1 And it came1961 to pass in the days3117 of Amraphel569 king4428 of Shinar,8152 Arioch746 king4428 of Ellasar,495 Chedorlaomer3540 king4428 of Elam,5867 and Tidal8413 king4428 of nations;1471

2 That these made6213 war4421 with Bera1298 king4428 of Sodom,5467 and with Birsha1306 king4428 of Gomorrah,6017 Shinab8134 king4428 of Admah,126 and Shemeber8038 king4428 of Zeboiim,6636 and the king4428 of Bela,1106 which1931 is Zoar.6820

3 All3605 these428 were joined2266 together in the vale6010 of Siddim,7708 which1931 is the salt4417 sea.3220

4 Twelve8147 6240 years8141 they served5647 Chedorlaomer,3540 and in the thirteenth7969 6240 year8141 they rebelled.4775

5 And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and smote the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emims in Shaveh Kiriathaim,

6 And the Horites2752 in their mount2042 Seir,8165 to Elparan,364 which834 is by the wilderness.4057

8 And there went3318 out the king4428 of Sodom,5467 and the king4428 of Gomorrah,6017 and the king4428 of Admah,126 and the king4428 of Zeboiim,6636 and the king4428 of Bela1106 (the same1931 is Zoar;6820) and they joined6186 battle4421 with them in the vale6010 of Siddim;7708

9 With Chedorlaomer3540 the king4428 of Elam,5867 and with Tidal8413 king4428 of nations,1471 and Amraphel569 king4428 of Shinar,8152 and Arioch746 king4428 of Ellasar;495 four702 kings4428 with five.2568

10 And the vale6010 of Siddim7708 was full of slime pits;2564 and the kings4428 of Sodom5467 and Gomorrah6017 fled,5127 and fell5307 there;8033 and they that remained7604 fled5127 to the mountain.2022

11 And they took3947 all3605 the goods7399 of Sodom5467 and Gomorrah,6017 and all3605 their victuals,400 and went3212 their way.3212

12 And they took3947 Lot,3876 Abram's87 brother's251 son,1121 who1931 dwelled3427 in Sodom,5467 and his goods,7399 and departed.3212

23 That I will not take3947 from a thread2339 even5704 to a shoelatchet,8288 5275 and that I will not take3947 any3605 thing that is yours, lest3808 you should say,559 I have made Abram87 rich:6238

24 Save1107 only7535 that which834 the young5288 men have eaten,398 and the portion2506 of the men582 which834 went1980 with me, Aner,6063 Eshcol,812 and Mamre;4471 let them take3947 their portion.2506

2 Что они пошли войною против Беры, царя Содомского, против Бирши, царя Гоморского, Шинава, царя Адмы, Шемевера, царя Цевоимского, и против царя Белы, которая есть Сигор.

3 Все сии собрались в долине Сиддим, где ныне море Соленое.

4 Двенадцать лет были они в порабощении у Кедорлаомера, а в тринадцатом году отложились.

5 Итак, в четырнадцатом году пришел Кедорлаомер, и цари, которые с ним, и поразили Рефаимов в Аштероф-Карнаиме, Зузимов в Гаме, Эмимов в Шаве-Кириафаиме,

6 И Хорреев в горе их Сеире до Эл-Фарана, что при пустыне.

7 Обратясь оттуда, они пришли к источнику Мишпат, который есть Кадес, и поразили все поле Амалекитян, и также Аморреев, живущих в Хацацон-Фамаре.

8 Тогда вышли царь Содомский, царь Гоморский, царь Адмы, царь Цевоимский и царь Белы, которая есть Сигор; и устроились в долине Сиддим к сражению против них,

9 Против Кедорлаомера, царя Еламского, Фидала, царя Гоимского, Амрафела, царя Сеннаарского, Ариоха, царя Елласарского; четыре царя против пяти.

10 В долине же Сиддим было много смоляных колодезей. Итак цари Содомский и Гоморский, обратясь в бегство, попадали в них; а прочие убежали в горы.

11 Победители взяли все богатство Содомское и Гоморское, и весь хлеб их, и удалились.

12 И взяли Лота, племянника Аврамова, жившего в Содоме, и имущество его, и удалились.

13 И пришел один из уцелевших, и известил Аврама Еврея, жившего тогда у дубравы Мамрия, Аморреянина, брата Эшколу, и брата Анеру, которые были союзники Аврамовы.

14 Итак, когда Аврам услышал, что сродник его взят в плен, то вывел опытных в войне домочадцев своих триста осмьнадцать, и преследовал неприятелей до Дана;

15 И, разделясь, напал на них ночью, сам и отроки его, и поразил их, и преследовал их до Ховы, что по левую сторону Дамаска.

16 И возвратил все богатство, и Лота, сродника своего, и имущество его возвратил, также и женщин и народ.

17 Когда он возвращался после поражения Кедорлаомера и царей, бывших с ним, то царь Содомский вышел ему навстречу в долину Шаве, что ныне долина царская.

18 И Мелхиседек царь Салимский вынес хлеб и вино. Он был священник Бога Всевышнего.

19 И благословил его, и сказал: благословен Аврам от Бога Всевышнего, Владыки небес и земли.

20 И благословен Бог Всевышний, который предал врагов твоих в руки твои. Аврам дал ему десятую часть из всего.

21 Тогда царь Содомский сказал Авраму: отдай мне людей, а имение возьми себе.

22 Но Аврам сказал царю Содомскому: подъемлю руку мою к Иегове, Богу Всевышнему, Владыке небес и земли;

23 И клянусь, что даже нитки и сапожного ремня не возьму из всего твоего, чтобы ты не сказал: я обогатил Аврама;

24 Кроме того только, что съели рабы, и кроме доли, принадлежащей людям, ходившим со мною; Анер, Эшкол и Мамрий, они пусть возьмут свою долю.

10 В долине же Сиддим было много смоляных колодезей. Итак цари Содомский и Гоморский, обратясь в бегство, попадали в них; а прочие убежали в горы.

11 Победители взяли все богатство Содомское и Гоморское, и весь хлеб их, и удалились.
