Глава 23

1 О, пастыри, погубившие и рассеявшие овец паствы Моей! говорит Иегова.

2 Посему так говорит Иегова, Бог Израилев, на пастырей, пасущих народ Мой: вы рассеяли овец Моих, и разогнали их, и не печетесь об них: се Я наказываю вас за злонравие ваше, говорит Иегова.

3 И Я соберу оставшихся овец Моих из всех земель, куда Я разогнал их, и возвращу их во дворы их; и будут плодиться и размножаться.

4 И поставлю над ними пастырей, которые будут пасти их, и они уже не будут бояться и трепетать; и будут все, без недостатка, говорит Иегова.

5 Се, идут дни, говорит Иегова, и восставлю Давиду Отрасль праведную; и воцарится Царь и будет действовать благоразумно, и будет производить суд и правду на земле.

6 Во дни Его спасен будет Иуда, и Израиль будет жить безопасно; и вот имя Его, которым нарекут Его: `Иегова - праведность наша!`

7 Посему, вот идут дни, говорит Иегова, когда уже не будут говорить: `жив Иегова, который возвел сынов Израилевых из земли египетской`,

8 Но: `жив Иегова, Который возвел, и Который привел семя дома Израилева из земли северной, и из всех земель, куда Я разогнал их, и будут жить на земле своей`.

9 О пророках. Сердце мое во мне раздирается, все кости мои потрясены; я как пьяный, как человек, которого одолело вино, от Иеговы, и от слов святости Его;

10 Потому что земля наполнена прелюбодеями, потому что плачет земля от проклятия; засохли пастбища пустыни; и стремление их порочно, и могущество их беззаконно;

11 Ибо и пророк и священник развратились; даже в доме Моем Я вижу пороки их, говорит Иегова.

12 За то путь их будет для них, как скользкие места во мраке; их толкнут, и они упадут там; ибо Я наведу на них бедствие, в год осмотра их, говорит Иегова.

13 И в пророках Самарии Я видел гнусное; они пророчествовали именем Ваала, и ввели в заблуждение народ Мой, Израиля.

14 И в пророках Иерусалима вижу ужасное; прелюбодействуют и ходят во лжи, и поддерживают руки порочных, чтоб люди не обращались от порочности своей; все они сделались предо Мною, как Содом, и жители его {Иерусалима}, как Гоморра.

15 Посему так говорит Иегова воинств на пророков: вот, Я накормлю их полынью, и напою их водою с омегом: ибо от пророков иерусалимских идет разврат на всю землю.

16 Так говорит Иегова воинств: не слушайте слов пророков сих, пророчествующих вам; они вас обманывают, проповедывают видения сердца своего, говорят, а не из уст Иеговы.

17 Огорчающим Меня твердят: Иегова сказал: `мир будет у вас`. И всякому, ходящему по упорству своего сердца говорят: `не придет на вас зло`.

18 Ибо кто стоял в совете Иеговы, и видел, и слышал слово Его? Кто перенял слово Его, и услышал?

19 Се, буря Иеговы; гнев пойдет, и вихрь, поднявшись над главою беззаконных, будет крутиться.

20 Гнев Иеговы не успокоится, доколе Он не совершит, и доколе не выполнит мыслей сердца Своего: в последовании дней уразумеете разум в этом.

21 Пророков сих Я не посылал, а они побежали; им не говорил, а они пророчествуют.

22 И если бы они стояли в Моем совете, то объявляли бы народу Моему слова Мои, и отводили бы их от пути их порочного и от порочных нравов их.

23 Разве Я Бог только вблизи, говорит Иегова, а не Бог и вдали?

24 Скроется ли человек в тайное место, где бы Я не видел его? говорит Иегова. Небо и землю не Я ли наполняю? говорит Иегова.

25 Слышу, что говорят пророки оные, Моим именем пророчествующие ложь. Они говорят: `мне снилось, мне снилось`.

26 Долго ли этому быть? нет ли на уме у пророков, пророчествующих ложь, и пророчествующих обман своего сердца,

27 Не думают ли они довести народ Мой до забвения имени Моего посредством снов своих, которые они пересказывают друг другу, так как отцы их забыли имя Мое из-за Ваала?

28 Пророк, у которого есть сон, пусть и рассказывает его за сон; а у которого есть Мое слово, тот пусть говорит слово Мое верно. Зачем быть мякине с чистым зерном? говорит Иегова.

29 Слово Мое не есть ли подобно огню, говорит Иегова, и подобно молоту, разбивающему скалу?

30 Посему вот, я накажу пророков, говорит Иегова, которые крадут слова Мои друг у друга.

31 Вот, я накажу пророков, говорит Иегова, которые берут язык свой, и говорят: `откровение!`

32 Вот, Я накажу пророков лживых снов, говорит Иегова; они рассказывают их, и вводят народ Мой в заблуждение обманами своими и дерзостью своею, тогда как Я не посылал их, и не велел им, а пользы никакой не приносят народу сему, говорит Иегова.

33 И когда спросит у тебя народ сей, или пророк, или священник, говоря: `какое бремя Иеговы?` то скажи им, какое бремя; то есть, отвергаю вас, говорит Иегова.

34 Впредь, если пророк, или священник, или народ скажет: `бремя Иеговы`; Я накажу того человека, его и дом его.

35 Так говорите друг другу и брат брату: `что отвечал Иегова?` или: `что сказал Иегова?`

36 А этого слова: `бремя Иеговы`, впредь не употребляйте: ибо тяжким бременем будет такому человеку слово его, когда вы так превращаете слова Живого Бога, Иеговы воинств, Бога нашего.

37 Так говори пророку: `что отвечал тебе Иегова?` или: `что сказал Иегова?`

38 А если скажете: `бремя Иеговы`; то так говорит Иегова: за то, что вы говорите слово сие: `бремя Иеговы`, тогда как Я послал сказать вам: не говорите: `бремя Иеговы`;

39 За то, вот, Я забуду вас вовсе, и отвергну вас, и город сей, который Я дал вам и отцам вашим, от лица Моего.

40 И положу на вас срам вечный и бесславие вечное, которое не забудется.

Chapter 23

1 WOE to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! says the LORD.

2 Therefore thus speaks the LORD God of Israel against the shepherds who feed my people: You have scattered my flock, and have caused them to go astray, and have not visited them; behold, I will punish you according to your evil doings, says the LORD.

3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and I will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

4 And I will set shepherds over them who shall feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be scattered nor shall they go astray, says the LORD.

5 Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will raise up for David a righteous Heir, and he shall reign over the kingdom with understanding, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.

6 In his days Judah shall be saved and Israel shall dwell securely; and this is the name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

7 Therefore, the days are coming, says the LORD, when it shall never be said again, The LORD lives, who brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

8 But, The LORD lives, who brought up and led the house of Israel out of the north country and from all the countries where they had been scattered; and they shall dwell in their own land.

9 My heart is broken within me because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man and like a man who is overcome by wine, because of the presence of the LORD and because of the words of his holiness.

10 For the land is full of adulterers and robbers; because of these men the land mourns and the pastures of the shepherds in the wilderness are dried up, and their yield has been poor, and they did not flourish.

11 For both prophets and priests have become pagans; yea, even in my house have I found their wickedness, says the LORD.

12 Therefore their ways shall be to them as slippery ways in the darkness; they shall be driven on, and fall in them; for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their punishment, says the LORD.

13 And I have seen falsehood in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied by Baal and caused my people Israel to err.

14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem folly; they commit adultery and walk in lies; they strengthen also the hands of their friends, so that no one turns from his evil way; they are all of them to me like Sodom, and its inhabitants like Gomorrah.

15 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets: Behold. I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink bitter water; for from the prophets of Jerusalem paganism has gone forth throughout all the land.

16 Thus says the LORD of hosts: Do not hearken to the words of the false prophets who prophesy to you and mislead you; they tell a vision of the imagination of their own hearts, and not from the mouth of the LORD.

17 They say still to those who provoke me, The LORD has said, You shall have peace; and they say to every one who walks after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

18 For who has stood in the counsel of the LORD and has seen him and heard his word? or who has given ear to his word and heard him?

19 Behold, the punishment of the LORD is gone forth in fury, and the punishment will kindle; it shall fall upon the head of the wicked.

20 The wrathful indignation of the LORD shall not turn back until he has executed his devices, and till he has performed the thoughts of his mind; in the latter days you shall discern it perfectly.

21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they have gone forth; I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.

22 But if they had stood in my counsel and had caused my people to hear my words, then they would have turned them from their evil ways and from the evil of their doings.

23 I am the God who is near, says the LORD God, and not a God afar off.

24 If any man should hide himself in secret places, I will see him, says the LORD; behold, heaven and earth are filled with me, says the LORD of hosts.

25 I have heard what the prophets have said, who prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed a dream.

26 How long shall there be in the mouth of the false prophets, prophecies of lies? prophecies of the deceit of their own heart?

27 Who think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbor, as their fathers forgot my name and served Baal.

28 The prophet who sees a dream, let him tell a dream; but he who has my words, let him speak my words faithfully. Why do you mix chaff with the wheat? says the LORD.

29 Behold, my words issue like a fire, says the LORD, and like a hammer which breaks the rock in pieces.

30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, who steal my words, every one from his neighbor.

31 Behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, who pervert their tongues, and say, Thus says the LORD.

32 Behold, I am against the prophets who see false dreams, says the LORD, and tell them, and lead my people astray by their lies and their wantonness; yet I did not command them nor send them; so they do not profit this people at all.

33 land when this people, or a prophet or a priest, shall ask you, and say to you, What is the word of the LORD? you shall say to them, This is the word of the LORD: I will utterly uproot you, says the LORD.

34 And as for the prophet or the priest or the people who shall speak the word of the LORD, I will punish that man and his house.

35 Thus shall you say every one to his neighbor, and every one to his brother: What has the LORD answered? and, What has the LORD spoken?

36 And the words of the LORD you shall mention no more; for every man's word shall be to him his prophecy, for you pervert the words of the living God, the LORD of hosts, our God.

37 Thus shall you say to that person: What has the LORD answered you? and, What has the LORD spoken?

38 But if you speak the word of the LORD, therefore, thus says the LORD: Because you have said this word, The words of the LORD, and I have sent you, saying, You shall not say, The words of the LORD;

39 Therefore, behold, I will surely remove you, and I will cast you away, both you and the city that I gave to you and your fathers;

40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame which shall not be forgotten.

2 Посему так говорит Иегова, Бог Израилев, на пастырей, пасущих народ Мой: вы рассеяли овец Моих, и разогнали их, и не печетесь об них: се Я наказываю вас за злонравие ваше, говорит Иегова.

2 Therefore thus speaks the LORD God of Israel against the shepherds who feed my people: You have scattered my flock, and have caused them to go astray, and have not visited them; behold, I will punish you according to your evil doings, says the LORD.

3 И Я соберу оставшихся овец Моих из всех земель, куда Я разогнал их, и возвращу их во дворы их; и будут плодиться и размножаться.

3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and I will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

4 И поставлю над ними пастырей, которые будут пасти их, и они уже не будут бояться и трепетать; и будут все, без недостатка, говорит Иегова.

4 And I will set shepherds over them who shall feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be scattered nor shall they go astray, says the LORD.

5 Се, идут дни, говорит Иегова, и восставлю Давиду Отрасль праведную; и воцарится Царь и будет действовать благоразумно, и будет производить суд и правду на земле.

5 Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will raise up for David a righteous Heir, and he shall reign over the kingdom with understanding, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.

6 Во дни Его спасен будет Иуда, и Израиль будет жить безопасно; и вот имя Его, которым нарекут Его: `Иегова - праведность наша!`

6 In his days Judah shall be saved and Israel shall dwell securely; and this is the name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

7 Посему, вот идут дни, говорит Иегова, когда уже не будут говорить: `жив Иегова, который возвел сынов Израилевых из земли египетской`,

7 Therefore, the days are coming, says the LORD, when it shall never be said again, The LORD lives, who brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

8 Но: `жив Иегова, Который возвел, и Который привел семя дома Израилева из земли северной, и из всех земель, куда Я разогнал их, и будут жить на земле своей`.

8 But, The LORD lives, who brought up and led the house of Israel out of the north country and from all the countries where they had been scattered; and they shall dwell in their own land.

9 О пророках. Сердце мое во мне раздирается, все кости мои потрясены; я как пьяный, как человек, которого одолело вино, от Иеговы, и от слов святости Его;

9 My heart is broken within me because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man and like a man who is overcome by wine, because of the presence of the LORD and because of the words of his holiness.

10 Потому что земля наполнена прелюбодеями, потому что плачет земля от проклятия; засохли пастбища пустыни; и стремление их порочно, и могущество их беззаконно;

11 Ибо и пророк и священник развратились; даже в доме Моем Я вижу пороки их, говорит Иегова.

13 И в пророках Самарии Я видел гнусное; они пророчествовали именем Ваала, и ввели в заблуждение народ Мой, Израиля.

14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem folly; they commit adultery and walk in lies; they strengthen also the hands of their friends, so that no one turns from his evil way; they are all of them to me like Sodom, and its inhabitants like Gomorrah.

15 Посему так говорит Иегова воинств на пророков: вот, Я накормлю их полынью, и напою их водою с омегом: ибо от пророков иерусалимских идет разврат на всю землю.

16 Thus says the LORD of hosts: Do not hearken to the words of the false prophets who prophesy to you and mislead you; they tell a vision of the imagination of their own hearts, and not from the mouth of the LORD.

17 Огорчающим Меня твердят: Иегова сказал: `мир будет у вас`. И всякому, ходящему по упорству своего сердца говорят: `не придет на вас зло`.

17 They say still to those who provoke me, The LORD has said, You shall have peace; and they say to every one who walks after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

18 Ибо кто стоял в совете Иеговы, и видел, и слышал слово Его? Кто перенял слово Его, и услышал?

18 For who has stood in the counsel of the LORD and has seen him and heard his word? or who has given ear to his word and heard him?

19 Се, буря Иеговы; гнев пойдет, и вихрь, поднявшись над главою беззаконных, будет крутиться.

19 Behold, the punishment of the LORD is gone forth in fury, and the punishment will kindle; it shall fall upon the head of the wicked.

20 Гнев Иеговы не успокоится, доколе Он не совершит, и доколе не выполнит мыслей сердца Своего: в последовании дней уразумеете разум в этом.

22 И если бы они стояли в Моем совете, то объявляли бы народу Моему слова Мои, и отводили бы их от пути их порочного и от порочных нравов их.

22 But if they had stood in my counsel and had caused my people to hear my words, then they would have turned them from their evil ways and from the evil of their doings.

23 Разве Я Бог только вблизи, говорит Иегова, а не Бог и вдали?

23 I am the God who is near, says the LORD God, and not a God afar off.

24 Скроется ли человек в тайное место, где бы Я не видел его? говорит Иегова. Небо и землю не Я ли наполняю? говорит Иегова.

24 If any man should hide himself in secret places, I will see him, says the LORD; behold, heaven and earth are filled with me, says the LORD of hosts.

25 Слышу, что говорят пророки оные, Моим именем пророчествующие ложь. Они говорят: `мне снилось, мне снилось`.

25 I have heard what the prophets have said, who prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed a dream.

26 Долго ли этому быть? нет ли на уме у пророков, пророчествующих ложь, и пророчествующих обман своего сердца,

26 How long shall there be in the mouth of the false prophets, prophecies of lies? prophecies of the deceit of their own heart?

27 Не думают ли они довести народ Мой до забвения имени Моего посредством снов своих, которые они пересказывают друг другу, так как отцы их забыли имя Мое из-за Ваала?

27 Who think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbor, as their fathers forgot my name and served Baal.

28 Пророк, у которого есть сон, пусть и рассказывает его за сон; а у которого есть Мое слово, тот пусть говорит слово Мое верно. Зачем быть мякине с чистым зерном? говорит Иегова.

28 The prophet who sees a dream, let him tell a dream; but he who has my words, let him speak my words faithfully. Why do you mix chaff with the wheat? says the LORD.

32 Вот, Я накажу пророков лживых снов, говорит Иегова; они рассказывают их, и вводят народ Мой в заблуждение обманами своими и дерзостью своею, тогда как Я не посылал их, и не велел им, а пользы никакой не приносят народу сему, говорит Иегова.

32 Behold, I am against the prophets who see false dreams, says the LORD, and tell them, and lead my people astray by their lies and their wantonness; yet I did not command them nor send them; so they do not profit this people at all.

33 И когда спросит у тебя народ сей, или пророк, или священник, говоря: `какое бремя Иеговы?` то скажи им, какое бремя; то есть, отвергаю вас, говорит Иегова.

33 land when this people, or a prophet or a priest, shall ask you, and say to you, What is the word of the LORD? you shall say to them, This is the word of the LORD: I will utterly uproot you, says the LORD.

34 Впредь, если пророк, или священник, или народ скажет: `бремя Иеговы`; Я накажу того человека, его и дом его.

34 And as for the prophet or the priest or the people who shall speak the word of the LORD, I will punish that man and his house.

35 Так говорите друг другу и брат брату: `что отвечал Иегова?` или: `что сказал Иегова?`

35 Thus shall you say every one to his neighbor, and every one to his brother: What has the LORD answered? and, What has the LORD spoken?

36 А этого слова: `бремя Иеговы`, впредь не употребляйте: ибо тяжким бременем будет такому человеку слово его, когда вы так превращаете слова Живого Бога, Иеговы воинств, Бога нашего.

36 And the words of the LORD you shall mention no more; for every man's word shall be to him his prophecy, for you pervert the words of the living God, the LORD of hosts, our God.

37 Так говори пророку: `что отвечал тебе Иегова?` или: `что сказал Иегова?`

37 Thus shall you say to that person: What has the LORD answered you? and, What has the LORD spoken?

38 А если скажете: `бремя Иеговы`; то так говорит Иегова: за то, что вы говорите слово сие: `бремя Иеговы`, тогда как Я послал сказать вам: не говорите: `бремя Иеговы`;

38 But if you speak the word of the LORD, therefore, thus says the LORD: Because you have said this word, The words of the LORD, and I have sent you, saying, You shall not say, The words of the LORD;

39 За то, вот, Я забуду вас вовсе, и отвергну вас, и город сей, который Я дал вам и отцам вашим, от лица Моего.

39 Therefore, behold, I will surely remove you, and I will cast you away, both you and the city that I gave to you and your fathers;

40 И положу на вас срам вечный и бесславие вечное, которое не забудется.

40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame which shall not be forgotten.
