34 That ye shall say,559 Thy servants'5650 trade376 hath been1961 about cattle4735 from our youth4480 5271 even until5704 now,6258 both1571 we,587 and also1571 our fathers:1 that5668 ye may dwell3427 in the land776 of Goshen;1657 for3588 every3605 shepherd7462 6629 is an abomination8441 unto the Egyptians.4714

1 И отправился Израиль со всем, что у него ни было, и пришел в Вирсавию, и принес жертву Богу отца своего Исаака.

2 Бог говорил Израилю в видении ночном, и сказал: Иаков! Иаков! Он отвечал: вот я.

3 Бог сказал: Я Бог, Бог отца твоего; не бойся идти в Египет; ибо там Я возращу тебя в народ великий.

4 Я пойду с тобою в Египет; Я и выведу тебя оттуда обратно. Иосиф своею рукою закроет очи твои.

5 И поднялся Иаков из Вирсавии; и повезли сыны Израилевы Иакова, отца своего, и детей своих, и жен своих на колесницах, которые послал Фараон, чтобы привезти его.

6 Они взяли также скот свой, и имущество свое, которое приобрели в земле Ханаанской, и пришли в Египет, Иаков, и весь род его с ним.

7 С ним пришли в Египет сыны его, и сыны сынов его, дочери его, и дочери сынов его, и весь род его.

8 Вот имена сынов Израилевых, перешедших в Египет: Иаков и сыновья его. Первенец Иаковлев Рувим.

9 Сыны Рувима: Ханох, Фаллу, Хецрон и Харми.

10 Сыны Симеона: Иемуил, Иамин, Огад, Иахин, Цохар и Саул, сын Хананеянки.

11 Сыны Левия: Гирсон, Кааф и Мерари.

12 Сыны Иуды: Ир, Онан, Шела, Фарес и Зара; но Ир и Онан умерли в земле Ханаанской. Сыны Фареса были: Эсром и Хамул.

26 Всех душ, пришедших с Иаковом в Египет, которые произошли из чресл его, кроме жен сынов Иаковлевых, всего шестьдесят шесть душ.

27 Сынов Иосифовых, которые родились у него в Египте, две души. Всех душ дома Иаковлева, перешедших в Египет, семьдесят.

28 Иуду послал он пред собою к Иосифу, чтобы показать ему дорогу в землю Гесем. И пришли в землю Гесем.

29 Иосиф запряг колесницу свою, и выехал навстречу Израилю, отцу своему, в Гесем, и, увидясь с ним, пал на выю его, и долго плакал на вые его.

30 И сказал Израиль Иосифу: пусть умру я теперь, увидев лице твое, ибо ты еще жив.

31 Потом Иосиф сказал братьям своим и дому отца своего: я пойду, извещу Фараона, и скажу ему: братья мои и семейство отца моего, которые были в земле Ханаанской, пришли ко мне.

32 Они пастухи овец, потому что они занимаются скотоводством. Посему они привели также малый и крупный скот свой, и все, что у них есть,

33 Если Фараон призовет вас, и спросит: какой ваш промысел?

34 То вы скажите: мы, рабы твои, скотоводцы были от юности нашей доныне, и мы, и отцы наши, - чтобы вас поселили в земле Гесем. Ибо Египтяне гнушаются всеми пастухами овец.

28 Иуду послал он пред собою к Иосифу, чтобы показать ему дорогу в землю Гесем. И пришли в землю Гесем.

29 Иосиф запряг колесницу свою, и выехал навстречу Израилю, отцу своему, в Гесем, и, увидясь с ним, пал на выю его, и долго плакал на вые его.

31 Потом Иосиф сказал братьям своим и дому отца своего: я пойду, извещу Фараона, и скажу ему: братья мои и семейство отца моего, которые были в земле Ханаанской, пришли ко мне.

32 And the men376 are shepherds,7462 6629 for3588 their trade376 hath been1961 to feed cattle;4735 and they have brought935 their flocks,6629 and their herds,1241 and all3605 that834 they have.

32 Они пастухи овец, потому что они занимаются скотоводством. Посему они привели также малый и крупный скот свой, и все, что у них есть,

33 Если Фараон призовет вас, и спросит: какой ваш промысел?

34 То вы скажите: мы, рабы твои, скотоводцы были от юности нашей доныне, и мы, и отцы наши, - чтобы вас поселили в земле Гесем. Ибо Египтяне гнушаются всеми пастухами овец.
