Chapter 12

1 And the LORD3068 spoke1696 unto413 Moses,4872 saying,559

2 Speak1696 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 saying,559 If3588 a woman802 have conceived seed,2232 and borne3205 a man child:2145 then she shall be unclean2930 seven7651 days;3117 according to the days3117 of the separation5079 for her infirmity1738 shall she be unclean.2930

3 And in the eighth8066 day3117 the flesh1320 of his foreskin6190 shall be circumcised.4135

4 And she shall then continue3427 in the blood1818 of her purifying2893 three7969 and thirty7970 days;3117 she shall touch5060 no3808 3605 hallowed thing,6944 nor3808 come935 into413 the sanctuary,4720 until5704 the days3117 of her purifying2892 be fulfilled.4390

5 But if518 she bear3205 a maid child,5347 then she shall be unclean2930 two weeks,7620 as in her separation:5079 and she shall continue3427 in5921 the blood1818 of her purifying2893 threescore8346 and six8337 days.3117

6 And when the days3117 of her purifying2892 are fulfilled,4390 for a son,1121 or176 for a daughter,1323 she shall bring935 a lamb3532 of the first1121 year8141 for a burnt offering,5930 and a young1121 pigeon,3123 or176 a turtledove,8449 for a sin offering,2403 unto413 the door6607 of the tabernacle168 of the congregation,4150 unto413 the priest: 3548

7 Who shall offer7126 it before6440 the LORD,3068 and make an atonement3722 for5921 her; and she shall be cleansed2891 from the issue4480 4726 of her blood.1818 This2063 is the law8451 for her that hath born3205 a male2145 or176 a female.5347

8 And if518 she be not3808 able to bring4672 3027 1767 a lamb,7716 then she shall bring3947 two8147 turtles,8449 or176 two8147 young1121 pigeons;3123 the one259 for the burnt offering,5930 and the other259 for a sin offering:2403 and the priest3548 shall make an atonement3722 for5921 her, and she shall be clean.2891

3 На восьмой день мальчику должно быть сделано обрезание.

4 Затем женщина должна ждать тридцать три дня, чтобы очиститься от кровотечения. Пусть она не прикасается к священным предметам и не ходит в святилище, пока не пройдут дни очищения.

5 Если она родит дочь, то будет нечиста две недели, как во время месячных. Затем она должна ждать шестьдесят шесть дней, чтобы очиститься от кровотечения.

6 Когда дни очищения за сына или дочь пройдут, пусть она принесет священнику ко входу в шатер собрания годовалого ягненка для всесожжения и молодого голубя или горлицу в жертву за грех.

7 Он принесет их в жертву Господу, чтобы совершить для нее отпущение, и она очистится от кровотечения после родов. Таковы правила для женщины, родившей мальчика или девочку.

8 Если ей не по средствам принести ягненка, пусть принесет пару горлиц или двух молодых голубей, одного для всесожжения, а другого в жертву за грех. Священник совершит для нее отпущение, и она станет чиста».
