 853 Jacob,3290 and sent him away7971 853 to Padan-aram,6307 to take3947 him a wife802 from thence;4480 8033 and that as he blessed1288 him he gave him a charge,6680 5921 saying,559 Thou shalt not3808 take3947 a wife802 of the daughters4480 1323 of Canaan;3667

6 Als nun Esau6215 sah7200, daß Isaak3327 Jakob3290 gesegnet1288 hatte7971 und abgefertiget nach Mesopotamien6307, daß er daselbst ein Weib802 nähme3947, und daß, indem er ihn gesegnet1288, ihm gebot6680 und sprach559: Du sollst nicht ein Weib802 nehmen3947 von den Töchtern1323 Kanaans3667,

7 And that Jacob3290 obeyed8085 413 his father1 and his mother,517 and was gone1980 to Padan-aram;6307

7 und daß Jakob3290 seinem Vater1 und seiner Mutter517 gehorchte8085 und nach Mesopotamien6307 zog3212,

8 And Esau6215 seeing7200 that3588 the daughters1323 of Canaan3667 pleased not7451 5869 Isaac3327 his father;1

8 sah7200 auch, daß Isaak3327, sein Vater1, nicht gerne7451 sah5869 die Töchter1323 Kanaans3667:

9 Then went1980 Esau6215 unto413 Ishmael,3458 and took3947 unto5921 the wives802 which he had853 Mahalath4258 the daughter1323 of Ishmael3458 Abraham's85 son,1121 the sister269 of Nebajoth,5032 to be his wife.802

10 And Jacob3290 went out3318 from Beer-sheba,4480 884 and went1980 toward Haran.2771

10 Aber Jakob3290 zog3212 aus3318 von Bersaba und reisete gen Haran2771.

11 And he lighted6293 upon a certain place,4725 and tarried there all night,3885 8033 because3588 the sun8121 was set;935 and he took3947 of the stones4480 68 of that place,4725 and put7760 them for his pillows,4763 and lay down7901 in that1931 place4725 to sleep.

11 Und kam6293 an einen Ort4725, da blieb er über Nacht3885, denn die Sonne8121 war935 untergegangen. Und er nahm3947 einen Stein68 des Orts und legte7760 ihn zu seinen Häupten4763 und legte sich7901 an demselbigen Ort schlafen7901.

12 And he dreamed,2492 and behold2009 a ladder5551 set up5324 on the earth,776 and the top7218 of it reached5060 to heaven:8064 and behold2009 the angels4397 of God430 ascending5927 and descending3381 on it.

12 Und5324 ihm träumete, und siehe, eine Leiter5551 stund auf5927 Erden776, die rührete mit der Spitze7218 an den Himmel8064; und siehe, die Engel4397 Gottes430 stiegen daran auf und nieder3381.

13 And, behold,2009 the LORD3068 stood5324 above5921 it, and said,559 I589 am the LORD3068 God430 of Abraham85 thy father,1 and the God430 of Isaac:3327 the land776 whereon834 5921 thou859 liest,7901 to thee will I give5414 it, and to thy seed;2233

13 Und5324 der HErr3068 stund oben drauf und sprach559: Ich bin der HErr3068, Abrahams, deines Vaters1, GOtt430 und Isaaks GOtt430. Das Land776, da du auf liegest, will ich dir und deinem Samen2233 geben5414.

14 And thy seed2233 shall be1961 as the dust6083 of the earth,776 and thou shalt spread abroad6555 to the west,3220 and to the east,6924 and to the north,6828 and to the south:5045 and in thee and in thy seed2233 shall all3605 the families4940 of the earth127 be blessed.1288
|
14 Und dein Same2233 soll werden6555 wie der Staub6083 auf Erden776, und du sollst ausgebreitet werden gegen den Abend3220, Morgen6924, Mitternacht6828 und Mittag5045; und durch dich und deinen Samen2233 sollen alle Geschlechter4940 auf Erden gesegnet1288 werden.

15 And, behold,2009 I595 am with5973 thee, and will keep8104 thee in all3605 places whither834 thou goest,1980 and will bring thee again7725 into413 this2063 land;127 for3588 I will not3808 leave5800 thee, until5704 834 518 I have done6213 853 that which834 I have spoken1696 to thee of.

15 Und siehe, ich bin mit dir und will dich8104 behüten, wo du1696 hinzeuchst, und will dich3212 wieder7725 herbringen in dies Land127. Denn ich will dich nicht lassen5800, bis daß834 ich tue alles, was834 ich dir geredet habe6213.

16 And Jacob3290 awaked3364 out of his sleep,4480 8142 and he said,559 Surely403 the LORD3068 is3426 in this2088 place;4725 and I595 knew3045 it not.3808
|
16 Da nun Jakob3290 von seinem Schlaf8142 aufwachte3364, sprach559 er: Gewißlich ist3426 der HErr3068 an diesem Ort4725, und ich wußte3045 es nicht.

17 And he was afraid,3372 and said,559 How4100 dreadful3372 is this2088 place!4725 this2088 is none369 other but3588 518 the house1004 of God,430 and this2088 is the gate8179 of heaven.8064
|
17 Und fürchtete3372 sich3372 und sprach559: Wie heilig ist diese Stätte4725! Hie ist nichts anderes denn Gottes430 Haus1004, und hie ist die Pforte8179 des Himmels8064.

18 And Jacob3290 rose up early7925 in the morning,1242 and took3947 853 the stone68 that834 he had put7760 for his pillows,4763 and set it up7760 853 for a pillar,4676 and poured3332 oil8081 upon5921 the top7218 of it.
|
18 Und Jakob3290 stund des Morgens1242 frühe auf7925 und nahm3947 den Stein68, den er7760 zu seinen Häupten4763 gelegt hatte7760, und richtete ihn auf zu einem Mal4676 und goß3332 Öl8081 oben7218 drauf.

19 And he called7121 853 the name8034 of that1931 place4725 Bethel:1008 but199 the name8034 of that city5892 was called Luz3870 at the first.7223
|
19 Und199 hieß7121 die8034 Stätte4725 Bethel; vorhin hieß8034 sonst die Stadt5892 Lus3870.
|
|
20 And Jacob3290 vowed5087 a vow,5088 saying,559 If518 God430 will be1961 with5973 me, and will keep8104 me in this2088 way1870 that834 I595 go,1980 and will give5414 me bread3899 to eat,398 and raiment899 to put on,3847
|
20 Und Jakob3290 tat5087 ein Gelübde5088 und sprach559: So GOtt430 wird mit mir sein8104 und mich behüten auf dem Wege1870, den ich reise1980, und Brot3899 zu essen398 geben5414 und Kleider899 anzuziehen3847,
|
|
21 So that I come again7725 to413 my father's1 house1004 in peace;7965 then shall the LORD3068 be1961 my God: 430
|
21 und mich mit Frieden7965 wieder7725 heim1004 zu meinem Vater1 bringen, so soll der HErr3068 mein GOtt430 sein,
|
|
22 And this2063 stone,68 which834 I have set7760 for a pillar,4676 shall be1961 God's430 house:1004 and of all3605 that834 thou shalt give5414 me I will surely give the tenth6237 6237 unto thee.
|
22 und430 dieser Stein68, den ich aufgerichtet habe7760 zu einem Mal4676, soll ein Gotteshaus1004 werden; und alles, was du mir gibst, des will ich dir den Zehnten geben5414.
